“Signed up and my “free gift” (sunglasses) had their delivery time changed twice. Should have been here 2 days ago. Ordered on Nov 10 and still not here. I ordered a diffuser on Nov 12. Estimated delivery was Dec 7. Then changed to Dec 21 which came and went. Finally asked for a refund. We’ll see if I get it or not. According to the tracking number (which is completely useless), it never left China. This company sucks. Two orders and I have not received anything yet. No integrity.”

“Someone hacked into my account and your company will not respond to my emails. They placed and order and then cancelled it and used the Wish credit that was put back on my account. They then changed my email address so I can not get into my account I received an email notification asking to confirm if I had requested to change my email address I never confirmed that email so hoe was my email address changed, I now cannot get into my account and I have had no resolution or response from your customer service. Your website is a joke..”

“I ordered 1 item from here back on 11-27-18, it is now 12-30-18 and I have yet to receive this item more less an update as to what's going on. After I placed the order they definitely took my money from my card right away but never gave me any confirmation and when you try to contact them, there is no valid number they state to email them but even when I emailed them, I only got a computer generated response which only said go back to the website. Thankfully I ordered only just 1 item and the cost was less than $20.00 but NEVER AGAIN as this website is a fraud.”

“Terrible and customer service worse. 3 of my products came damaged i was supposetly given a refund on another item that didnt arrive that was oct 10/18. Now dec 30th. Still no refund received. Another item according to tracking was returned to sender. Can get any help on this one either yoy just get yhat stupid on line help with the assistant ehich is a joke i will never ever order from this site again.”

“Order 2 pairs of yoga pants didnt get either pair. Also order charcoal toothpaste didnt get that. Shirt that i ordered was not the size ordered. Will never order from there again. Waste of my money.”

“What went wrong was they said I had abused their refund policy (for one item they cost $2 and I didnt ask for a refund) so now they wont answer any questions about an order that I have not received that was supposed to be in on the 28th of December. Now they just keep changing the date I will receive it. Awful.”

“I ordered an item on Nov. 13 and as of Dec. 29, it still hasn't arrived. It was to be a Christmas gift. Thanks Wish for nothing!!!. I would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is terrible. For anyone thinking about joining, think again, turn and run (don't walk).”

“Products were shown at one price but when I ordered the prices were almost doubled. When I contacted customer service they told me to just cancel the order, they made no attempt to correct the order. It's very difficult to cancel an order and forget about returns. The products I did receive came from China, so that pretty much sums up quality.”

“I joined to purchase a few items just to check it out (so cheap that it was worth a shot). the quality was pretty much exactly what you pay for - very cheaply made. however, my biggest complaint about this app is their lack of customer service....my account was hacked and my credit card was charged for an order I did not place. when I tried to login to my account to cancel the order and get customer service help (since their customer service phone number directs you to the app and does not actually take calls), it was saying I could not logon unless I provided a copy of my bank statement...no way! this app is a complete scam and does not protect your info. stay far away from this one!”

“The products were horrible, after requesting refunds on various items, they flag your account. By flagging your account, you're not able to discuss any problems with pending items that have been ordered. Huge mess!!! I'd never recommend them!!!”

“Hi, just got introduced to this Wish on line. We are in Australia, and the waiting is just so long, 1st times arrived, and it took 6 weeks, the product is so much smaller, and not happy with it. The Shipping price is high too.. Sorry Guys, but its not for me, maybe if you are in the Staes better for pricing. Took way to long to send to Aussie... Im out... Good luck, James”

“I bought 4 items on November 6th. I’m writing this on December 27th. I had one item refunded on the 29th of Nov. due to an incorrect address on the ship label. No other items have been updated since the 26th. I tried reaching out to support to get better tracking info and they denied me saying my account was flagged due to “fraudulent abuse of refunds”. I only have asked for a refund ONCE. Beyond angry. Can’t do anything since I’m flagged. Don’t bother.”

“Items are hard to track, and not delivered as promised. Christmas gifts did not get here as promised. They changed the delivery date on item twice, to be delivered now after Christmas. I ordered 2 of the same items, but different color. Both shipped out together, but one never showed up.”

“I had recently ordered 3 winter jackets and a shoe. It took more than a month to arrive and when i received it they were really bad quality and were the wrong size and even the shoe has a bad quality. and i wrote several support mails for returning the items but there were no responses.”

“SCAMMERS!!! Stole $700.00 out of my account for 2 things i never even ordered or would ever order! They had my card info. And used it! I went negitive in my bank - still having issues since i had used them before- cant get customer service on the phone!! I HATE YOU WISH!!”
