The VC Customer Service team is so unresponsive!! Not recommended at all. There is no reply from the seller and also no reply from the VC team when it comes to asking a question. Really disappointed!

So the seller who is using my picture without my permission is still using my picture, despite all the reassuring messages from Vestiaire that it is not allowed, according to their comment here, the measures they have been taking is "emailing the seller" how wonderful, because this is the 2nd time the seller is using the pictures and the seller will continue to use my pictures because obviously nothing is going to happen! Why on earth do I take pictures of my items when it is obviously a free for all and Vestiaire claims they do something about it but don't? Seller Vestimenta has repeatedly used one of my pictures, several sales, never taken down!

Previous to this issue, I have only had positive interactions on Vestiaire, however, the distressing events of today have changed my views on Vestiaire and have repelled me as a customer from this point forward. After selling an item, I had seven days to ship with a courier. After three days, I receive a message from the buyer who aggressively abuses me, because I didn’t ship the item immediately, so I cancelled the transaction as I didn’t feel safe providing my address to the buyer, I blocked the buyer who is by now harassing me with disgusting verbal abuse. Despite having blocked messages, the buyer was still able to harass me repeatedly through messages on my listings. I put in a report to Vestiaire, but I only received an automated response suggesting that I block the seller through messages which I had already done. Vestiaire clearly takes no steps in protecting their community. Unfortunately for their ill thought out processes, harassment towards members, by other members is now publicly visible on their site. I have removed all of my listings and I won’t be using their services again. I highly recommend for others to also avoid.

Awful, buyer beware! no one you can speak with, just a chat system. The last chat message I got from Vestiaire Collective was "Thank you. Please give me a couple of minutes while I coordinate this concern to our expert team." That was 18 HOURS AGO! do not purchase clothes from them, and return them, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

these guys rape you on customs duties and taxes. Shipment from europe/japan to canada on clothing has been duty free some years ago, and they are still charging you 19% + 7% sales tax !!

Ich habe eine goldene Kette bei Vestaire Collective gekauft, deren Verschluss leider defekt ist. Das konnte man nicht sehen. Erst als ich 3 kleine Goldnuggets, die ich daran angehängt hatte, verloren habe ist mir der Schaden aufgefallen. Die Goldkette geht immer wieder auf und da ich sie erst 4 Tage nach Zusendung getragen habe, ist mir der Defekt erst nach den 72 Stunden für eine mögliche Rückgabefrist aufgefallen. Ich finde es unseriös, dass ich die Kette nicht zurückgeben kann, obwohl sie kaputt ist. Ich hatte durch sie einen finanziellen Schaden, auf den nach schwieriger Kommunikation insgesamt noch nicht einmal eingegangen wird. Ich kann dieses „Unternehmen „ auf keinen Fall empfehlen, weil sich der/die KäuferIn nicht auf die angepriesenen Qualitätskontrolle verlassen kann!

I bought a pair of Stella McCartney boots described as "Never Worn" and they arrived with mud in the tread on the soles and around the sides. So, they have clearly been worn!! I reported the problem straightaway and sent photos of what I received. I was told to return them so they could check them again. Some time passed, and then for the second time Vestiaire informed me that they DO match their description! They said I had 24 hours to request them returned to me or they would relist them for sale for me. They listed them for sale straightaway anyway using the same words - "Never Worn' - and at a cheaper price than I paid for them! They also emailed me to say I should reduce my price as they were overpriced! The audacity! There is no way anyone would buy these boots, and if they did - they too would have been disappointed when they received them to see they had been worn. I requested they be sent back to me as Vestiaire refused to refund me and I did not want to leave them there forever until they might have sold. I tried to talk on chat many times to Vestiaire's customer service but was ignored. I have now opened a PayPal case as I did definitely receive an item 'not as described'. The decent thing they should have done while they had them back with them - was to refund me and tell the seller off for their wrong description. But no, they are saying they are on their way back to me again! Absolutely disgusting customer service. I only hope I will win my PayPal case and be allowed to return them back to Vestiaire again and get my money back. Then, after nearly ten years buying on the site, I will NEVER buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them either. They are thieves.

I have contacted Vestiaire AGAIN as they suggested in their generic copy and paste message, it took 24 for the same "customer service" person to get back to me and he then told me (wow, he must be Einstein) that my item was sold, apparently he totally forgot that the day before he told me that he would contact the seller, when I explained again, i got more generic replies, then that they HOPE the seller will stop stealing my pictures. SERIOUSLY, that is the approach CUSTOMER SERVICE takes? If you are on a Mac, you can't even email them, you can, but the message does not get through, you get no confirmation, so you are stuck with the halfwits in chat, I guess in their spare time (of which there must be plenty as they are not doing customer service) they are the ones who write the good reviews. As a buyer and seller, be aware if you are dealing with Vestiaire, you are taking a gamble because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the 2nd time that the seller @VESTIMENTA has stolen my pictures, I listed my Paco Rabanne bag Reference:30000588 on 2023-01-15 and sold it the same day, a few days after that @VESTIMENTA listed a bag with my pictures, she was not the buyer as the buyer was in the UK. I reported this to Vestiaire and was told they take care of it and the seller would get a warning, NOTHING happened, the pictures stayed online, the bag sold then 5 days ago (so months nothing happened, despite the reassurance from Vestiaire) and immediately after the bag was sold, @VESTIMENTA uploaded another bag, again using MY PICTURE. I tried to get on chat, was assured this would be taken care of, to wait, I waited 90 minutes, so I decided to send them an message via their contact form, I still have no confirmation that they have received it (something that has happened before and they never seem to take care of). This is the new listing of @VESTIMENTA - I don't have high hopes that Vestiaire will actually do something, but it is quite grating when you take pictures, spend time taking pictures and another seller simply uses them as if they were theirs, which seems to be a habit of @VESTIMENTA who has ignored my messages and seems to think my pictures are hers for the taking! The fact that Vestiaire seems to pretend that it isn't allowed but does nothing about it is actually really shocking! Order #23964923 I have sold over 50 items with them I was an expert seller and out of nowhere they blocked my account I am no longer able to log in or speak to Customer service they have blocked all email messages etc, they have a pending sale from me and have stole my money and my handbag I only sale high quality brands balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Givenchy and they have done this to me twice . The first time it was resolved . Now it’s been one month and I haven’t heard back from them I have no other way to contact them as they have blocked me out . I would NOT trust this company with your luxury sales

