“WISH should stop selling for bull$#!t companies! WISH is just as guilty, when you NEVER receive a product that you've paid for. WISH should take SOME responsibility!”

“Just ordered over 20 items and now they talking about they have to refund my money I hope they do I’ve been ordered from there before but lately it’s been a problem receiving my orders so hope I get my refund and my stuff been waiting on for a month now”

“I returned two items, one was cheap and the other was fairly high. I received the refund for the cheap one which was about four bucks. I have yet received a refund for the more expensive item.”

“I paid 62.00 dollars for a carpet that is good for garbage comes from China almost a month to get it in a plastic bag 5 inches by 5 inches. I don't even know how to call what you send me. Never again and I will spread the scams of WISH.”

“I bought several products with success. Trying to buy again they put a block on the account and now they are asking for this: Hello Jose, Thank you for reaching out. It looks like your last transaction was unsuccessful and your payment was not processed. We placed a temporary hold on your account to protect your financial data. We will need to verify that you are the cardholder in order for us to remove this hold from your account. Please send over an image of your bank statement with the following information clearly visible: Line showing Wish/Context Logic transaction Date of the transaction Amount of the transaction Currency of the transaction Photo ID For your safety and security, please hide all personal details aside from what's mentioned above for verification. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to hearing from you soon. Mark Wish Customer Support There is not a site that would ask for this information. Maybe all a scam to get private personal information to scam. please be careful.”

“The items purchased ARE NOT what is described or of the quality it states. Wrong sizes, poorly designed graphics, the material used is very poor.also the retail price is astronomical. I should have read the reviews before I purchased over $300.00 worth of products I would have saved if purchased through local retailers. Yes i was scammed what a lesson to learn. So before you buy from Wish and wish you didn't read the reviews and save your money.”

“To be honest I didn't even want to give it 1 star. My Cr Card has been compromised for over $1000CAD. The goods I did order when I first opened the account only half the order came. After waiting a couple of months I cancelled and only got the goods value back and not the postal as well. I will not be ordering ever again and will be deleting the app. As for getting hold of customer service that's a joke too.”

“I bought plenty of things from Wish at the end of last year and had no problems at all, this time I’ve ordered several items all of which the delivery dates have kept being pushed further and further back. The “tracking” is an absolute joke it makes no sense whatsoever...the last item has said the same thing on the tracking for over 2 weeks (it’s supposedly in some hub in London somewhere) have now asked for refunds on 2 of my items ...i believe this site is one big scam now. It doesn’t help that you can’t speak to an actual human when there’s an issue you just get a ridiculous automated service. Would NEVER recommend this company.”

“Where to start.. Bad/wrong/deceitful item descriptions, orders either really late or just not turning up, bad communications where any problem arises, poor quality items etc. It's honestly just better to use eBay and pay a bit more money.”

“You never know which items you will receive, or when, lots of items don’t reach me so they refund but I ordered because I wanted those items very stressful to contact wish as you never get to speak to someone and when they do email back, they are uneducated about the simplest questions about my orders. I end up having to email again with still no reasonable response. I get told that shippers don’t always get the proper tracking numbers. Very unprofessional and with all the mail thefts I will not be ordering from wish any longer. Shipping is always more then the item so, in my opinion this is a gimmick for some of wishes stores to make interest on our money without sending the product. Over a month later you get a refund.”

“They came up now with this 2$ only purchase for a more expensive stuffs but the thing is I tried more than 100 times and not even once they assigned a product to me! Other than their stuffs are cheap and also high shipping cost compared with free shipping on eBay.”
