“I love the fact Superdrug offers free delivery for their beauty card members. No matter what you buy, it's really helpful when I just need deodorant and some baby wipes and it gets delievered to me. They have nice incentives like 10% some days for card holders and they provide makeup brands like MUA which are so cheap and great.”

“I discovered the Hornchurch branch of Superdrug only comparatively recently. In addition to the superb offers and products they regularly stock, I always leave the branch feeling that I have had excellent customer service, especially at the till. The staff at this branch are friendly, warm and helpful without being pushy. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I am one happy customer!”

“I do all of my toiletry and make up shopping from superdrug. As a card member I get free delivery which makes it even more worthwhile. And I noticed that items are a lot more cheaper there as opposed to sainsburys and boots.”

“I shop in 'Superdrug' frequently, but have had a few out of date purchases recently: A 'Bourgois' lip gloss that would not stay on my lips no matter what I tried! A 'Maybelline' mascara that was dried up! And most recently, an 'Olia' permanent hair colourant that was absolutely fine (thank goodness!) until I noticed a €1/£1 coupon off voucher attached to the instruction leaflet that was 2 years out of date! Which really concerned me as I had already used the product! On all three occasions I hadn't kept my receipts. I am now extremely vigilant when I shop in this store now.”

“Cheap and excellent product that I really needed, however it was weird how the heating was on during high summer (I came for a click and collect) and the staff were not authorised to switch the AC on?!”
