Placed an order and got a confirmation email that it was to be delivered in 3 days along with a tracking number. Great. After 3 days no parcel. Checked the tracking number - parcel is delayed. One week later - parcel is still delayed on no further tracking information. Called Studio 3 times - on hold for 58 minutes, emailed them, just to get told call has been escalated but nothing happens. I now have no parcel, no refund and a very large phone bill. I will be taking further action and letting every social media outlet I know of to avoid this company like the plague. I wish I'd looked on here first.

Had problems a while ago with a Birthday gift for my Grandson which was faulty. Arranged 3 times (and took these days of work) for collection, which didn't happen! Problem was solved 2 months+ later. Foolishly gave then another chance. Recently I made a payment on my account (ALWAYS paid full balance), which didn't go through and I furnished them with proof of payment (stamped statement by bank), which they didn't accept. Made 15 mile round trip to my bank and got a copy of the paying-in slip and emailed it this to them. The answer to this was that they had located the payment and applied it to my account! Two days later I got another email (from yet another person), saying they could NOT locate the payment but, as a GESTURE OF GOODWILL they would apply it to my account! Such cheek and incompetence I've never come across! Will NEVER use them again.

Worst company I’ve dealt with! Ordered a water table for my daughters 3rd birthday which was damaged and leaked! Emailed god knows how many times, called customer services, was assured it would be collected and then I’d have to wait 14 days for refund.. it wasn’t, told I’d get a £10 credit, finally just received refund after 5th call to them and after 2 months of purchase! No credit and just an email saying they were out of stock and I wouldn’t be receiving a new one!! Do not buy for this company!!

Ordered Barbeque with 5-10 day lead time on 1 August. As of today item has still not been despatched. I have rung customer service twice and they are unable to confirm when item will be delivered. I have tried to cancel the order but keep getting told it will be a week before it can be processed. Bottom line is they do not care about the customer and are only concerned with holding on to your money for as long as they can.

Ordered £710 worth of furniture, 2 armchairs,1 sofa,sofa was delivered 1 day,armchairs the next,the armchairs were very badly damaged & must have been packed with full knowledge they were damaged, it didnt happen in transit,they collected them a month later,I've been on the phone 6 times now waiting on refund, it's now been 2 months since the furniture was uplifted & still no refund, there not disputing the refund,just giving excuse after shitty excuse,bearing in mind they know I need refund before I can buy new furniture.

Ordered set of 2 solar lights, when they arrived was obvious they'd been a return, polystyrene all broken, no film over solar panels, no returns note. They were faulty. I paid for return as no returns info or label via Hermes Parcelshop 9/7, they collected 10/7. Not credit two weeks later, emailed numerous times, they keep saying Hermes collected parcel from me, so they're not reading my emails at all. Eventually said they were sending declaration form and I could screenshot and email. I did this immediately, still no credit. I rang them yesterday and was promosied a phone call, never happened, no surprise there! It's now well over a month since I returned item. Unbelievable.

Ordered a pan set in April which was never dispatched, they’re not interested in solving this problem, I’ve sent many emails and basically been told to wait longer. Avoid this business

The bath mats I ordered in ‘dark grey, were in fact blue even though the label attached to them says dark grey. Since there is no longer the option to return an item for free it makes it uneconomical for me to return them so now I’m stuck with mats that do not match my bathroom. Also cannot get hold of anyone to discuss by telephone or live chat. Very poor item description and customer service

I was told that my delivery was delayed and then it was dispatched and would arrive and hasn’t and when I track my order is says we are expecting your parcel. Do not recommend!!!

I placed an order on 11/4/2020 that never arrived, I have emailed them 4 times, i have finally received an email to say that due to the time thats past they won't reinburse me, they haven't acknowledge receipt of my earlier emails, I screenshot the dated emails and have now contacted my credit card company.

As a new customer I placed an order for some shorts on 6th june ,i was told delivery would be 3 to 7 days .After 3 weeks and no delivery and numerous phone calls and emails un replied to ,i spoke to trading standards .Studio told me i would have to wait 30 days for a refund while they investigated where my parcel was ??THIS IS NOT LEGAL !!!As soon as i told them trading standards said if they have broken their contract of supplying goods within 3 to 7 days by law I'm entitled to a refund .And it worked !!I was refunded within 2 days .Disgraceful customer service, would never buy from them again .I hope this review will help someone else dealing with this awful company .

Studio used to be a very good company when it was called studio 24. I have been a customer for years. NOW THEY ARE THE VERY WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I ORDERED A DISHWASHER FROM THEM OVER A MONTH AGO AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE WITH ME IN 10 DAYS IT THE LATEST THEY TOOK MY MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY. BUT NO SIGN OF THE DISHWASHER YET. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES ASKING THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND. NOT HAD A REPLY YET. THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE. Please do not buy any thing from this company. Verv very bad customer service.

I would advise you to avoid this company. Item broken when delivered. I am getting nowhere with emails to Customer Service. Very poor service. I have never used Studio before, never again, will stick with the companies I always use and provide me with a service if things go wrong!

Bought a bed and after a few months the bed broke, I tried calling but no luck so I emailed them they took a few weeks to acknowledge the email then nothing for about six weeks called and got through the person said he's sending out a replacement and he's having the broken one picked up. Got an email about the new one and they are bill me for the replacement. Totally disgusting company. Do not use this company

I would give this company a -100, absolutely the worst company ever !!!!!! Do not purchase anything from them. I'm still waiting for a refund after three months despite the fact that studio has recently the returned item !!!! Beware !!!!

We placed an order in 2019 and believed we had made all the payments to clear the balance. However in June 2020, we recieved a notice from a debt collector telling is we owed nearly £300. We queried this as Studio had not contacted us once on the matter. Apparently the final payment was missed but instead of sending us any kind of reminder, they added interest and missed payment fines for a year then sold the debt to a debt collector. I find this practice most dishonest as we could have cleared the balance had we known about it. Will not be using studio again, they are not to be trusted.
