“Never received my item which was Christmas present which I ordered over 6 weeks ago. Terrible customer service. No response whatsoever. Had a refund but that really isn’t the point 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡”

“I made an order 6 weeks before my party and the delivery date assured me I would have it on time. It showed up 2 weeks late. They promptly refunded me in Wish cash when I complained, which I appreciated very much. When I used the credit to make another order, they sent the wrong item. I tried to contact customer service again and I got an automated message saying that I'm not allowed to contact a support agent because my account has received "excessive refunds". How is 1 refund considered excessive? I'm highly unimpressed with pretty much everything about this website.”

“You took my money and I never received any of my items. I have tried for months to reach someone and you have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am now in the process of filing my complaint with the BBB. Anyone wishing to order from these people, my sound advice is DO NOT DO IT! I placed my order in June of 2019 and I have not received anything. If you have experienced this with this company, contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and they will instruct you on filing a complaint.”

“STILL WAITING FOR 3 REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS THAT NEVER CAME AS EARLY AS OCT 10 2018. STILL NOTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM WISH. STAY AWAY FROM WISH PLEASE I GUESS I AM OUT OF MY MONEY. LESSON LEARNED....”

“They lied and.said.theyd work with me on ring sizing but then emailed me back and said that they were.shipping everything the way I had ordered it and that I couldn't cancel my order. What a bunch.of.lying scammers. Like.really. Don't believe these people”

“The order went through without being able to review total charge in cart. Have no idea how much each item I was charged for on the shipping. It came to a lot more $ than I thought. I canceled immediately but they put it through PayPal anyway. PayPal would not cancel. It should be illegal to put it through like that. Don't order from this company”

“I was considering ordering something from this site, but after reading the reviews there's no way in hell I would. There is no reason for a company to ever ask anybody for bank statements as I see many people have written in the comments. And it seems as if this site is a complete scam it should be reported to PayPal so they do not continue to do business with them. I have ordered from other sites for things that were supposed to come from China which never arrived, which said they were delivered all the same sort of excuse is as I see in the comments here.”

“Well by the time my order gets to my location and after a 7 day extension to delivery date it will be a month. What I ordered is no big deal and it's just for a joke but a month to get here is a little excessive. I guess there really is such a thing as a slow boat from China.. May be last time..”

“Been shopping several months, I’ve noticed the prices they say are worth high prices at times and sold very cheap. But retail is no where near what they say the product is.. they use pictures of merchandise that isn’t what you get. All mt stumped sterling silver rings have turned to copper in a few weeks time. The gems they claim you are getting you are not. You get excited thinking you’re getting a Hugh deal, but your not if you’re not getting what they say you are. I rather the truth be told as I buy the cheap jewelry so I don’t expect it to be different. Now that I bought many rings, I’m sad that I did being silver isn’t pure silver. And when they state solid gold and it’s not is crazy. I would have not bought 95% of what I did if I knew I was being scammed. Then I buy my grandson a Spider-Man outfit. It wasn’t even the one I ordered. Crazy, if you don’t get what you assume you are.”

“I will never ever shop at Wish.com and it's not because of the thousands and thousands of bad reviews. It's because I'm not cheap. The complainers are morons. You all need to stop complaining! You're the ones who wanted a "bargain" but the saying is true: You get what you PAY for! Look at their prices. This stuff is cheap Chinese trash. You all deserve what you get for even thinking of shopping with this trash company.”

“I have paid for several Purchases which I did not receive!!!! Each Time I would look at the Shipping Information, it would show the Packages were enroute. I was totally unaware a Refund could be requested. By then, the Refund Request Dates had expired; so I am out of hard-earned Money. Is the Site a Scam?”

“I had been shopping here for years. They have very rude customer service. I will no longer shop here after my latest experience with ‘customer service’ What happened was I placed an order, then within five minutes it had been refunded. I did not request a refund. I wrote in to ask what was going on. I was told they were trying to ‘protect’ my account, and they would need photographic evidence that my debit card is in fact my debit card. Was told they would need a screenshot of my bank statement showing my latest wish purchase. Sounds weird. But I went ahead and sent them a screenshot with everything covered except what they requested. They then told me they would need a better screenshot of my bank statement. I’m wondering if there was really any security concern at all. I don’t know why there would be, and they provided no explanation whatsoever. The conclusion I’ve come to is that the people at wish are the untrustworthy ones. They do not need my personal bank account information unless for malicious purposes. I Don’t recommend this company one bit. Besides that the items they sell can be found at better prices at amazon or almost any other online retailer, the quality on most items is bad to say the least. So, if you want to throw your money away and wait on an order for well over one month, if you receive it at all, then this is the place for you. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere”

“First of all I want to say I ordered lots of items from wish.com and I've never had an issue until this experience with a cross I ordered. I ordered this silver stainless steel cross from wish and I was on the verge of losing my grandmother to cancer so I had to move after she passed into her house where we live now. So we had to move and do the whole change of address thing so the first time I ordered this Silver Cross it probably got lost in the mail which happens when you move but I explained to customer support and they offered to refund me and I chose wish cash so I ordered the same cross so now the address change which already set so the second time I don't get the cross so I let them know again and apparently it was a back-and-forth because they don't have a phone customer support option so it's all automated questions and answers so I believe they offered another refund what the problem is they don't have accurate refund dates so that's why they flagged my account because they said I had too many refunds on my account which is their fault because my items never arrived but this past weekend the cross that I ordered the second time appeared in my mailbox and when I went to wish.com to thank them and tell them that I received it I found out my account was flagged and there's no other way to contact them so I will not be ordering from them anymore I will just order on eBay even if it's from China I will order from eBay I love this site because they had lots of cheap items some of them are really good and I bought a necklace which is really still in good condition now I have a cross to go with it but I will not buy from this site anymore and I am not pleased with the experience that I had”

“It's been more than a month still no product they keep putting the time back for delivery. There is no working phone number to call like leave messages are there message service no response this company is a scam. Lost more than $30 to this company I guess that's how they do it in China.”

“I purchase several products from WISH.com, and not satisfied in how they do business.... 2 - major issues that wish should fix immediately as a company, would be DELIVERY TIME and CUSTOMER SVC contact number its not FAIR!!!!! as a company to have customers waiting weeks and weeks to receive their products... the LEAST thing would be to provide a customer svc number so customers can make contact about their products......”
