“Absolutely disgusted! Ordered x6 items over the past months and not ONE has arrived. So they refund me the money for the item BUT NOT the shipping fee as it has apparently already been shipped (being in South Africa, the shipping fee is quite high!!!) Do NOT use this shopping site, it is an absolute rip off!”

“Don’t use the “pay later” feature! It disnt work fir me and I got charge up the full amount! Then if you try to get assistance they will just email you templates that don’t help with your issue at all! I’ve ordered a lot from wish. They’re products are always what I expect and things actually arrive pretty quickly so I’ve liked it up until now and would have gave it 5 stars but this has been frustrating and inconvenient.”

“I ordered one item months ago. It was received no problem. Then I woke today to an email confirming my order of 4 luxury watches, totalling over $2000!!!! I didn't order these! luckily, it was within the 8 hour cancellation window, so I cancelled the items and I hope it is correctly refunded. don't think I'll be shopping there again.”

“It has happened to me 2 times that while I have paid for my order, no confirmation is sent. And when I try to contact the wish customer service, there is no response at all. How wrong the company is running its business so that bad service repeats.”

“Wish is total scam. Use dh gate. Never had a problem. Fast delivery, quality products and great customer service. A bit more expensive but totally worth it. Wish=scam. Use dh gate”

“Ordered products from 2 different merchants (both with high ratings from "verified wish shoppers"). Its been 6 weeks and sellerss still haven't shipped products....they generate shipping labels/tracking #s, but never actually ship the products. Original arrival dates come and go and they keep extending them by 1 week every time they pass. Have tried to contact Wish.com for a refund but its very difficult. Their "support" is automated responses telling you "sorry" and "that's unusual", bad weather etc causes delays and to wait longer. Will never try this again.”

“After all the reviews i have read it looks like am not the only one!! Items never received, tried and tried to get refund but get no-where. Shipping can go through the roof, a friend told me of Harry Tings and i tried them they a loads better... no shipping at all, so saved a lot.”

“placed one order with wish. additional orders came on card not approved by me about 12 items. talked to wish cancelled my account and all information so no orders were places. trying to return items and Wish is telling me I need to log back into that account for refund will never order from them”

“Where to start, just save your self trouble. Sellers are dropshipping from China, nothing against that but delivery will take forever. The platforms for sellers is so bad, they just want to charge fines and fees, their search bar is the worst ever. Their payments take forever. Just don't bother”

“Everything I order is too small or not working! Constantly requesting a refund! Credit card was not secure and other companies hacked into and tried to charge fraudulent items! I will no longer use wish!”

“Ordered several items of clothing to give them a try. I had a healthy amount of skepticism. All of the items ordered were either the wrong color and nothing like the picture or altogether the wrong material. How a company get away with that and stay in business, I am baffled. For example, I ordered a sweater and when the item came it was NOT sweater material but like this cheap mesh fabric. It’s truly false advertising at its finest. At least give me the actual item ordered. Very disappointed ☹️”

“Worst shopping experience ever! Product arrived damaged and turned out to be counterfeit. So called Customer Support useless. Sent more requests that I can count and kept receiving polite promises of follow up and resolution but never got anything. Don't get ripped off by these scammers.”
