It’s been a month since I ordered my watch and have not received it! I also requested a refund and no answer!! I’m very upset spend $60 on a watch I never received and they won’t provide my money back either! Stay away!!

SCAM COMPANY. Items arrived not as described. After paying 200 dollars and opening dispute. Seller offered me change for a refund. Company is disrespectful and I am disgusted with how they treated me. They just take your money and send you whatever they want.

there should be a zero stars rating. never got the socks, customer service is a joke. a complete waste of time. now i need to dispute the charge on my credit card. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Wish I could give no stars do not order from them I ordered a personalised charm as a present took ages to come back when it finally did it was poor quality and couldn’t make out the picture. waste off money and didn’t get a refund.

Ordered a custom photo engraved lighter. Said it would be 8-10 days for delivery. 10 days later and the tracking number they gave me still shows tracking number not found. Silly girl should've checked the reviews before ordering. If I would've known it was made in China I would've avoided the site altogether. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered Moon lamp beginning of December 2019. Received it on 1/15/2020. I understand that they were backlogged. They were not prepared for the massive order count due to their successful advertising campaign around Christmas. That being said, it's a 3D printed moon with an LED in the middle with a USB cord for power. It literally cost's about $3.00 USD to make. When you pay upwards of $50 - $100 on something like this, you are throwing your money away. I paid for overnight shipping from Hong Kong, and that was also a mistake on my part. I'll not be ordering from these folks again, and I suggest that others stay away as well.

The 3D moon ball is trash....took over a month to receive it no remote crunched box and the picture is way to small plus you can't actually see the pic when the light is on. Do not order from them Wish I could attach a pic of it

The 3D moon with image on it is a total waste of money. I’m sure the rest of their products are similar, as their customer service just writes you off. Do not purchase any products for this company. Not worth the money!

Took over a month to receive. Not everything shipped as promised. It came in a broken box with no packaging material inside shipped in a plastic bag. Can't see the pictures of the people on the moon ball and I had to put magnifier glasses on just to see their faces. Poor quality no charger sent said there was a remote and there's no remote. I want my money back. Company is located in Hong Kong and no where does it tell you that until after you order. This was supposed to be a Christmas present to a very special friend who has helped me out and I'm embarrassed to give this to her now. If there is ever a class action lawsuit, count me in!

Shipping took forever which I was willing to live with but when the item arrived it wasn't even close to the way they made it look on the web site complete false advertisement and they didn't send everything they were supposed to. STAY AWAY

If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered my moon lamp on December 13. Site said it would take 3-5 days to make and up to 8 days for shipping. Today is January 14 and still have not received my order. I guess the box is walking from California to Texas 😑

well i made a purchase on dec 9th and said shipping would be 5-8 days. today is January 14th, just received the package, box is messy & the item looks NOTHING like the show on their website. I bought one of the "3D moon photo lamp" well its something you can basically craft up with items in your home. not worth the $56 buck + waiting time...

Ordered a customized item on December 5th for Christmas. Shipping said 5 to 8 business days which gave it plenty of time to come in before Christmas. Well here I am January 13th and still do not have the item. All I keep getting is the same generic message from their customer service team. you all do what you want but I would not order from this company it seems like a fraudulent company.

I ordered a name necklace on the 5th of December for my niece. Almost two weeks later, I discover an email stating the my address did not show in the UPS data base. I will take this time to say that I ordered a necklace last Christmas and had NO problem receiving my order. Of course, it did not make it for Christmas. I have sent an alternate address and keep getting these generic emails stating my order has been processed. Please confirm your mailing address. I have lived at this same address for 40 years!!! This outfit is a joke and I WILL NEVER order from this sham ass outfit again!!

I wanted to share my experience with this website and that everyone decides. I have placed an order on black friday and it arrived on January 5, and when it arrives it is not personalized. So I to write to Soufeel and his answer is that I have sent them a photo in black, when in the personalization of the web the photo was perfectly seen. And they DO NOT do anything, they just say that I sent them a photo in black (when it is false) and that they will not do anything. Now everyone can decide if they want to be scammed

***********STAY AWAY FROM SOUFEEL**************************** THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE NECKLACE AND THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. I'VE SPECIFICALLY STATED I WANT TO RETURN THIS AND "CHERRY" EMAILS ME STATING " THEY SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THE NECKLACE". WHY WON'T THEY TAKE THIS DEFECTIVE NECKLACE BACK? EVEN IF IT WEREN'T DEFECTIVE I HAVE A RIGHT AS A CONSUMER TO MY MONEY BACK. I WILL CONTACT PAYPAL AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AT THIS POINT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
