“the trousers i ordered, had a tear in them, and also glue in 3 to 4 places. i just want to return them. i wanted them, for a special party, i have this friday. not happy.”

“Horrible! This is the last time I order anything from them. I ordered about 6 times and only one time I received the item as described. They are cheap, knock off outfits. Nothing ever fits right and is threaded poorly with cheap labor. I dont know how they stay in business.”

“Bait and switch scams, undelivered items, very poor customer service and very poor refund policy. A lot of the items that actually get delivered are cheap trash. Avoid like the plague. Use ebay and amazon for the same items, because ebay and amazon actually have good customer service to back you up if things go wrong. Companies like wish and gearbest just want to scam you out of money.”

“Attention everyone if i can give 0 star i will do but there is no option for 0. before i buy 2 items and i did not received them, i contact many time then they said we return your money, i bought another item no i didn't received nothing, no money return no item received. before this website wasn't like that now really they cheating costumer . i recommend no one buy anything from this website. i am going to do same review on google if wish not returning my money back and i will do every month 1 time same . they have contact number but never no one answer!! 18002660172, more than 20 time i call this number they just play with us.”

“First 2 or 3 orders went very well. I ordered a lot of items. All the items came as promised and on time. Then after the fourth order my account was suspended and I was requested to send photos of both sides of my drivers license. I sent the photos and never received confirmation that they received it. After a few days they requested a screenshot of my bank account. ??? I checked with the bank and was told absolutely not, do not sent them a screenshot. I saw they only needed the dollar amount and the lind if the transaction with wish. I tried to do a screenshot with my phone. My phone would not let my takd a screenshot and popped up with a security lock that prevents taking screenshots of a bank statement. GOODBYE WISH!!!!”

“I was very unhappy with how I couldnt talk to someone outright when I noticed an ordering problem and I got charged more out of my account that left me without some funds I needed. I had to go thru the app. I was very surprised and happy that within 24 hours I had a refund back in my account. I caught the problem early so I'm sure that helped but the fact it was done so fast was so helpful.”

“I've tried to buy from them twice. Nothing arrives, so they just extend the expected shipping time again and again. The first was a $5 DSO138 oscilloscope, normally $15 on Amazon. Two months later and they extended delivery date 3 times. It's not coming. While I was waiting for the first item, I bought a $5 watch (Plus $5 shipping). They just extended the delivery date for that item, so I doubt it will arrive. I could someday get wish cash, but what good would that do if nothing arrives? The site should be called 'Waste', because you are wasting your money, if you think they actually are selling stuff.”

“Is the worst place to buy something online, I bought several things on Wish and NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT , and if the product finally arrived, arrived two months later, HORRIBLE ONLINE STORE , CHINA HAVE TO BE BANED FROM SELLING ONLINE.”

“I want to give wish.com NO stars. This is one of the worst online ordering apps that I have ever used and their customer service is ABYSMAL. This website has to be a scam. You wait for months for packages just for them to never arrive. They give you a refund with something called wish cash but when you never receive your order it is very pointless. I have $24 in wish cash that they refuse to refund because after making SEVERAL orders and receiving NONE of these orders I refuse to use their services ever again. Customer service tells you they can’t refund wish cash and then ignores you. How can you not refund money that I spent on your site? Especially when you can see all the orders that I did not receive? Now they have my money and I have none of the items I ordered and I’m stuck with wish cash that I will never use because I know I won’t receive my orders. This website is most likely a scam to get people’s money with the wish cash. 1)You make the order. 2) Don’t receive the order. 3) Get wish cash as a refund 4) repeat cycle. I have read many other reviews like this and it is very disturbing. I am really trying to figure out how to get my money back and I am disgusted that this company gets away with doing this to people.”

“This is a joke company. They literally don’t care about their customers. As for their Customer Support service: all they do is send automated replies. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. I read other people’s reviews, but thought I knew better. I was so wrong! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!”

“I ordered something over 4 weeks ago hoping it would arrive for Christmas. The “tracking info” never gets updated and when you try to reach customer service it’s impossible; it’s just a bot that keeps telling you to be patient. I’m glad I used PayPal as I will be disputing the charges if I don’t receive my item by Christmas. All of this bs, just so I could save $10. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.”

“WORRIED- First couple orders went well. Ordered and got the items as promised and expected in good condition and described. On the third order I was requested to send them a photo of the front and back of my driver's license for verification. After the next order for Christmas I get a request for a screen shot from my bank account showing a wish transaction. I would not recommend doing business with them. I am waiting to be contacted by a Wish customer rep. When you call the number on the receipt it is automated and directs you to their support email. NO MORE BUSINESS FOR WISH UNTIL I SEE OR HEAR SOME ANSWERS!!”

“The first thing i got came on time and i was happy with it then i fell into the trap amd started to buy more things that never arrived ive tryed to solve the problem and all they want to do is send a refund when i dont think thats good enough i want my things for christmas ordered them months before to be told we'll give you a refund absoultly rubbish website just send the people there things or dont advertise atall”