If i could give this company zero stars I would! I mailed My purse in to be authenticated four months ago. Consistently reached out by emails to follow up on the status. Every time they would send a email back stating they would get back to me in 48 hours and no one ever does. I tried The chat option and the custom service reps answer until i explAin my issue and no one reply’s back. I get a email 2 weeks ago stating that they LOST MY BAG and they will refund me. Well it’s have been four months and i still Haven’t received a refund. Just a bunch of excuses that they are working on it! Please don’t buy from this site if anything goes wrong you will not be REFUNDED!

Ref#31321973 Garbage company, doesn’t even know how to legit check their items. I sold a Balenciaga “Hi my name is Demna” tee, I couldn’t provide a receipt or proof of purchase therefore it’s deemed fake. I’ve been buying Balenciaga and Demna pieces over the years and I know and can distinguish a fake from an authentic product and I would never sell a fake item because I don’t want that to happen to me. Now I lost a sale and they also want me to pay $15 usd for their stupidity of their authentication team. Vestiaire is also notorious for letting fakes go through their legit checking process. What a bunch of clowns, stick to grailed or e-bay everbody, this company is for clowns.

On 3-20-23 I purchased a LV zippy wallet and LV on the go bag which I thought was used in great condition based on photos and descriptions. When I received both item, I clearly they were fake because the dust bag and blue Louis Vuitton lettering and the bag handles were wrapped in plastic and the bag was folded in half and smaller than the actual on the go bag. The zippy wallet had plastic on the hardware which the REAL LV wallets or purses NEVER come with plastic wrapping around hardware or handles. Vestair Collective sold me two fake LV items!!! I reported the issue through their frustrating website and they sent me a shipping label for the refund of the zippy wallet. But they only allowed me to RELIST the on the go LV bag within 72 hrs. I relisted it and it was sold the same day so they sent me a shipping label and it was marked as authenticated shipping. When the received the bag, they said bag was non compliant meaning not authentic. So they sold me a fake bag in the first place, say I need to relist it, then said it was sold and I returned the bag in its original green packaging from VC NY address and now they are asking for the bag to be sent when they already have the bag because I had to relist it!! This has never happened to me on Tradesy but you can’t even talk to a live agent and you have to try to report via email. So frustrating, I need to be refunded $989 for the fake LV bag that they advertised as a used bag and photos of the bag in great condition which was clearly a LIE!!! They are not authenticating items being sold especially via direct shipping on their website. I will never but on Vestair Collective!! The bag and wallet came on green plastic shipping bag not even in boxes to protect the bags, smh!!

We are back to the horror show, they are sending me their regular "Your items will be delisted in 7 days please confirm if you want to keep them" spam, so I am trying to log in, it throws me to the sign in page, it will not let me sign in, doesn't recognize my email. I don't know how many times I told them that there is a problem, as the problem keeps persisting, especially for Mac users (check out any board for Macs) they come back with totally absurd "Clear your cookies" it is not my cookies as it happens on every browser and several different computers. Then they try to get me on their app, I am not trusting an app of a company that obviously has the sloppiest IT on the whole planet. So for an indefinite amount of time, I can't sign in, I can't list, I can't get labels if I sell something. Customer service is a joke, chat never works and if it does (once in a blue moon), it is insane as the people there don't even have any idea how the site actually works, they don't seem to talk to other departments, emailing, you get a copy and paste reply, they don't even seem to read. It has turned from an OK site to a horror show!

Sold an item and sent the next day. I tried to find a place to log my tracking number but there isn’t a place to contact/ confirm. Messaged buyer directly with details and tracking. Two weeks later I receive an email saying the order was cancelled. I used the tracking to see it was in china with them at their sitting office. They say they cannot pay for the item as the sale is cancelled but now the $350 item is with them in their sorting office, with no solution. How is it possible to be running such a corrupt business model??

It is a horror show, the authentication is clueless, authentic items do not get through, however purchased items with their authentication which were fake and since their customer service is as bad as the authentication team (guess they employ clueless people for peanuts) I had to go through my credit card company. Then they have a ton of scammers who abuse direct shipping, getting in touch with Vestiaire is a horror show, copy and paste replies, like the replies you see here, generic copy and paste, cheapest shipping companies, items get lost or misdelivered, Vestiaire does not help as again, clueless staff not interested, lying to your face. If they would spend a fraction of the time on customer service (they have no phone lines, chat mostly unavailable, email clueless idiots sending copy and paste replies often not even addressing a question or request) or getting a qualified authentication team, they could be a good company. Seeing the latest review that are so nondescript and as generic as their replies, I guess they are countering the real reviews with putting their outsourced call center staff on posting fake positive reviews.
