“2 seperate times i ordered a chair with umbrella, twice was told item was delevered, the first time no questions, gave me wish cash to reorder, the secong order was told item delevered and now wish is saying theres nothing they can do. Just stealing money.. Dont use wish for any reason”

“Returned shoes bought from wish in the stated 30 days but couldn't upload a photo of the shoes as you had to in the computer robot returns system so sent a photo copy of invoice in with the shoes no refund after three weeks now after managing to do the upload of the photo sending copy of my receipt and 17 emails they are refusing now to refund my money after I've explained my problem and they know the shoes have been returned in the 30 days absolutely discussed beyond words, liked shoes wanted to reorder in next size. DON'T EVER USE WISH”

“It would be 0 stars if they would have let me. The item I order has not arrived after 30 days and their response was to wait another 30. On top of NOT DELIVERING my order they SPAMMED my email 5 or 6 times a day with JUNK. I had to BLOCK THEM. As of 40+ days post order I still have no item and no refund. I will have to go to my credit card company for a refund. DO NOT WASTE your time or money. Order elsewhere.”

“Only made one order with these useless twats, the item still hadn't arrived after 6 weeks. Customer service is a joke, automated response which basically fobs you off, Ive requested a refund, god knows if ill get it! Steer well clear of these idiots.. Never again!”

“I am being scammed by Wish. On September 7 I placed a series of orders with my credit card, subject to approval if I was a winner. On day 8 they tell me that I was not selected in any of the 13 purchases and they refund my money, 14 days later!, Time in which they make use of my money. That is nothing, on the day of September 14, the same purchases as me are repeated, due to the bad experience of the previous week, nor would I have thought of doing. It's a fraud, don't give the card number to Wish. They use your card and hundreds of thousands to work with your money, until they reimburse you. And they enter dummy purchases to your card. They're thieves.”

“I used WISH for the first time and ordered a little straw purse for vacation. The purse came from China and took a month to get here. Now, this could be coincidental, but my debit card was used in Shanghai 16 times with debits totaling almost $1,500. So for me, I will not be using Wish anymore. 😞”

“I ordered 4 solar flame lights, after 2 weeks one stopped working, I try to find a way to return it or get a new one, but there is no way to do it, the way I see it, once you sell it there is no way back, also the shipping costs are very high compared to other on line businesses”

“I would give 0 stars if possible. We paid $111 dollars for an order back in July 2019. The items never arrived. We asked for a refund. We never got a cent back in the bank. Nobody answers the phone. They stole our money. Never buying again with them. We are going to report them to the authorities.”

“F******* scam this is ridiculous I try to arrange the whole time via wish that I want my money back because I haven't received it yet. it has now been more than 3 months since I have had it. I try to talk to them, they say we send you on to a real person, I only get the exact same message sent back. I usually do not bother but this is more than 30 euros that I spend on this site and this makes no sense. I have never received a confirmation email or a medling that it has arrived. I want my money back and otherwise I have to take measures. I want to talk to a real person about it and not a f***** computer !!!”

“They offer very cheap promotions. But subject to approval. The next day they tell you that you did not qualify for the promotion and they give you a refund, 14 days later, at which time, they work with your money. If you add millions of users who fall for the same scam, they have millions of free dollars to work per day. You run out of merchandise and recover your money days later. A big scam”

“I had been a wish customer for shortime.At first things were fine until I received more than product that was not of good enough quality.I requested refunds under their 30, day refund policy and found they immediately blocked my account which meant it was not useable.They frequently and worryingly held my account to ransom by refusing to allow me to use the account if I did not provide a photo of (1) The front and back of my debit card (2) A full photo of driving licence front and back (3), A full photo of passport front and back (4) A photo of my bank statement showing account numbers and transactions. Because I refused they completely blocked account so I deleted it. First impression they seem nice and fair but are not.I kept contacting them in English and they would only reply in Spanish .I believe this was intentional. After my experiences I would not recommend shopping with wish.I have been advised they should not be asking for photos by my bank and this can aid ID theft very easily. They basically hold you to ransom and if they don't get their own way get very very nasty. I would never never ever shop with these con artists again.”

“Do not buy from Wish. Poor quality and no customer service at all. Still waiting for my refund, which I am sure I will never get. I wish I had look at the reviews before ordering, this way I would not have bought any thing. SCAM”

“Do not order from this company. 1. when your order is incorrect you have to send back the item at your expense. 2. There is no phone number at all to voice your concerns. 3. I have been waiting over 30 days to get money credited back to my card, even though they promise 14 days. immediately after placing an order I saw something that would work better. I cancelled the first order and placed the second. When the order arrived it was the wrong color. 4. Although they offer many drop menus initially to address your issue, once you are finally sent your email to print your return label you are forced to choose either " I ordered the wrong item" or " nevermind" making it the customer fault for their error!!! I returned the item with the label it has been received and now I am waiting on 2 refunds.”
