Just awful customer service. We ordered 2 sofas in December. Still waiting for them. You can't get through to customer service unless you wait over an hour. They don't answer on line chat or emails. They told us they would deliver the sofas 3 times now and we waited in over 5 hours and nothing. no communication to say not being delivered. My Sofology web page is awful. Cant get what you need and they keep changing delivery dates and not informing you. Would NOT recommend this company.

We have had a delivery rescheduled multiple times, each time involves us having to call and be on hold for between 40 minutes and 1hr and a half. Rescheduled again today. 3 hours on hold so far to try to get a resolution/ refund - AVOID THIS COMPANY

After seeing the same sofa online for a fraction of the price and reading many bad customer after care reviews we are trying to cancel our order within the 7 day cooling off period. We’re having no luck, even went in to store and was told to wait for a call cancellation has been processed. We called ourselves, was on hold for 2+ hours to be told our order has not been cancelled.

Only given it 1 star as I can’t give it 0 paid over £2500 for sofas only 4 year old snd it’s shocking pillows have already been replaces seat pads are flat very uncomfortable frame already been mended Sofology not interested and very rude Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else SHOCKING

New sofa delivered 4 days ago within 1 MIN of the drivers leaving my property I had noticed that all the filling was split inside the cushions at the back of the brand new sofa absolutely disgusting rang the delivery driver back they said they will pass it on to the manager and I would be called as soon as they got back nothing I rang them and spent an hour on the phone only to be cut off at the point of hello my sofa is faulty I have emailed them on numerous occasions I have live chat them on numerous occasions and not one person has had the damn right decency to get back to me in my opinion they're not fit to trade avoid this company at all costs I've waited 14 weeks for this sofa and it's already looking like 14 years old please people don't put your money in this company read reviews

Truly dreadful company from a quality perspective & a customer service perspective. I purchased 2 sofas last year and they were delivered at the end of February 2020, just before lockdown so there has been nobody using either of the sofas apart from my (standard size) husband and I. The cushions are plumped and turned weekly, so I contacted them in November (less than 9 months after I received them) to say the sofas looked dreadful as he cushions were all flat and just looked terrible - definitely not over £1500 worth. After looking at the pictures they thought the sofas were damaged they looked so bad (it has since been confirmed they are not damaged) and they agreed to send out a technician who said these sofas needed constant plumping which I should have been told about in store. He agreed that from looking at our house he could see we looked after our things. I definitely wasn’t told about the constant rotating and plumping (they upsold me sofa glides which I had to return on the direction of the delivery men as they can’t be used on wooden floors, which I definitely told the sales person about, so obviously she had no interest in what I needed, she just wanted a sale at any cost). I then found out that, to escalate this to the FHIO it has to be reported within 6 months! I was sold a sofa with a 20 year warranty but as I waited 8 1/2 months, this wasn’t covered. And as it is manufactured to look this dreadful, they are not at fault. I then received an offer from their media complaints department offering to refill the cushions although with the same materials, as there WAS a manufacturing defect. This offer was made at the end of January (still less than a year after I received the sofas), and on 10th February I agreed to this as there seemed to be no other option. My initial complaint was closed after the offer was made, and I wrote and said I wasn’t happy with that as they had agreed there was a defect and had offered to refill the cushions and now nobody was answering me, and the auto reply to that email told me I would hear back from them, usually with 24 hours. After 10 days I emailed their CEO. She didn’t bother replying to my email after I let her know nobody would reply to my other emails, but she did get someone to finally contact me to say they’ll order new interiors for the cushions. So just another 10 weeks to wait for this, although they’re apparently the same as the current rubbish ones so not sure what’ll be achieved by this. And the marketing department asking me to contact them so they can not resolve this just adds insult to injury frankly. I cannot state enough how much you should stay away from this company, they are the most awful company i have ever used. There does seem to be lots of recent negative reviews showing just how many people are having dreadful issues with this company.

Delivery times unbelievable- 6 months and still no sofa!! Customer service impossible to contact - expect to spend hours hanging on the line, then getting transferred, waiting some more a d being cut off! Little regard for stress and hardship suffered by their customers. Go elsewhere xx

If I would of read the reviews I would not of touched these with a barge pole. Customer services are like robots. Our recliner has gone flat and he told me that I should of gone on U Tube to see how to maintain it, in other words I have not looked after it properly WTH.

Customer service non existent, spent hours on the phone without any progression . Order placed 6th October 2020,delivered 25th March 2021 , 2x cushions £60 , missing still no contact from Sofology . Appalling company to deal with , stay well clear

Worst company ever! We had a sofa delivery over a year ago. Last February we called aboit faults on the seats. After several calls to chase this up (over a year now) we have been told that there was an error and seats and covers had not been ordered. They say this after saying it has been lost in transit. Will keep calling as not giving into them do bing me off. Shocking

I bought a sofa from their clearance range on line. However it never arrived on the day it was due I was never contacted that they were not going to deliver due to the poor state the sofa was in I was told it should never of been sold to me. They offered me a credit note or full refund. So I decided to do the credit note. Due to sofa not arriving they offered me a loan sofa until my new sofa arrived once I’d been in store to choose one Guess what that did not arrive either the day stated and guess what they never contacted me either. Customer service is not working and they blame it on COVID Sofology allow dogs in their stores and apparently the sofa I was charged for was not fit for purpose due to dog et If you want to waste your time be fed a load of lies go to sofology If you want to good service go anywhere else

Bought 3 Emperor sofas August 2019. Currently stuck with sofas that are not fit for the purpose of actually sitting on them as the cushions have no "rebound" meaning you have to plump them every single day - a total of 8 very large and awkward cushions. Customer service and "engineer" say there is nothing wrong with them. Please avoid this company as their customer service are the worst - as apparently so are their sofas!

