I am over here sick. I purchased a LV from Vestiaire Collective bag and DHL delivered it to the wrong address..... its an address where I use to live. I did not give VC them that address I updated it in the companies system before I ordered it ...however somehow DHL was given my old address. Now the bag is in never never land. I was able to CHAT with someone at Vestiaire Collective about what happened. I was told to send a handwritten letter along with my ID saying that I don't have the bag. I was told to be patient. In the meantime, I have paid for a bag that I don't have in my possession. My issue is that I updated the address BEFORE I purchased to I am confused to why it was sent to my old address.

a star is too much for this company. but unfortunately minus 1mio does not exist. very very very disappointed with the service of this company. Very unprofessional Customer Service. Very careless attachment to the customer and the goods. The goods are lost and no one knows where they are. The goods are canceled from sale. And the goods are simply ignored by the logistics and are sent back without warning the customer. The customer must pay post, customs duty, etc. no one knows what's going on and why. very large provision for sales, but a thousand problems and lost time to clarify all the problems. a disaster!!!! I do not recommend it to anyone

I sold a new pair of Balenciaga speed trainers. Sent them to France on March 23th. I never got any confirmation and suddenly they cancelled the transaction. I contacted their customer service several times never got a clear answer. Yesterday I called the Swiss Post and they told me the item has been refused by the receiver. Funny part is that a few hours later I got an email from VC telling me that the item never arrived at their warehouse. What a joke! Waste of money and time! And their customer service is terrible, really don’t recommend this app.

Im not sure wheter I like VC or not. I have ordered 4 things from them, all were cancelled after a few days. That was very annoying and i think they should check better with the sellers wheter products are still for sale. One shoe i bought was listet 3 days prior to me buying it and still they cancelled it because it wasn't available. On the otherhand i bought a bag on 19/04 and they shipped the bag instantly and went through authenticity check in just 1 day and now its on its way to me.

Brilliant from start to finish I think it’s better if you buy from a trusted or professional seller. Only then can you return your item !! I bought 2 Chanel bags so beautiful matched discription I want to sell one of them so not to sure how that works

I was gonna buy a saint laurent bag from Grail but found out the item was fake and the seller was purposely trying to sell it and he knew it was fake. Was trying to rip me off. Just recently i saw the same fake bag on Vestiair. It seemed the seller managed to rip a buyer off and sold it and now the buyer posted the bag on Vestiaire to sell it. I'm not sure if the seller knows that the bag they bought is fake. Several times I wrote comments to the seller on Vestiaire to remove the item from because its fake but my comments gets deleted by Vestiaire!! I've found some unique items on their site but unless your an expert on fake items then i dont recommend you shop or deal with Vestiaire. Its risky. This is the link to the fake item. Ordered twice at Vestiaire, and both times really disappointed, also with the support. First time I bought an item it was a long dress. however to my surprise I discovered upon delivery, that the item was completely see-through. That was not visible in the pictures (it was black, so flat photography did not show it), nor was it in the description. When I contacted help-desk that such a crucial characteristic should have been in the description and that I want to return it as the description was incomplete. There response was that "they are sorry to hear that I am not happy" but that they do not take it back as quality check team says "the item matches the description". Very standard response as the whole issue was that the description was not complete in my view. The solution they provided was that I can put it back on sale for a discount fee. Disappointing. And now I am negotiating already for 2 days on a dress that I bought. Indicated online as a EU size38, but when receiving it, it turned out to be a EU size 42 (also clearly in the label). Flagged it within 24hours and now already spend a few emails to get this solved; it is clearly a non-complaint item, as description did not match actual item, which should have been discovered by quality control. It was even put online by concierge service, meaning that they put the description themselves... the solution they suggested: I can put it back on sale for a lower fee. So they say online that they protect against non-complaince of items, but in reality they do not. Receiving an item with a different size than you bought, is not seen as non-complaint. Really disappointed twice.

Customer service is extremely slow and rude, they don’t care about their customers. My first time buying on this site I saw 25.00 off 150.00 with code welcomeus that’s why I bought. When I paid and the code seemed to apply so I checked out and paid but it never applied. Moments later I contact customer service so they can help me make the adjustment for a partial refund or cancel and rebuy, and that’s the response I got per screen shot below. I have to take this with my credit card company hopefully to get my partial refund. I don’t recommend this site at all, every bad experience for the first time buying here! Order number 25905503

I'm so so so angry do not even think about selling or even buying from Vestiaire Collective as they will loose your items take your money and your time! I sold a prada bag the faboulous multi pochette prada hit bag!my bag was brand new! I trusted them by directly sending them the item with all its accessories! After 2 weeks I got an email saying the bag would not match the description as the strap and the pochette were missing!!! Totally not true as I have sent a full set bag with strap and pochette! Due to all this the buyer cancelled the purchase! Since then I contacted VC everyday and they finally admitted to have lost my accessories and they were still trying to find them! Meanwhile they have decided to send me the bag back with those missing items which I will not accept! I want my whole stuff back and I will contact a lawyer for sure! Please do not sell your items to them !!!

