“This app is a joke they put my purchase on hold and requested a bank statement and Photo ID before they put my order through!!! Like your not my bank to monitor my financial purchases. This app is a scam. Then it takes days to EMAIL cause there is no 1800 number to call...scam. I'll never order again.”

“I have like a fool order several things including their offers of free items. All the products are sub-standards, cheap fabric, fake leather, plastic items stink. Don't ask for a refund you will never get your money. Items take forever to arrive. Cheap Asian produce. Complete scam. Don't believe any review on their site”

“I placed an order for all of my Christmas gifts, they withdrew the money from my account and then said there was a problem and I found out yesterday through my order status that they cancelled my order and I would receive my refund in 2 to 6 weeks! No customer service, not any reply. I informed them through an email that I reported them to the BBB and my refund was on my card this morning but they ruined my Christmas!”

“I have just received a long dress from Wish badly packed looked like a dish cloth when opened no returns form included I will never use Wish again if there was a minus star that is what i would grade it very disappointed”

“I ordered some stuff from wish usually I don't have a problem but this last couple of times I've ordered I paid for express shipping for one package it was $11 express shipping and the Adam didn't cost but three it was supposed to be here VI it did not arrive I've ordered other things and it does not tell me nothing except a bunch of funny riding I have left an email comment to them wanting some answers I have not received no answers back.im tired of ordering and not getting packages”

“I never finalized sale, and they went ahead with it. I Cancelled, got confirmation of cancellation and refund, and they are STILL sending me the item I never ordered. This is horrible. I am writing about this, and sending proofs to the Better Business Bureau!!!! No one Please order ANYTHING from this company”

“Completely Scam. They hold your money and I think they make profit out of it. You will buy something and it will show that it's on the way and when the delivery date will pass then they tell you that you can't get a refund since it is after thirty day's. The scammed me out of $386.80 for stuff I ordered and it still says arriving on the items that I never received. The week of December 6th I argued with them about not getting a refund, they customer support person I was emailing tried to turn the table on me, saying I should have reported this when it was before the 30 day's. I told him what kind of customer support person does he think he is to saying that I never reported it, I reported it every week, This is how some of it went. Hi?? Then they pull up a tracking thing for you to see, have you received it yet yes or no. Is there a problem with the order ect. Then at the end you get to write the problem but you only get a limited amount of letters and numbers let's say 186 when you use that up you can't write nothing else. They just told me we can't give you a refund it's been shipped out already, if you don't receive it by such and such day let us know. So you wait until that date go and report it again they say the same thing and it proceeds that way until they get you passed the 30 days, then customer support tells you, I'm sorry your 30 day's is up we can't issue you a refund after 30 day's. Amazing huh, pretty good scammers.”

“I ordered item 5 months ago didn't arrive asked for refund 5 weeks ago still no refund ordered same item different sit got it in 1 week I will never order from wish again its a scam I'm also deleting app”

“Despite the promise of delivery within one or two weeks, the estimated delivery date is 45 days after I ordered. That is a ridiculous wait time and I will never order from this company again.”

“The wish app advertised certain items for 50 cent plus 25 cent for shipping. I was super excited ordered what i wanted n they immediately took the money from the account. They put my account on hold for a payment issue which didn't exist. Then i had a hard time resolving the issue but followed the steps necessary to get the items I wanted. They not only refunded the items for the limited time offer but the other items I purchased that were regular. The customer service sucks and inly respond by email one time. They false advertise to get people to spend their money inly to be disappointed. I will not make any purchases in the future and will be deleting my account. No thanks. Scam!! Be warned people do not use this app.”

“At first I was quite happy as ordered some jewellery, then a cardigan that was absolutely horrendous and smelt of petrol (probably to burn on arrival) Will be very careful in the future and will never order clothes on Wish!”
