“I ordered a bunch of stuff got my tracking info It never changes The last one said it left it’s no we are a week after delivery date and still no arrival Then it says we refund your money when it get there you keep it No I used the wish money to order a few other items I wonder if the will arrive I also ordered a metal detector to give as a gift and I’m wondering if it will arrive by December 19th of 2018 or 2020 No happy yet Let see what happens”

“I ordered a duvet cover and received a different one from the one that I chose. I have complained twice and have been told that it’s only a “colour variation”. I am REALLY ANGRY with this TERRIBLE customer service!”

“I cancelled an order due to fact it cost to much, a day later they send me a confirmation of a coat being sent that i did not want! Then they act like they dont understand my issue, and keep asking what the problem is...they are absolute THIEVES!!! they placed an order for me and stole money as far as im concerned . They never showed the end result of the total bill, so that it could be edited if need be. Watch your bank account”

“Unfortunately I did not read any reviews before I ordered 13 different items from Wish. Three were electrical items that arrived with no instructions. I gave up after two weeks trying to get instructions. Two other items came in damaged again it has been three weeks with no success. Another item was totally different from the description and you guessed it after three weeks they said they will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping that cost more than the item. All items were very cheaply made. Customer service is a joke. " DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE"”

“While sleeping a charge of $14.00 was made to my credit card by Wish.com. There is not a direct way to contact Wish.com After 6 weeks I finally filed fraud charges with my State.”

“Long shipping. Took 2 months to arrive after a shipping date of 30 says.Cheap quality. Phone case was very bendable. Product nothing like picture showed. My cell phone is now cracked thanks to wish cheap phone case and screen protector. I’ve only had the case and sceen protector for less than 2 weeks. Will never order from wish again.”

“my experience with wish: 1. They have misleading ads e.g advertise for an ipad but you will receive a keyboard; 2. They are selling trinkets; 3. They offer a 30 day refund, but read it carefully, if you cancel you will receive "wish script" 4. Have a question or want to contact them? good luck!”

“They don’t even deserve one star. Everything you go to buy is 10x the price that they said it would be. In fact the only maybe have one item that price in an xxxsmall. How May people really where that size? So basically they show a price that almost no one will receive. I think it would just be better for them to advertise the price they actually want to receive for the item.”

“Garbage quality. The merchandise pictured on the model is a high quality item, they send low quality reproductions from China. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Make sure to delete your credit card information off the app before you delete the app.”

“Wish app is a scam. I try to cancel my orders, they want to see screen shot of my bank account. I sent it and it almost impossible to get my money back. The email customers support is a chaos and takes 3 days to get an answer, there is no telephone to call, I than had no choice but to disputes wish. If you have problems with your orders dispute wish immediately from your credit card. I do not recommend wish, they are online bank robbery, they only want your money.”

“more than 80% of the items are fake, there is no free item they get the money from the shipping, and the recent black Friday coupon advertises 50% of your order but it only does 10% and from your order only and not from the total (it means it doesn't apply to shipping at all) and some of the item are said to take more than a month to arrive but then they don't arrive at all so basically you get scammed for your money because the refund period is 1 month and no mater what you do you cant get your money back and the sad thing is it seems that wish approves of such behavior.”

“So glad I read reviews.I was about to order a laptop from these scammers. What's up with them stealing money from peoples accounts? You have to be careful who you give your credit card info to but you should be able to trust an online merchant .”

“I've ordered from your company multiple times praying each time would be better than the last. NOT. Trying to return item is a pain y'all want uploaded pictures and customer service is horrible. Stop trying to be eBay. Every piece of clothing I've every ordered and I'm a true xlarge comes in a size small like it for a little girl. Y'all can keep your points. Your company SUCKS IN RETURNING ITEMS. BACK TO AMAZON AND EBAYI GO”

“"Wish" They WISH they were actually real! This is a SCAM! My experience, The model is wearing a beautiful scarf - it seem to be a rather huge scarf with the trimmings of black thread going around the entire scarf - I mean this model's scarf is breathtaking, advertised for $8.00 - here is their actual advertisement - "Autumn and Winter New Women's Fashion Warm Scarf Soft Windproof Plus Scarf Shawl" I paid a total of $11.00, now its being advertised for $5.00. When this scarf finally arrived and I opened it, I was flabbergasted! The scarf is roughly 2.5 ft. The looks are the same as on the model, but the size is what has me. I emailed them and explained to them that the scarf that they sent me is not the large scarf as advertised, so I tried returning it - but to my surprise, it was returned to - telling me that I must pay "return shipping fee". Every merchant that I've ever dealt with has always enclosed a "return label" with the item! Not Wish! Whoever these folks are, let me put you on guard, do not and I repeat, DO NOT order from this website, no matter how enticing the the product/item may look because when it arrives, you will be disappointed - AND YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH IT! NO RETURNS! That's one item - I purchased a total of 8 items - I did keep a few but the scarf and 2 other items I was really displeased with and returned them all and now am stuck with them - they took my money and simply said "Thanks".”

“I'm not afraid to use my name. It's Karen. I ordered 4 items May of this year. I spent nearly $60.00. In June an I think it was end of july. I received 2 items an they came from china. Since May it's been 6 months no delivery. I have since October only trying to have them figure out where my merchandise is. I have gone through customer chat, service,e-mail. Bottom line they don't plan on doing anything except keep my money. They refuse to reorder for me. They refuse to find out where they are at. All they say we cannt refund. I don't want a refund just what I bought. So I hope no one ever orders from them. It isn't worth it. I will be turning them into the BBB. Sorry so long.”
