I don't trust that have the people I'm ordering from are legit! I ordered fairy shirts and a hoodie about 3 months ago and still haven't seen them! The last 2 sgirts i got were cheaply made and didn't even fit properly and i know my size. It wasn't my fault. The jewelry turns your skin green! No wonder this mess is only a couple bucks!

I order 4 items, when the first item was the wrong order immediately I emailed Wish they stated that they received my email but no answer at all, 2nd and 3rd item arrived wrong size and today another wrong blouse arrived and in error they sent 2 of the them, and the shoes are the wrong size, multiple emails to return the items never a response, finally I disputed the charge in my credit card when they get a return addrs. will send the items back and never again with Wish.

I ordered a bath mat payed for it and never received it when I sent an email still didn't receive it so I quit buying

Spent $250 for 12 items of clothes. Only received 5 of them. $48 for shipping. The clothes I did get were all too small. I spent $250 for nothing. Do not buy from WISH!! RIP OFF

You would be lucky to get 80% of what you order from wish.It was really annoying for me to track what didn't come in and request refunds I wish I had never downloaded this crappy app!

I have experienced nothing but a pain with wish. we received the item it was not what we wanted we sent it back and it has been over 3 months and still no refund. We cannot reach them they do not respond to us and I don't know where to go from here

Horrible company full of CHEAP ITEMS and they also LIE! THEY SUCK YOU IN WITH .50 ITEMS, TAKE YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY YHEN SEND YOU A MESSAGE 2 DAYS LATER THAT THEY CANT FULFILL THE ORDER...BUT, OH YEAH, ITLL TAKE 14 DAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY! STAY AWAY BUYERS GO TO AMAZON WHERE THE PRODUCTS ARE ACTUALLY WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY AND WHERE THEY ARE HONEST!

The worst selling marketplace to sell. For every single matter they keep sending penalty notices. If you do manage to sell anything -payment after 120 days!!! Sellers beware.

3 items ordered. 2 cancelled by them withing days. I have claimed a refund and it says nothing about the delivery cost refund for items that have been cancelled by them RIPOFF!!! Stay away.

Account used fraudulently. I ordered some items in the Spring of 2019. In September, my credit card asked me to verify 2 items from Wish for over $1,000. I did not order them. Had the hassle of getting a new credit card and having to update all my accounts. Customer Service is worthless at Wish. Several communications from them saying they sent me a message and can find them my logging into my app. No messages there! I am deleting my account.

An item we ordered arrive damaged at the Post Office. The postal worker advised not signing for the item and informed us it would be returned to the sender marked as "Damaged". When I contacted Wish customer support, the referred me to the online Support Assistant. It was a shame that, for damaged items, you MUST have a photo to use the Support Assistant. Multiple emails to Wish customer support produced no resolution and no useful suggestions. Do yourself a favor and don't use the Wish service. I would rate 0 stars if it were possible to do so.

I am still waiting to get a return slip. I dont know what to do. I received my refund in about 5 days. The money went back into my account however I still have the merchandise and dont know how to return the stuff. What the heck is wrong with this company. They tell u to use customer support but none of the questions address a return label. I'm going to call my bank and have them block any charges from wish because if they dont send me a return label or an address to return this stuff too I'm keeping them and selling them myself. This is ridiculous.

Horrible communications!. I order $470.00 worth of merchandise on October 14, 2019 and 3 days later it was refunded for no reason. The billing and shipping address were different but they had all of the information for both parties. The support contact is awful and there is no one to talk to but these awful e-mails that do not address the issue. This was my first time using this website and it will be my last time. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Signed A disappointed customer

As well i m (was) a seller on wish.com !!! PLEASE READ URGENTLY!! Regardless Seller or Buyer! As a seller you place items to sell - of course if a customer buys a product the seller has to Full fill the order! And this is all a seller can do!! There is absolutely NO Control/Evidence whether the Items are getting shipped or NOT! Once an order is placed by a customer it is completely in wish.com hands whether it get shipped or NOT! I had a decent start first - after learning my lessons got better generated good sales,- one gentleman was asking where is my tracking number. Also no Respond to the costumer! This is where i made my way through and dig into wish. - First i got Fined 3 Times over $50 because orders are not being Shipped?!!! AGAIN: there is NO set up or anything a seller can do after placing the Items! After digging i realised (unfortunately very late) that 99% of my the orders having no Tracking information even after 5 weeks passing! - Means more FINES for me! After writing/asking to Wish support about it, take a wild guess: Respond NEXT to NOTHING!! Even now after one week. Outsourcing the web about selling/customer issues I found out this seems to be a very BIG fraud against Seller&Buyer! Having 14k on the clock - I started deleting all my Items - bit later one Gentleman from Columbia ordered 7 times the same item out of the blue! The day after some items are still getting promoted?!!!! for what?! and few other orders suddenly popped up - most likely just that wish can charge me for deleting and given all the paying Customers the money back - I Sincerely HOPE that they all getting their hard earned $$$$ Back!!!!! I don’t know what wish.com is anymore BUT i can’t wait to see them crushed like a cockroach in COURT!!! The amount of complaints is unbelievable - worse people have been charged and praying to get the money back……!! I SECOND THAT: Beware and stop using wish.com

Poor customer service! I spent about an hour trying to find out how to contact the company in person and the phone number I eventually found for them was a car dealership in Calif. and they said is it Wish you are trying to contact and said we get lots of calls but it is the wrong phone number. I sent several emails and never hear back. I ordered cell phone case for a Galaxy S7 and they sent a S7 edge which is way to big. Can't find out how to return or exchange it now.