Worst company ever to deal with. I ordered my sofa last spring and was told it would take 4 months approx. The sofa was delayed by a month, and I even went in store at Lakeside to confirm the sofa had been ordered and was on its way. I was told yes. The scheduled date was approaching and I had heard nothing and when I eventually got through to customer service I was told they had no record of the order- almost FIVE months later!! They tried to find me a replacement/cancelled order and after a few weeks it was confirmed they had. The order turned up, and it was the wrong end piece- totally different colour from the rest of the sofa. They told me to keep this one until the new sofa was re-ordered. This was in October! At the end of March the new sofa finally arrived- only for me to find that two pieces of the sofa were damaged! I once again called and emailed customer services repeatedly. That was two weeks ago and nobody has even bothered to call or email me back. I have spent £7,000 on a sofa with a company almost a year ago, and not only do I have a damaged sofa, I have had zero contact with them- so as it stands I do not even know if this problem will ever be resolved. Genuinely stay away from them, I am complaining to every legal body I can find!

I ordered the Lawson corner unit and an armless chair after waiting 12 weeks for it to arrive it was only half my order and none of the sections would fit together also the stitching in some of the cushions weren’t sewed properly. I phoned sofology and after waiting over an hour on the phone got an answer which I was told they would try and locate my missing part of the sofa and that an engineer could not come for another four weeks to fix the sofa so it can be joined together and they would get back to me to let me know where the missing part was . That was on the Thursday.I phoned several times on the Friday which I was told the same thing .As it is Sunday now I have been sat with half a sofa now for 4 days and my kids with nowhere to sit I am absolutely furious I defiantly will not be recommending buying a sofa from sofology to anybody that I know

Appalling service!! Bought two sofas paid loads of money out. They won't repair a faulty sofa and engineers seem biased towards Sofology in their reports. Don't touch with a barge pole. Cheap furniture and appalling customer service. Will go under soon. By

Probably the biggest scammer in the UK! I have purchased a new sofa at discount. I have been told that it was a new sofa and it would take 2 weeks to get it. First, I have waited for 2 weeks, then I contacted them. It turned out the item was missing and nobody cared to call me. They arranged another item(exact model). The biggest shock happened when I got the sofa. It was clearly used, full of stain and the package was already open. One side of the recliner has a loud squeaking, clearly something very worrisome. I have been still talking to their customer service, and I feel obliged to say, it was horribly rude and nerve-wracking. Please do not waste your money and time and go far away from Sofology!

brought a leather sofa 2016 , after 3 months i had then out the sponge filling was failing. i was told that was the style[i knew they were fobbing me of.] fast forward 2021 feb , the sofa has totally failed , if you sit in it you just sink , at this point i must stress it is only my wife and my self . no children , no pets , both of us normal weight. i contacted the ceo [google her name] and was told the sofa has lasted over 2 years so nothing doing, i asked how long do there sofas last [am still waiting a reply. if i had brought from say JOHN LEWIS or the likes of thiss sofa would be replaced . my advice do not buy from sofology , there is no re-address , 2YEARS IS NOT LONG ENOUGH FOR THE LIFE OF A SOFA. most companies say a sofa should last over 8 /10 years . DO NOT BUY FROM SOFOLOGY , DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST ,

Bought a leather sofa just over 2 years ago and as 2 year warranty just finished I have to pay to get fixed. It’s the fact that I paid a large sum for this sofa and it has only survived just over 2 years. Leather started coming away from seems. So disappointed with this company. Do not recommend as quality definitely in Question.

Delay to arrival; which to be fair was a possibility. However it went past the “expected delivery date” so I phoned them. Delivery should take place within 7 days of coming into stock; much longer plus if I hadn’t phoned them; would have been even later. I’d bought Cubos modular sofa with extra cushions and insurance; £4538. Sofa arrived damaged and without some of the scatter cushions. Around three weeks later they came to fix it; trying to tell me “it was just the foot”. They showed me a photo of where it had been “glued and screwed” and I pointed out that it wasn’t just the foot. Don’t know why they tried to lie about this. Emailed later that day; all fixed will close off ticket; we hope we have met or exceeded your expectation. Still nor news in cushions. Cue around five phone calls each time waiting around an hour to speak to someone. They emailed stating “will get back to you in 24 hours”. Nine days later I phoned and told them to collect the sofa and cushions and give me a refund. It took around 1.5 hours to “see if they could do that”. Damaged sofa and were in breach of contract not having fulfilled my order. Would never buy from again. Glad to see the back of it. Slow to refund, and I had to chase this up too.
