“I ordered something over 4 weeks ago hoping it would arrive for Christmas. The “tracking info” never gets updated and when you try to reach customer service it’s impossible; it’s just a bot that keeps telling you to be patient. I’m glad I used PayPal as I will be disputing the charges if I don’t receive my item by Christmas. All of this bs, just so I could save $10. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.”

“WORRIED- First couple orders went well. Ordered and got the items as promised and expected in good condition and described. On the third order I was requested to send them a photo of the front and back of my driver's license for verification. After the next order for Christmas I get a request for a screen shot from my bank account showing a wish transaction. I would not recommend doing business with them. I am waiting to be contacted by a Wish customer rep. When you call the number on the receipt it is automated and directs you to their support email. NO MORE BUSINESS FOR WISH UNTIL I SEE OR HEAR SOME ANSWERS!!”

“The first thing i got came on time and i was happy with it then i fell into the trap amd started to buy more things that never arrived ive tryed to solve the problem and all they want to do is send a refund when i dont think thats good enough i want my things for christmas ordered them months before to be told we'll give you a refund absoultly rubbish website just send the people there things or dont advertise atall”

“Im kinda impressed with some of the deals...The only thing is the app is rated teen and some of the products are very inappropriate for teenagers. And they are not separated in a separate category.. I cant show my mom some of the deals because they are right next to FILTH”

“It's just a scam. Cheap (quality) shipping takes f.o.r.e.v.e.r. IF you get your item at all. Waiting a month for an item. Then another week according to them. But that was over yesterday without another update. It said your order not arrived and no estimate on when arriving. What does that mean? And when I tried to find out the auto-thing just says they'll give me a refund. So they got an interest free loan for over a month I guess and I still wont have what I ordered. Useless.”

“I am not happy about this company, I order too many things and paid and after 2 days received notifications that the item not available and will send your money back in 14 working days, they are Cheating the people by taking money off from your account and sending back in 3 weeks. I really unspecified with the Wish company.”

“I ordered for about 8 items since Oct 26 and I haven't received any. These scammers keep changing the delivery date to buy time so one would forget. If I don't get my refunds or items I ordered for before the end of December, I will tell the whole that WISH are scammers. I'm so 😞”

“I have repeatedly request they remove me from their mailing list - this was a month ago but they still keep sending me email almost one a day! I have made any purchase with WISH nor do I intend! This is a Chinese company and I strongly recommend you do not give them your email. I have filed a complaint with the authorities.”

“SCAM. I was offered a free watch from Wish as a promotion and they asked to me to pay only for $2.99 shipping cost. I paid, now it's been more than a year and nothing arrived. It's okay. Just $2.99. I already alerted all my friends to avoid Wish at all cost!!”

“Wish is not as bad as people claim, but I would advise any shopper to use a 3rd party payment system such as PayPal for example to avoid giving too much personal info. You can find many items far cheaper then other online distributors but you WILL be waiting quite some time for your package, if it shows up at all that is... The refund system does work well however and most likely you will be using it often.”

“f i can give 0 star i will do but there is no option for 0. before i buy 2 items and i did not received them, i contact many time then they said we return your money, i bought another item no i didn't received nothing, no money return no item received. before this website wasn't like that now really they cheating costumer . i recommend no one buy anything from this website. i am going to do same review on google if wish not returning my money back and i will do every month 1 time same . they have contact number but never no one answer!! 18002660172, more than 20 time i call this number they just play with us.”

“Made a order for a tablet, November 27 its December 11 and no tablet. No one to talk to a live person. No tracking number. Never again with wish. FB should remove you from. There sites nation wide. EBay and amazon more professional than wish.”
