I ordered personalized wrapping paper and stickers on December 3 for Christmas (through "CustomFaceStickers"), with express service which stated processing and delivery in 7-10 days. On Dec. 12, I received a shipping notice. Today, Dec.23, the only thing in the shipping system is Dec. 12 an electronic notice in Fremont CA. I'm on the east coast. There is no package in shipping anywhere. The company only responds with a canned note that if I ordered too late, it will be too late to receive for Christmas, otherwise, check the shipping number. I keep writing there is nothing in the shipping system after an electronic notice on Dec. 12, nothing physical. End of story. No wrapping paper, no stickers, no gift.

Make sure you plan in advance, and don't believe the shipping times they advertise. I ordered my item in early December to make sure there was enough time for it to arrive by Christmas. I decided to order it since they claimed it would take 5-7 days for production, then 5-7 days for shipping. I didn't receive notice that the item even was going into production until 10 days later, so I immediately tried to cancel my order before they started it. Now, they are telling me that I have to pay 30% of my order if I want to cancel. Go f*$%^ yourselves.

Ordered an engraved key chain on 12/6 and I was informed it would be delivered before Christmas. Today is 12/19 and it’s not getting shipped until 12/20. I’ve left msgs and sent emails, no response. The shipping date has been extended 3 times. When placing the order, I was advised it was going to take 3 to 5 days to for them in production, which means, by now I should have what I paid for. I do not recommend this company, poor service, lack of communication and they don’t deserve any business from people. I can’t answer most of the rating questions because I haven’t received the product and they are not returning my calls or emails. I’m getting my bank involved so I can get my money back. I’ve cancelled the order as of today, just have a feeling they wont accept it. TERRIBLE Company.

Wish I could give no stars. This is a horrible company. Believe all the bad reviews you see on this company. Placed an orderb3 weeks ago, still say in production and keeps changing shipping dat with no explanation and will not refund my money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. BBB HAS THIS COMPANY RATED AS AN F. Please dont order from this company. Save yourself some heartache.

The product is cheap and nasty...cost over £60. The photo is distorted and the writing at a strange angle. Soufeel say this is a quality product..what a joke ..don't waste your money

I ordered an overlapping heart name necklace and it's been over a month with no sign of it coming. Very disappointed with this company. No real way to contact them or track my package.

If I could give this company a -5 star review I would. This company is a sham. They are money hungry and don’t care about their customers. I ordered a necklace with a personalized name and the original shipping took over a month. They tried to tell me that I had a bad address when I know I do not considering I get mail here and packages almost everyday. After contacting them about the situation they made me pay a $7.99 re shipping fee which is completely not my fault so I don’t see why I had to pay that. But I just wanted my necklace so I paid it anyways. Here we are 2 months later and I still have no necklace and now they’re trying to say my package was marked delivered. The customer service is terrible. I just wanted my necklace but now I just want my money back. A full refund of my almost $90 order. Please do not trust this company with your money or your time. They will also not let you speak to a manager or HR.

I ordered a photo watch for a very dear friend of mine in another state a few months ago. I did not visit her until recently and I was very distressed to see the watch she received was not the watch I ordered. Soufeel has refused to do anything about it and told me it was too late. Their customer service is horrible and they refuse to correct their mistake and provide the watch I ordered and paid for. Do not trust this company because they dont stand by their product. They told me my only option was to pay for another watch and since I dont trust them that they will provide the one I ordered I will not pay for another. All I want is the watch I ordered and paid for and they refuse to do that or to correct their mistake. Save yourself the stress and hassle and dont use this company.

I am very sad to write this review because I love these products but the customer service is horrible. Specially from a rep named Jacky. I felt I need to attach this email from her after reaching out because I was charged for a product they offered to me for free. Since I unknowingly completed the checkout incorrectly I was charged $61. I didn't even realize I was charged until Paypal started calling me about not making a payment. At this point they have already sent me another product for free. I thought this would be an easy fix but Jacky rudely let me know it was MY FAULT and they aren't fixing it. I had to reach out to Paypal because she will not issue a refund. I never had a company reply with such a rude email in my life. I work with businesses every day with my marketing job and this just blew me away. I need to share this experience to hopefully worn the next person.

First off I would like to say I deleted my old review because they offered me 5% of my money back to do so. It took from May 2nd- May 28th to receive some of my items not even all and a bunch of going back and forth with a woman named Tracy to even get it. I revived 2 out of 4 items that I purchased and the ones I got were horrible. The images look different from the ones I sent and the quality of the items is terrible. Looks like they purchased their wallets from dollar tree. This is an absolute waste of money and time. Order from a different more professional company. THESE ITEMS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE FOR FATHERS DAY LIKE THEY ADVERTISE BUT I HAD TO GO THROUGH HELL TO EVEN GET THEM ON THE THE 28th which is almost 2 weeks later and still didn’t get all my items. THIS PLACE IS ALL AROUND TRASH. I will be contacting the BBB

Well the item took forever to come. Once there it looked nice but with few months it is badly tarnished and no cleaning cloth can bring it back to life. I went to write a review on their site, I see they don’t display and review less than four stars. That’s misleading. Do not purchase, you are wasting your money

Do not buy the personalized watches. The Scare team is very faint and unprofessional looking. The outline of my granny’s shirt is missing and soufeel stated nothing can be done.

Well I ordered a necklace for my partner for Valentine’s Day and paid for fast track delivery and still haven’t received it I emailed them and got an alternative email back so emailed again and no reply there’s not even a phone number on website for me to call really disappointed and upset if I could leave less stars I would.

Brought my mum bracelet and 5 charms my mum is 86 and these pictures were sentimental to her mist charms gone black tge itgers have gone a red colour took them to the jewerey shop said none of them were silver I sent all pics to soufeel said sorry 90 day guarantee finished would not recommend these charms stick with pandora

I wish I had visited this site before I ordered anything from Soufeel, I would never deal with them again. On the 2nd December I ordered an engraved silver bangle for my granddaughter’s birth which is in February so delivery wasn’t a problem although it arrive well before Xmas. I had asked for 7 words to be engraved but it arrived with the last one missing. I emailed them immediately but they say there is nothing they can do as I didn’t include the last word on my order. The words were “she believed she could, so she did”. Obviously it makes no sense with the “did” missing so the only option I have is to try and get it engraved locally. When I ordered the bangle I checked the words I had asked for 2 or three times, to make sure and I know I didn’t make a mistake, but on the order confirmation which was emailed there was no mention of them. This did worry me slightly but the reviews (on their web site) were good so I wasn’t too concerned. Please, if ordering from this company, do a print screen after entering the words you have asked to be engraved and then you will at least have proof of what you have asked for.
