“This is a website selling duplicate chinese products from china and its a RIPOFF. Quality of the stuff is poor and I am surprised that they are allowed to sell in the US. NEVER BUY FROM TGIS WEBSITE. Sometimes are charged but never receive the product.....CHINESE FAKE ITEMS”

“This is the worst site to buy anything! We do not receive copy of the total value of the order and we receive the payment balance from Paypal and we can not compare the prices of the orders. The pictures they have of the items are not the same of the ones the shipp. I can not recommend this site, this is the cheapest and awful site. They stole your money!”

“I starting ordering from Wish back in December of last year (2017). Well, I wish I had looked at their reviews before starting to order and I wish I had stopped ordering from them after I started getting clothing (and other items) that were way tiny (no where near the sizes that we would call say....Medium, Large, or XL...more like children's sizes. I wear between a medium and an XL in junior/misses and wear between a 13-17. I would have to order 2X and 3X and sometimes they would fit, but a lot of times they would even be too small and in a few cases they were way too large), or very low quality items, or better yet either it taking months to get my packages or not getting them at all. But, I trued to be honest with them, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried to give them a fair chance. I have actually gotten some pretty good stuff from them, including clothing, but over half of the items I have received over the past year have not been worth the money or the hassle. My boyfriend and have spent at least $500 (maybe more) with Wish over the last year. We had ordered a really nice 5,000 BTU air conditioner this past summer and so far, I have not issues with it. Now with all my coupons, savings, and the free shipping it only cost about $110. And we don't have any complaints on the A/C, but I had to obtain refunds for quite a few items, including clothing that was either of very poor quality, didn't fit, or NEVER came in. I tried to be honest and fair with them, but I feel strongly that between my orders in June/July and September, they didn't intend to send them because I did not receive about half of the things that I ordered. They blacklisted me several months ago (before I realized that they were not coming. See they take FOREVER to come in the mail unless you spend way extra on expedited shipping and they want you to give them between 30 to 60 days to receive them). They conveniently did that and had not sent me clothing that I had ordered starting back in June and up until say, August or September. They sent me all the makeup I ordered back in August and September, and it was great. I have received some things that actually worked or was a pretty decent quality and a pretty good deal. They have not sent me probably at least 10 to 15 pieces of clothing and they blackballed me so I can not even contact customer service to let them know (they block you from contacting customer service when they "flag" your account , but they will take your money). Needless to say, I have not ordered anything else from them nor will I. There are too many other reputable sites that one can order off of and not get ripped off or sent inferior quality items from (and that you could actually receive your merchandise when your order). So, I would encourage you NOT to order from Wish if you can help it and if you do, order at your own risk!!!!”

“after 2 months, half of items are still not here. their customer service is just an automated chat that shows tracking status which I already knew by clicking on order info. their customer service phone number os just a voice message to use the customer service bot online. and I still havent gotten any reply after emailing them a week ago.”

“We heard about wish from a friend and thought we would give them a try. Knowing they were new I used Paypal to pay for the item, figuring that might protect us... Our purchase was from a place called KaDina Fashion Jewelry, the quality was very poor and the fit was not good. The product also unbeknownst to us was shipped from China. Overall we were not happy with the product, we contacted wish, since that is the only place we could contact, for the next 3 weeks their robot customer support repeatedly asked for pictures of the item, that I provided. There is no phone # to call them!!! Finally I contacted Paypal, thinking that would help, I am an ebayer and paypal has always been there for me. Nada. My STRONG advise re Wish is run run fast do NOT do business with them ever!!!”

“I used my first time around March 2018. I ordered various items. I received almost everything, but one item. I tried to contact wish, and I sent messages, but I didn’t received any answer and not refund for the item I didn’t receive. I got disappointed for the lack of connection with any customer service. Another thing is that Wish shows one price of sale, but when you open the website, there is another price higher than the one they show in the add. I don’t think it is a good way to get people to buy their products.”

“Took forever for stuff to arrive. Still haven’t gotten a sniff of the 3 stuffs I ordered. It’s a joke of a company. Wish I did my due diligence before ordering. Guess what they say is true, when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is!”

“NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN! (shame really as there were some good stuff i wanted) - The reason being is that after my order, monies were deducted from my account & yet the site requested a copy of my Bank Statement - What other online site does that??? When I questioned it, they said to wait 72 hours for my account to update. A week later (today) I discover that a day after they said to wait, they CANCELLED MY ORDER & REFUNDED ME - even though I did NOT request this. WTF did they do this?? A very dodgy site in my opinion. Do NOT TRUST THIS SITE _ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!”

“I've been fighting since the 2nd of November to return my money that after my son ordered stuff with my card without me agreeing to it first. They put the money back on wish cash never gave me the ability to have it put on my card. Mind you it was only 30 mins or so after that I caught it! This is nuts I used to love shopping at wish till that happened never again!!!”

“I ordered a bunch of stuff got my tracking info It never changes The last one said it left it’s no we are a week after delivery date and still no arrival Then it says we refund your money when it get there you keep it No I used the wish money to order a few other items I wonder if the will arrive I also ordered a metal detector to give as a gift and I’m wondering if it will arrive by December 19th of 2018 or 2020 No happy yet Let see what happens”

“I cancelled an order due to fact it cost to much, a day later they send me a confirmation of a coat being sent that i did not want! Then they act like they dont understand my issue, and keep asking what the problem is...they are absolute THIEVES!!! they placed an order for me and stole money as far as im concerned . They never showed the end result of the total bill, so that it could be edited if need be. Watch your bank account”

“Unfortunately I did not read any reviews before I ordered 13 different items from Wish. Three were electrical items that arrived with no instructions. I gave up after two weeks trying to get instructions. Two other items came in damaged again it has been three weeks with no success. Another item was totally different from the description and you guessed it after three weeks they said they will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping that cost more than the item. All items were very cheaply made. Customer service is a joke. " DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE"”
