“Total scam. It’s been three months now and still not arrived. They don’t reply to emails. Will not be ordering again EVER.”

“Minus 5 stars. Took $75.00 for absolutely no help for virus. Will not send me my order for masks, filters or gloves ordered over a month ago. Run fast and far MAJOR SCAM!”

“I have made an order for nearly 200$ end of March i got the first shock after i paid they mentionned delivery expected 24th of May which was already too late. The date came and passed and they moved it to june 13th i ordered some items for my 7 montg baby and i am never going to use them as he grew up and passed the aged he needed the items. Not possible to cancel no refund if am nore than frustrated it is the worst shipping experience i had in my life”

“Products are cheap. Don't buy jewelry. Jewelry is not as represented. You can get this quality from a box of cracker jacks. I am not exaggerating. Plastic like jewelry. Not good at all.”

“Items not received. I’m not the only one. Will be initiating a class action suit, for everyone that has been scammed by the WISH fake company. We need to move this problem to the international legal arena and see where it leads. At least it will incur huge costs for WISH🤪”

“I ordered a blood tester on 01-05-20, the delivery date was to be between the 8 to 15 May, this date came and went, when i complained the delivery date was moved to the 30-05-20, this date came and went, when i complained the delivery date was moved to 16-06-20, I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but no responce, very poor service”

“I think it is a scam. I ordered elastic in early April. I received a email that the item shipped April 6th. The tracking information said OT would arrive April 20th. It did not arrive. Their customer service not told me if it did not arrive by May 20th, I could obtain a refund. On May 22nd and in the days subsequent the delivery dat moved from June to July. I started emailing customer service. In 10+ emails and filing for a refund on their website they claim until received I couldn’t cancel - only refunds. My credit card refunded the April charge. Also Wish retains your credit card without asking permission.”

“Ordered craft items ehich apparently have arrived in country over one month ago according to Sunyou tracking system but not delivered, checked with local post office to be told tracking numbers are wrong. Wish customer service is absolutely useless, asked for refund and they changed the delivery date to a month later, extremely poor service, no delivery, total scam, will never order again”

“I had never bought items from wish before so I thought I give it a try since their clothes are cute & cheap, I have been waiting over a month to recieve my stuff, they keep giving me different delivery dates as well, I will never order again from wish, not to mention when I try to talk to a person regarding my order I get some kind of automated text person not giving me the full info on my order, this shopping experience with wish is the worse, I just want what I ordered already!!”

“it is a fake!!! they are thiefs . Be careful. Don't order. they let you order a lot of stuff and they refund you the money for items less than 2 pounds and keep the ones for bigger money. It has been nearly two months and I haven't received 2 out of 15 items that i ordered initially. They refunded me all the cheap ones, telling me that they run out of stock!!!!”

“I placed my order almost a month ago and recieved email my merchandise would be delivered by May 30 2020. Guess what I recieved an update o. Email that merchandise would be here by June 15th. Tried to contact by phone a d email, guess what no contact. Do not buy from them. Oh they fail to tell you up front that everything is shipped fro china till after you pay. Why does the US trade commission allow them to rip Americans off anyway?”

“I ordered two separate orders of mask. I paid half and what's the pay the other half on the 29th of May. The order was due on the 18th of May when I went to check on it they move the date up to the 29th of May. I felt that was so they can get they second payment. So buy them canceling the contract and not delivering on the date that I was promised. I sent wish several emails telling them I don't want the math and I'm not going to pay that second $34. I demanded a refund on that and I never heard back from them. Other items that I have ordered they also move the date up to 29th of May and they were paid for in full. Now when I go back to the app says I didn't pay that $34 on the 29th of May all my items have been moved up to June 10th and June 14th. I'm still not going to pay the $34 and I want my money returned. I have also received items from them that was supposed to be sterling silver and they tarnish before I even wore them.”

“Nothing but a scam ordered 1 box of XL gloves for $3.45 6 weeks later I got one cheap pair of X small that were so thin they ripped on first try. Still waiting on 2 items I ordered in mid April. Save your money.Buy better quality at Dollar Tree store..”

“I ordered 8 items months ago and have only received one so far, an external drive that did not work. Their tracking system claims items were quickly shipped to my country, yet 12 days later have not arrived. Then I get emails saying they have not left China and will be another month. Clearly their tracking system lies. Their idea of SUPPORT is a few simple Q&A which answers nothing. They sold 500 top of the range laptops for equivalent of about five hundred euros each. No good reviews of them anywhere. Facebook has many disatisfied customers complaining about them, calling them a scam company.”

“The scam with Wish is they show items at cheap prices, then load with ridiculously high shipping charges which are not shown at the time of order. Then it takes forever to arrive. Very different experience with Amazon on shipping charges.”

“I ordered 8 items in early April, so far (May 30th) recieved 2 of them, both chealy made. The site shows 2 more items were delivered, but I have not recieved them. Other items' delivery dates keep getting pushed back. Absolutely worst costumer service, no ontact number, no one person to talk to, only a robot text/email service. You can't ask questions, other than the ones they list for you to ask. Would not use them again and cannot recommend them.”
