“It's been 28 days since I ordered and my order days have all been changed twice, so if I do not receive my stuff I will call the bank, report fraud, and over turnover the payment”

“Ordered face masks paid for urgent delivery of goods did not come here they brazenly deceive replace and say that urgency was not included although the price is visible. Just disgusting service immediately visible communist China. The quality is terrible. The packaging is terrible. Prices are inflated thousands of times. The best thing to do is block this platform altogether. There are no US laws for them.”

“I ordered Face masks from wish. I’ve heard of people and know people that had ordered from them. Reluctantly I placed my order April. I was anticipating a long wait. I kept checking order status and it supposedly arrive i my mail box May 9th. Impossible! I was already having issues from another vendor on eBay selling from chine who claimed the same thing. I found this to be too coincidental. Either someone at the us receiving side of things is misplacing it or it’s getting lost at usps. I’m never ordering from this ap or anything outside the country. Still wish customer service has not done a favorable job in my opinion. Any bow the item is $8 😂”

“They are scam I've been waiting for my items since April 16th every time I check every week my items are push back further date. And when I asked to refund my money they say the items are already shipped which is a lie”

“The item didn't arrive as promised and there is apparently no way to cancel the order. I will have to dispute it with the credit card company. I'm deleting the app from my phone!”

“I dont understand why i pay so much for for shipping than in any other online purchasing platform (even more than the item itself) and yet do not receive the item within the time span promised. I specifically chosen to pay a higher price for the shipping as i need the item urgently and the date of delivery on the page before i make payment is different after i made the payment.”

“I ordered paracord 3 months ago and it's still not here. Every time I click the has not arrived option it just gives a pop up that basically says to wait even longer. If I could rate it lower I would... wish is nothing more than cheap Chinese garbage, its a complete scam.”

“They say they will deliver their products within a amount of time, I am now up to between 7-12 weeks for delivery and it changes (gets longer everyday). I have tried to find a number for customer service (none found), sent three emails (no response). I spent alot of money of these purchases, wish I looked into the company before I decided to buy anything.”

“I placed an order for Easter craft products and waited till after Easter and had not received any of them so I tried to get in touch and of course there is no one to talk to so I tried to correspond and got no answer. I'm still getting items And have received 2 3 and4 of the same thing and today I got an item I didn't even order . How can I cancel any future items”

“This website is a scam. DO NOT BUY anything from it. They took my money on a couple of items I bought and NEVER delivered anything for the past 2 months till now. This company get zero stars, better yet negative 100. It is way below standard”

“I would give it 0 stars if I could! Ordered a golf net on 27th March on the basis the delivery would be with me between 3-7th May (birthday present). It didn't arrive by 7th May so i contacted them asking for a refund and was told it would now be with me by 22nd May. I then waited over another 2 weeks and it didn't arrive by 22nd May. I am now demanding a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they keep ignoring my request and simply sending the same email over and over again. They are now saying to get in touch after 6th June if it doesn't arrive. This is the 3rd delivery date and they told me after the 2nd one to get in touch if it doesn't arrive. But when you get in touch after it doesn't arrive, they do nothing - tell you to wait again and give you another date over 2 weeks in future. Absolutely shocking service, would never ever use again in a million years and will be making a point of making reviews on them so everybody knows they will take your money, not deliver, and ignore your rights as a consumer!”

“Bad experience and fake service. Waiting 4 week; no tracking available & no proof goods have even left China. The delivery date keeps changing. Website T&C's claims will reimburse you for Non Delivery of Goods. I have been declined a refund as 'the item is on its way’. There is no valid proof item been shipped If you like robots, want to loose money and receive shabby goods,- your ‘WISH’ will be granted. BAD EXPERIENCE • WASTE OF TIME • DO NOT USE”

“Ordered a phone from wish but surprisingly (not) they sent me a phone that was not what they said it was going to be. I’m trying to return it but they keep sending me return labels from DPD or UPS in Germany that don’t work in UK! It’s a SCAM!!”
