Awful. 2 months and still nothing. And a refund is still not an option. Just ridiculous. Never using again.

I would give it no stars the are the worst shopping experience in my life I will never order again I have learned a very valuable lesson. I can't get my money back even though my order hasn't arrived don't be tempted you will regret it

I ordered two embossed rolling pins and a dog raincoat, and what I got was two plain wooden dowels and a melted piece of unusable plastic because these idiots heat sealed the raincoat in a plastic package. No worries, though. They refunded $1 on each of the dowels🤯

Thought I would try this site as an alternative to E Bay sadly it is no alternative at all, very long delivery times, dubious trackers, price instantly leaps by at least 30% when you click "buy" which is a bit of a con as on E Bay buy it now what you see is what you pay.extortionate postal charges. I ordered a lot of very small stuff as a tester. I had one decent deal, the only one that has been delivered without the delivery date being changed. No I will stick to E Bay in future then I will know when my order is arriving and what price I am paying.

I ordered and my mastercard was charged November 22, delivery was Dec. 7-19. On Dec. 9 it showed it was in destination country. Today, Dec. 19, I get notification it will not be at my home until December 26, AFTER CHRISTMAS. What is the point of ordering a felt Christmas tree if I will not get it before Christmas? I ordererd it because WISH said it would arrive before Christmas. I think 4 weeks is plenty of time to get me my order. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. DONE.

Unable to give no Stars. My Pressure Cooker eventually arrived badly packed and damaged. Cheapest Chinese Pan you could imagine and I am sending it to Trading Standards as it does not meet UK Standards. No English Instructions. I can only suggest staying away from this company that takes weeks to deliver. Dangerous product. Hope I may get my money back one day

I would give it no stars if I could! I ordered chess sets for a club that met first semester. They arrived after the last meeting on December 16. The order was delayed several times. I highly recommend not ordering from this company!

BEWARE OF THIS ‘WISH’ ONLINE COMPANY !!!!!!!! TOTALLY SCAMMING COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AS THEY JUST TAKE PEOPLE’S MONEY AND GIFTS NEVER ARRIVE.

I was scammed by Wish in 2017. A total of $475 was taking and up till now I can not trace the product I paid for. I was in my bank to complain and they could hardly do anything to help since 2017.

I ordered a $900 meat slicer, it said $33 on the price. But when everything went through on my credit card it was $109.00. The meat slicer came from Walmart. So I looked it up and it was only a cheap $59 one. DON’T BUY, from WISH

Ordered a £45 chess set for Christmas, read the reviews, so many negative so was so worried.Came one day before in perfect packaging, with online of every part of its journey from China. Might be lucky?but well pleased.

What a shower of crooks. Everything about them is fake. Not only the products, the people who supposedly work for Wish and their fake replies to emails. No one at the company cares about their customers. As long as they’ve got our money they’re happy. Deliveries not completed, delayed or mysteriously gone missing. If you tell them you get an automated response. This company needs to be brought down. Any lawyers out there? Here’s a massive challenge for you. Please take these bandits down!

don't trust them anymore Attention everyone if i can give 0 star i will do but there is no option for 0. before i buy 2 items and i did not received them, i contact many time then they said we return your money, i bought another item no i didn't received nothing, no money return no item received. before this website wasn't like that now really they cheating costumer . i recommend no one buy anything from this website. i am going to do same review on google if wish not returning my money back and i will do every month 1 time same . they have contact number but never no one answer!! 18002660172, more than 20 time i call this number they just play with us.

RIP OFF MERCHANTS take order, do not deliver, doctor arrival dates, avoid customers questions and and requests, take your money and provide no services. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!. I have had to go through PAYPAL RESOLUTION CENTRE to try and get my money back. Most items are cheap till you factor in delivery charges and then take into account the risk factor (your items will probably never arrive) AMAZON or EBAY a much better option with little or no risk and both have excellent customer services. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

I bought a 80 dollar vanity set and they sent it to another person with another address. They refuse to give me a refund. They are the worst online shopping app and needs to be shut down immediately.

First and only time using the app to purchase something and I was ripped off. There is no customer service to speak to and there’s no way to speak to anyone. You can only send a message and hope they respond.

I've been very satisfied with my purchased. I've mostly bought things like phone chargers, kitchen stuff like canisters, storage boxes, slippers, etc. and have been very happy with the quality given the very cheap prices. It does take 3-4 weeks to deliver. I also always look at ratings and reviews to make sure other users have liked the item. If the item doesn't arrive on time (has happened on some occasions) or is not up to the quality, Wish customer support has always refunded the money

It's a great place to find deals. I've bought a number of items (mostly household stuff - like kitchen canisters, storage boxes, charging cables, etc.) and have been satisfied. Sure it takes much longer to delivery and you need to read the reviews and ratings. On occasions where the item hasnt been delivered on time OR has not been up to the quality, I've been issued a full refund.
