“I made the mistake of purchasing 5 shirts from them at the same time. Not one fit! Everyone of them was so cheaply made that I was afraid to wear or wash them. Huge waste of money!”

“False and clever advertising on the app. If it seems too good to be true rest assured that IT IS! They completely avoid you and redirect you without letting you get anywhere for complaints... you can only print a return label to mail the “item” back at YOUR cost and supposedly refund your money after they receive it! In the description it describes every single little detail about a great camera with awesome features.beware of a store “rodneyyi” buyer beware!!! I WISH I have never have bought from you”

“When i first ordered from them they delivered things to me on time then . i started ordering more things. And was disappointed. They stuff did not look like it. Did on the app . and my other stuff i ordered . never came its December . i still didn't get my stuff from this summer . im done with them . Dont waste your money . the so called customer support is bs to”

“The swimsuit I ordered came in the wrong color. It is took me 16 emails to customer support and O am still their. I explain that system of Wish bloking me when I try to attach photo of the swimsuit. However support system keep sending me same standard message, explaining protocol of submitting request. It is mockery. Order ID#5bb5d76a383ac12b778f1532.”

“Every item I purchase went to donation hope it can be used. I was seriously contemplating to throw all my items I purchased into trash can. It look good on the ad and when I received the merchandise it was a joke. The clothes seriously looks like it was put together by a amateur learning to sew, it was a joke. There be no way I get caught wearing that at home, much less in public. Sad thing I went on a shopping spree bought about 450.00 worth and none of the items clothes, home accents, housewares etc was worth using. A complete waste of money don't ever buy. This app should be illegal and consider a fraud.”

“HORRIBLE ! I've ordered from wish twice and have yet to receive my second order that was placed on December 1st. First, they told me it will get here on the 17th and now they are saying the 24th, if that. The first time I placed an order, I ordered a tempered glass for my phone. After a month went gone by, never received the item. Contacted customer service and just got a refund, I don't have time for this company, never will they see any of my money again. And No, I would not recommend this stupid website to anyone. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE !”

“I ordered 13 items from wish and only got 1 from waiting 2 months. I really regret it not looking at this website before ordering from there. I refunded 4 items and now I can’t refund anymore because I guess “ I took advantage of their refund policy” now my account is like suspended or something like that. I don’t recommend ever buying from wish.”

“Placed order on 12/14/2018 and email said WE GOT YOUR ORDER! Thanks for shopping with us! The store is preparing your item for shipment. Your item is expected to ship within the next 3 days Last Email I got was yesterday and it said Delivery Estimate: Jan 9, 2019 - Jan 22, 2019 ………….. if the item you are ordering could have been here when they said. Then I could of hade this order for Christmas 2018 not 2019 just be honest and tell people the truth … if I would have knowen the item were being shipped from China, then maybe I would have tried to find them somewhere Local”

“I purchased shoes, but they sent to the wrong address & wrong person. Poor customer service. Coudn’t get my refund. A lot of froud activity. Do not reccomend anyone use wish.com Amazon or ebay billion time better then wish.com”

“I ordered 8 t0 10 dolls last fall for little girls that wasn't going to get a very good Christmas. They never came and I waited and waited I finally tried to get in contact with then but I never heard from them so I had my daughter to see if she could get my money back and they told her that we had waited to long and would not give back my money back and they did not have the dolls. I had ordered one of these dolls beforehand for my granddaughter and with shipping it sixty some dollars and they went on sale for something cheap but I really don't remember what but I guess you can have them as cheap as you want if you have no intentions of sending them. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. I had not received things from them before but it was small little things so I didn't think it really mattered but this much money did matter. Save your money and don't order from the crooks”

“I ordered 3 items on dec 2nd. Its the 18th and still do not have my stuff. Now there saying jan 8th, after xmas. They keep changing my recieve date. DONT ORDER FROM WISH. They suck. And their customer service is non-existent”

“Wish used to be a great app. But now its a joke. Half the time you don't get what you order, I've even checked with my postal office. Not there. They keep changing the arrival date if it's late until your refund time runs out so then your out of money. The wait time for a month was understandable because they would have to put the order in then ship it internationally but now ALMOST NOTHING arrives!!!! When you do order they want you to get into your online bank statement and send them proof you bought their things. Wish has just become a joke. I've uninstalled and they lost me and my family's buisness for life.”

“Wish is such a scam and deleted the app after this last time ordering something. There stuff is always taking to long to get to me. We Have ordered a few things from them. It either comes broken and messed up or doesn’t come at all, and then they wish turns around and says that it was delivered but not there problem. Not very helpful customer service. Will not order from them again and will tell all our friends to stay away. Save your money and buy local.”
