“I do all of my toiletry and make up shopping from superdrug. As a card member I get free delivery which makes it even more worthwhile. And I noticed that items are a lot more cheaper there as opposed to sainsburys and boots.”

“I shop in 'Superdrug' frequently, but have had a few out of date purchases recently: A 'Bourgois' lip gloss that would not stay on my lips no matter what I tried! A 'Maybelline' mascara that was dried up! And most recently, an 'Olia' permanent hair colourant that was absolutely fine (thank goodness!) until I noticed a €1/£1 coupon off voucher attached to the instruction leaflet that was 2 years out of date! Which really concerned me as I had already used the product! On all three occasions I hadn't kept my receipts. I am now extremely vigilant when I shop in this store now.”

“Cheap and excellent product that I really needed, however it was weird how the heating was on during high summer (I came for a click and collect) and the staff were not authorised to switch the AC on?!”

“As a vegan I would have found it quite hard to find affordable cruelty free toiletries. However Superdrug's clear labelling of its own brand products makes the whole process so much simpler. And because of all the amazing offers that are run regularly I was able to stock up on all the suncare and toiletries I needed for my trip to Australia without it eating into my holiday spends!”

“Always use Superdrug because they have everything you need from basic essential items up to luxury one offs - can be sure of getting best price every time too. Never found anything similar at a lower price even in Supermarkets - so hurrah for Superdrug No 1 chemist for me!!!”

“I used their online doctor and pharmacy service. It was quick, simple and the doctor did not just approve my treatment for antibiotics but followed up with advice about the condition and what I needed to look for in case I needed to go to a doctor. The delivery of my medication came next morning. For a range of small illnesses or medications that you would usually have to go to the doctor for but don't have the time to waste, or cannot get an appointment , I say start ditching the surgery and use superdrug online doctor and pharmacy instead.”
