We are back to the horror show, they are sending me their regular "Your items will be delisted in 7 days please confirm if you want to keep them" spam, so I am trying to log in, it throws me to the sign in page, it will not let me sign in, doesn't recognize my email. I don't know how many times I told them that there is a problem, as the problem keeps persisting, especially for Mac users (check out any board for Macs) they come back with totally absurd "Clear your cookies" it is not my cookies as it happens on every browser and several different computers. Then they try to get me on their app, I am not trusting an app of a company that obviously has the sloppiest IT on the whole planet. So for an indefinite amount of time, I can't sign in, I can't list, I can't get labels if I sell something. Customer service is a joke, chat never works and if it does (once in a blue moon), it is insane as the people there don't even have any idea how the site actually works, they don't seem to talk to other departments, emailing, you get a copy and paste reply, they don't even seem to read. It has turned from an OK site to a horror show!

Sold an item and sent the next day. I tried to find a place to log my tracking number but there isn’t a place to contact/ confirm. Messaged buyer directly with details and tracking. Two weeks later I receive an email saying the order was cancelled. I used the tracking to see it was in china with them at their sitting office. They say they cannot pay for the item as the sale is cancelled but now the $350 item is with them in their sorting office, with no solution. How is it possible to be running such a corrupt business model??

It is a horror show, the authentication is clueless, authentic items do not get through, however purchased items with their authentication which were fake and since their customer service is as bad as the authentication team (guess they employ clueless people for peanuts) I had to go through my credit card company. Then they have a ton of scammers who abuse direct shipping, getting in touch with Vestiaire is a horror show, copy and paste replies, like the replies you see here, generic copy and paste, cheapest shipping companies, items get lost or misdelivered, Vestiaire does not help as again, clueless staff not interested, lying to your face. If they would spend a fraction of the time on customer service (they have no phone lines, chat mostly unavailable, email clueless idiots sending copy and paste replies often not even addressing a question or request) or getting a qualified authentication team, they could be a good company. Seeing the latest review that are so nondescript and as generic as their replies, I guess they are countering the real reviews with putting their outsourced call center staff on posting fake positive reviews. Wanted purchased a t-shirt and jeans on their website but many of them from Dsquared2, DG, Valentino.. were couterfeit. Chep chinese copies with joke labels. Shocking!

I was a top professional seller on Tradesy until Vestiaire Collective bought them out. My Tradesy listings were transferred to Vestiaire and over 100 did not transfer which had to be manually relisted. The ones that did transfer, over 500 had listing errors and I am unable to fix them myself. Vestiare ALWAYS pays late. I have to beg my Proseller manager for every single payment. My sales on Vestiaire compared to Tradesy have dropped by 90%...yes you read that correctly. There is zero customer service at Vestiaire. The website is lackluster and very difficult for a Proseller to manage inventory. Listing on Vestiaire takes over 20 minutes per item which is too long for Prosellers. The marketing of the website is very poor. The strange puppets featured on the website until a month ago were creepy. There is really nothing interesting about the Vestiaire website that draws you in and it's very stale. This has been a disaster.

I am seller and I sold a Chanel cosmetic pouch last Feb.2,2023. It was shipped to Vest for authentication. Per tracking number, the item was delivered to their warehouse and Vest denied after 2 week that they didn't received the item. Mind you, they didn't informed me about the issue until I checked the status of my sale. Now Vest filed a claim on USPS but USPS denied the claim because it was already delivered to them. So Vest will not give me any refund because the claim was denied. So now, Vest has my Chanel and I lost my Chanel as well. This company is stealing packages and would try to file a claim on the courier so that they'll have the item and will use the claim to pay for your refund and at the same time they will are keeping the items. This company is a scam. I withdrew all my items on their app. Beware of this company!

Please sort out your "customer service" and IT, an item is listed as a skirt when it is an evening gown, chat is "unavailable" so I should use email, I am trying to eMail you, there is not even a confirmation that you have received my request, again it seems to go nowhere, this happens frequently if people use Apple Macintosh products and try to contact you.

I am leaving this review as a seller, as I am furious at the way Vestiaire treats sellers. Their quality control is just a joke. They will nitpick or literally make things up (such a saying a watch is not working, and then it comes back to me... actually working and on time.) Or take the worst pictures to get the buyer to cancel the sale. On a black background, with artificial light, with fingerprints and dust on it, which would make anything look bad. Obviously the buyer will say that they don't want it anymore and cancel the sale without even having a chance to look at the item. These cancellations happen a lot more than they should and it wouldn't be the case if Vestiaire did not actually profit from them: they get to charge you higher fees for 30 days when this happens, and they also charge you of flat rate of £15 each time. The way sellers are treated, the lack of customer service, the opacity, the fact that listings are non-modifiable, or that we don't have a right to respond or get in touch with the buyer (or the quality control team) in case of dispute... all of this is shameful and ends up profiting them and them only. Of course the platform gives you access to a lot of customers, but honestly, if you have a chance to sell your items elsewhere, I suggest that you do.

NOT FOR SELLERS! I sent a pair of shoes to the buyer and the buyer never received. The buyer and I both opened a case because the parcel seemed to not have even gotten to their state. I didn’t realize there was an issue until I found out I wasn’t paid for the shoes I sent out over a month ago. Trying to reach out to through the support chat seems to be unsuccessful. They basically give you a form to fill out stating I need things like the delivery address and such THAT A BUYER WOULD HAVE TO FILL OUT! Mind you, I AM THE SELLER! They would go around in circles and responses are hard to come by when you start asking more questions. So I still didn’t get an answer. All they told me was the buyer canceled the order. So I am out of a pair of designer shoes and no money for it…. Sounds like a great deal for buyers, but sellers get scammed out of their money.

This website is a scam. Sold a pair of Louboutin with studs. After the sale they picked up the shoes with a UPS label and received them in a day. They reported that 1 out of the 60 studs was missing to the seller but failed to report I included spare ones in a pouch and after 3 full days they cancelled the sale. They are now refusing to tell me when my shoes are coming back to me but it’s gonna be days. This means I can’t sell them elsewhere and I’m losing money every day. Their customer service is non existent and a person called Ruphin R has been the rudest agent I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life besides not understanding basic English. As of now I’ve lost a sale and don’t have my item back nor I know when I will have it back. I tried to raise a complain and was told this is not something they care about Please be careful !

Bueno, seguro que se preocuparon por tomar mi dinero enviándome recordatorios sobre lo que había en mi bolso. I have been waiting for a month for a refund. All you ever get is a message that someone will get back to you in 24 hours. It’s a lie. They never get back to you apart from to say it will be another 24 hours. Horrible customer service. There are so many other sites to use now that are better than this one. What company has no phone number to call in 2023!

Site is not user friendly for sellers! Vestiaire wants all control of any edits. I can’t access my items by description ! I have to scroll through each item. I can’t do cross listing! So I’ve pretty much avoid listing here as it’s to time consuming, difficult service, No to little seller control!

I don’t think I’ve been through so many people to contact to deal with a problem before in my life. When it had been delivered to the buyer it hadn’t been actioned by verstiaire as ‘delivered’ so my payment had been in limbo for soooo long. Took me around 6 people to finally approve my payment. Never again!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. DAMAGED MY SHOES DURING QUALITY CONTROL AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON. I HAD TO SPAM THE CHAT BOX FOR THEM TO EVEN RESPOND. NEVER USE THEM EVER.
