I ordered a custom phone case in January and I paid extra to get to me by the end of that month. It is now March and I still haven’t received it. So just prepare to wait a while.

I ordered a personalized gift for my wife for valentine's day on the 9th website said I would get it by valentine's. But I didnt I go back on the website and email the company and they said they scheduled an update and no packages would be sent out from January 10 to February 17th. So you can imagine my frustration because they advertised something completely different. The I say you know what uts mot that bad I'll wait. On February 29 I still dont have it. I check the tracking and it says it will ship on March 7th and it takes 5-7 business days for me to get it. At this point I dont want it anymore. I email again and they tell me they will refund the shipping and that it because it was personalized. Well if I was able to get it in a reasonable time or they let me know how long from the beginning i would have been okay with it. So i disputed it with the bank and got my money back.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY ARE FRAUDS! I ordered my package before Christmas and still have not got it. I called and they didn't answer. And keep saying it will be shipped over and over again and it's still not hear.

Ordered a month ago and still nothing..keep saying being PROCESSED...then they tell me it ready in 3 days then say it wasnt up to scratch so re making..take your money then just forget about you..I am now going to try to get money back via pay pal ..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a necklace in January for Valentine’s Day kept getting told due to corona virus they couldn’t ship till February 17th than said they couldn’t ship till later in the month than got a email saying I should get a tracking number in a week that week came and on the website they keep pushing the ship date back can’t even get a response

FRADULENT COMPANY!!! Buyers beware!!! My daughter ordered a necklace a month ago and has never received it. We continue to call customer service without any response as well as emailing them.

Never again am I ordering from this Company as I ordered necklace personalise for my niece 18th that was on 24th January 2020 and I’m still waiting for my item I have email but not had a reply yet

Terrible terrible terrible is all I can say. I emailed saying I wanted a refund of my money because I needed it on Valentine’s Day and it still didn’t get there. They then put it ON HOLD. If I could give negative ratings I would. Beyond ridiculous company.

Absolutely terrible company. The delivery times are extremely misleading, even when you pay extra for their "recommended" faster delivery option. Don't make the same mistake I made, they really are as bad as the reviews say. I would also review the actual product too, but it hasn't arrived yet after a month of saying it is still in production. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered a gift 4 weeks ago- paid for expedited shipping. Continue to get an automated response. Can’t even ask for a refund because no one will personalize communication. FRAUD

Not reliable. Paid nearly 46$ and ordered a personalised wallet for my husband as a Valentine’s Day gift. Today is 20 th of February still no idea weather it will come or not . I can’t even track it also. Won’t recommend it to anyone.

terrible service. I bought a key ring for my husband. on January 28. It would arrive in 5 to 8 business days. . today is February 19 and I'm still waiting. terrible not being able to meet their stipulated dates. It was a gift that I had to give on 15. Well, I said nothing. It is terrible that it will be a month and still nothing. I never buy again. and I do not recommend it at all. because they lie

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FOOLS!!! They're not transparent, they keep feeling me EXCUSES as to why they're unable to process my request AND it's taking over a MONTH to complete my request. Shady business!! I will NEVER order again!!!

I initially ordered with a 3-5 day production and another 3-5 day shipping agreement explicitly stated on their online order/website. They emailed me 7 days later to tell me the item just started production with a 9-11 processing time and 2-4 day shipping. Again, I received the email AFTER the item started production (a full week after I ordered the product making delivery a full 3 weeks or more as opposed to a max of 10 days as expected when initially ordered). Therefore when I tried to cancel it due to the deceptive timeline, they obligated me to a 30% cancellation penalty since the product was already in production. If they weren’t going to meet their timeline obligation, they should have emailed me BEFORE starting production so that I could decide whether or not to continue with the order. Does not even come close to what is in their website and order form. Regardless of the product quality, I will not order from them again nor will I recommend them to ANYONE!

I’m on a fixed income and placed a order on Jan 18 with a processing time of 8-9 days. Well needless to say that has changed several times along with the ship date. Also no communication from this company about the reasons for the delays, unless I initiated it. Still don’t have the items I ordered. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!

On a fixed income. Ordered 2 items for my son’s birthday gift on Jan 18. Processing time was 8-9 business days, well it’s still in processing and my ship date has changed 3 times. My son’s birthday has come and gone, but I’m taking the blame because I should have read the reviews on this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!