Their warehouse lost my mink fur coat that I sold through their website and shipped to them on the same day. Despite the tracking showing it was accepted at their warehouse, their customer service kept saying it couldn’t be located and not to worry as it will found and scanned soon. have called multiple times and asked customer services to act on it ASAP as I was worried I will loose my expert seller badge, and each time yet another arrogant representative assured my that my seller status will not be affected!!!!!!!!! This is a ridiculous, ignorant and unacceptable level of customer service!!! My coat was shipped on the day of sale, and received the next day, 28th February!!!! I called EVERY day since then, spoke to various customer services representatives, chased it, asked for help, sounded my concern that I will loose my expert seller badge if it’s not scanned by warehouse on time etc. I was assured that I need to wait more and that my seller status WILL NOT be affected. After 20 phone calls, 1 week later and daily chasing, all the stress and cost of calls to me, : 1. Item is missing 2. Payment still not received 3. Customer services still being ignorant and arrogant about it saying not to worry 4. No specific reply with payment confirmation 5. I lost my expert seller badge which I was ASSURED I wasn’t going to loose This is the worst, most careless and most arrogant customer services I have ever received, with no care for customer and with absolute NO desire to help and resolve anything!!!!! This email will be forwarded to Head Office in Paris.

This company is just not for me! Buying a high end, high price, designer bag should be a pleasurable, joyous thing but Vestiaire suck all the enjoyment out of it. It takes far, far too long and with little in the way of communication. They grab your money and expect you to be happy to wait three weeks or so before actually getting your item with little idea of what is happening in the meantime. In this day and age the time frame is ridiculous! I have just purchased an expensive bag on eBay - 36hrs later I was wearing it.....

I’m sorry Vestiaire. Too much for me already. Once you have lost chanel watches for 12 000. It was delivered to you, but dissapeared. 2!!!months I wrote you, and I heard “we are trying to find” every day. Till I wrote here to truspilot. Next day after 2 months I have received money. Now I have sold Chanel jacket for 1500€ on 6th of february. AND AGAIN! I DIDNT RECEVIE MONEY!!! I have an answer all the time : We apologize, soon you will receive mail. MAIL?! I need my money for sold item month ago! Each time I need figth for my money. If you dont send me proof of payment TODAY I will make an oficcial letter to special authority with my layer. Ref: 8652948 I gave this rate to Vestiarie C. because this company is a joke, I'm just done with their excuses. I sold a Swarovski bracelet on Jan/06/2020 and according to the company's policy I would get paid by Jan/21st. OK, I checked at the app and it was informing that the payment had been done. Checking on my account details at the app I saw that one number was wrong and I contacted them after I fix it. Well, let's make something clear here, I know it was my fault that the account number wasn't correct at the time of payment, but I contacted the company right away and I knew that it was "fixable". I waited for weeks because they said they are having a large volume of other issues to be solved; However I know it's very easy to solve my case, since they probably got their money back from the bank, the account they had paid do not exist, so the transference was never really completed. They just had to pay me again through the right account number. It has been over 40 days since I contacted them about this matter, I'm waiting for a solution and they just keep sending me the same email almost every week. I truly believe by now that they are trying to fool me and they will never going to pay me.

Please be careful when sending in a sold item, even though you include everything, and if they (Vestiare Collective) misplace or lose part of the shipment, basically you are called a liar and that you never included it, so remember to photograph your shipment box including everything you are sending. If you have sold 20+ items already (so I know what to do etc etc) and a potential buyer asks you the day before what is included in the sale, you are not going to forget to include a dustbag. And due to this the sale is void, even though I did include a dust bag, and whoever opened the box didn't see it or misplaced it, extremely poor customer service, so be very very careful.

horrible! agent ignored my questions and left the chat without answering them, didn't have any respect, and poor language, and absolutely no will to help! it's the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, can't even imagine what would be over the phone.... This wasn't the first time, almost all agents I chatted with in theist had a very, very poor service. Wanted to lodge a formal complaint in the end and expressed this to the agent several times (again, without answer) and he left the chat. I see so many bad reviews for VC here, but nowadays there are many platforms competing with Vestiaire Collective thankfully!

Item 5655198. They told me I'd sold my coat from "ready to ship " which means it's in their warehouse. And that id be paid within a few days.However due to a fault in the system, they kept asking me to send it to them.Called them 29 times but sale was cancelled.Anyway coat was resold and I still havnt been paid.Yes,still being asked to send it , but they still have it themselves.Latest email told me that my expert status has been taken away,reduced to no status because I didn't send it.Cest la vie !
