“Sadly I have to leave 1 star to write this review. I can't believe this site is still being allowed to trade. I purchased an item 64 days ago. The item never came, no delivery and no tracking still in China. Its very difficult to contact them, how convenient! You can't do it through the order link, you have to do it by email. I told them the delivery date had well pasted. They then kept telling me to wait a further week and backtrack. So as I asked for a refund. They totally ignored me when I asked for my money back. that's two different customer service assistants, one was direct and the other through resolver. So these scammers are trained to with hold and deflect from refunding buyers and ignore all correspondence once a refund is requested, by holding on to hardworking honest buyers money. I didn't just pay a couple of pounds it was just shy of £30 a gift I saved up for my boyfriend, though it appeared to be good value as the item is usually £150 plus. If it looks to good to be true it usually is! After at least 20 separate emails I've now been completely blanked and I have had to make a claim through my payment Provider as there is no policy or regulation with these Charlatans to cover buyers. I don't do reviews usually but on this occasion if this just stops one more person getting scammed then it's worth it. These nasty people are making interest on the back of dishonest trading and with holding buyers money when items haven't even been delivered. If you value your money Stay Clear and buy elsewhere. You get what you pay for it's cheap for a reason because nothing arrives. Its worth paying a bit more and buying from a reputable retailer, because if the item doesn't arrive with this company your screwed!”

“Wish =SCAM. You pay for guarantee delivery in 2 weeks but the product is not coming even after 5 weeks. I don't recomend to anyone to buy from this website.”

“i ordered an iphone 8 plus from wish.com. after about 5 days of my order getting pushed back i tracked my order and it said that mt item was no longer in stock. there was no option to be refunded which was what i wanted. i emailed the customer support but fter over a week of emailing them i have gotten no where.”

“No good at all. I have made 4 orders midth of April via Wish and they are still either pending or on the way. Lead times have been extended already 3 times. I will never buy again via Wish, too many hoaxers there.”

“Takes forever to receive orders, I'm still waiting for my orders and they keep pushing back my delivery date. No refunds after 8 hrs of placing the order so dont chance it. Definitely would NOT recommend WISH.COM Its pretty much gambling with your money”

“This company are nothing but scammers. The reason that the head CEO is a billionaire is for one reason, they take you money and dont deliver goods and will not refund. I am now 64 days on waiting for a watch that I paid just shy if £30 for. The customer service is rubbish they deliberately don't read your email or reply your questions. As soon as you mention refund, they don't reply. All they are good for is moving the date of delivery week by week, theres no valid tracking and you are just left hanging, so they don't have to refund you. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from this site, if I had I would not of bought from here. I'm now fighting for my money back through my Payment Provider. I strongly recommend going else where if you can then losing your money to this company and building up the interest on their bank balance.”

“Wish is a totally rubbish and fake website. They cheat on you and take the money. I ordered a few items on 23rd March and still didn’t receive my order. There is no tracking either. My order number is F3304420032500Y1. It only shows departed from China on 29th Mar... after that no tracking status.”

“They do not honor the refund policy and make it impossible to qualify for any refund by extending the date of delivery over and over. 6 times so far for me. And they send dishonest response emails lies and run around. These people are criminals and as soon as the investigation. Is concluded lawsuits will be filed”

“The best thing you can do is stay away from Wish.com. They take your money, will not provide customer service. Items don't arrive on time if they show up at all. Just save yourself and order somewhere else.”
