Terrible quality on photo wallet. Looked nothing like my husband and my granddaughter's face was barely visible. Seller refused to offer full refund.

Stay away from this company. I ordered a personalised bobble head of my girlfriend as an inside joke. Her eyes are hazel the eyes on this were blue. Her hair is light brown the hair on the bobble head looked black as night. The sculpting was messy and like it could have just been made for anyone. Upon trying to return or switch the item customer service was rude and abrupt and said it could not be done. There is a reason why this company is so low rated online. They are terrible. Do not use them.

My Order was damaged, I ordered the Spotifyglass. When it arrived, I contacted customer service immediately via email and provided pictures of the 3 little scratches on the left and right side of the 'centred picture' on the Spotifyglass. I sent 4-5 pictures to the customer service representative MULTIPLE TIMES!.....Meaning I had to explain my issue and story to the customer service representative in three different ways, SO THE REPRESENTATIVE COULD UNDERSTAND my complaint. I received a response in 24 hours for all three emails that were sent to the SAME representative who kept asking to SEE PICTURES AGAIN AND AGAIN about the damages because the customer service representative was under the impression that the film on the glass was not removed...I KEPT INSISTING THAT THE FILM HAS BEEN REMOVED AND TO PLEASE LOOK AT MY FINGER PRINTS ON THE GLASS FROM THE MULTIPLE PICTURES THAT WERE SENT. ANYWAY...I WAS SUPER ANNOYED WITH THE BACK & FORTH EMAILS OF THE SAME COMPLAINT!! Eventually, SpotifyGlass - FINALLY, understood my complaint and decided to send me a new SpotifyGlass through express shipment. My order arrived on the expected date and it has no scratches or damages to it. I am giving a 3 star, due to the fact that I had to explain and describe the damages to my order to the customer service representative via email more than once...repeating my story about the same complaint multiple times is annoying!!! I have no idea why they can't have a Customer Service Phone Number.

The product is great, but I’m giving it 3 stars because the order took 2 and a half months to deliver to my house. If you are patient and contact them to make sure its actually on it’s way like I did, you will receive a great product!

Don't Order This Product!!! I rarely complain about any product but this one is beyond horrible. Here's my response to them after receiving my figurines from them. Wow Tracy, 10%? That’s incredible. I paid $130 for a really incredible gift for my wife and it looks nothing like the two of us. Nothing! Cartoon effect or not, this is a horrible rendering of us. I’m glad that someone didn’t die and they relied upon your cartoon characters as we’d still be missing. You should refund the entire amount. For $130, I’d expect it to be somewhat, even close, in the ballpark, in the same universe, as our images. You and your team missed the mark entirely. Were they drunk or on drugs? What is your mailing address so I can mail this back to you so you can scam your next customer?

Ordered the Bobble Heads for Valentine’s Day thinking it would be cute! $129.85 for two faces that look nothing like us!!! Scam! Both faces had same nose same look. This Soufeel’s is a joke! Do not fall for it!

The item shown on the website is way different in terms of quality and even description! I ordered a Rubki's personalized where I thought the cube would be done already. What arrives? A D-I-Y package that is made of the lowest quality I've seen. The cuts of images are tricky, a ZERO step by step guidance. NEVER IN LIFE GETTING SOMETHING FROM THEM NEVER!

My Husband ordered a bobble head that should have looked like us. However, they messed up on me! We asked for our refund back multiple times but they wouldn't. They kept offering partial and that's not right! Oh and they also said, "you can paint the skin color yourself!" Are you freaking kidding me! This company is a scam! Do not purchase anything from here or you're regret it! Customer service is horrible! Paid so much for this piece that I can’t even use!

I ordered a wooden clock which was advertised as custom engraved and hand crafted. The picture and wording were eligible, small and poorly created with a stamp of some kind.

Awful. Worst company I EVER dealt with. Misleading. Ordered a charm with a Spotify code. When received played the wrong song. When contacted support they said it’s bc I don’t have premium Spodify account. This was after I had to send them videos of it not working. Won’t give a refund. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star I ordered paying extra for postage before Christmas for Christmas arrival up to now no item has arrived and when I emailed several times they tell me to chase my parcle when I said it’s not well overdue . They Refused refund and no other compensation. Basics they stole my money I spent £60 plus extra postage cost don’t use them I wish I read the reviews first I’m not the only one they scammed
