“The worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced. I viewed a pair of Sandals on 2 occasions over a 2 month period, but DID NOT add to cart. I did order a pair of Sneakers, & provided credit Card details. When they processed this order they included not 1 but 2 pairs of the identical sandals that I had only viewed, & charged my credit card for The 3 items. Numerous emails about my complaint have been ignored apart from the automatically generated emails generally written in French. My advice is NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY”

“My son ordered an item which he wasn't supposed to and i cancelled it within 20 minutes of the order being placed and requested a refund. 3 weeks later and i still have not received the money AND i cannot contact anyone about it. Also delivery takes forever and occasionally never arrives- again, you cannot directly contact someone about it and will wait forever to get you money back.”

“Do not fall for these 50 Cent item scams on Wish. I purchased around 100 items & Received notifications on every single one of them that they were no longer available for that price after I had already purchased them so I had to go through all 100 items to inform them as to how I wanted to be reimbursed. I’m sure the whole purpose is so that you are fooled into just excepting “Wish”cash so that you buy things at regular price when everyone knows that the Quality of their items are horrendous. I normally wouldn’t have bought anything from there but at $.50 I guess you can’t go too wrong. But then again I was fooled. By the way you also don’t get back your reward points that you have earned from previous purchases.”

“I purchased a leather bag from Wish.com. They said it had been delivered on 26 October 2019....to someone in the US. I live in the UAE - WTF???? I have messaged them countless times for an answer on this issue, with absolutely no reply. DO NOT BUY from them as they are scammers.”

“Wish has been an nightmare. Do not!! I mean do not take a change. I ordered in July and still haven't received my orders. They call themselves giving me a refund of $2.00 twice, bu3 the order was $69.00 A total rip off and you can't speak with anyone!! WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY!!!!! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!”

“It was my first time using the app but I ended up disappointed. I will never make purchase on wish again. I order for items worth $139 and checked out with PayPal only to get multiple debits of additional $128. I immediately emaild them to tell them to refund my money immediately else I take up the matter legally and let the world know that they re dubious. This happened just yesterday. I hope I get my refunds and my items in good time”

“I ordered a pair of nike shox. I waited over a month. Checked my mailbox on oct 31st and there was a package. When i opened it it i discovered that there was 1 kids shoe. I immediately contacted customer support, and i was told my account had now been flagged for abuse of the return policy. I have spent thousands of dollars on items from wish. And i have had plenty of good experiences with wish. But unfortunately they do not police there platform properly and in the end you will get scammed by there platform. DO NOT BUY ITEMS THRU WISH. And i used to love wish! I enjoyed ordering things for my family and myself. I am now waiting 5 to 7 days just to hear back for my appeal. They still haven't contacted me about this kids shoe i got scammed with. If i bought a pair of shoes from my local shoe store, i would be able to return them without any issues. I GUESS WISH THINKS THEYRE ABOVE THE LAW? Universal Karma is a real thing... ENJOY”

“This is the worst company ever for refunds, returns and customer service. I ordered an item that was misrepresented on the website. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service to get a refund. There is no phone number. I was told via the website that they are working on my return. It has been over a month now. I am stuck with something I can’t use. This is the worst company ever. I tell everyone I meet to not buy from them. Horrible experience and expensive lesson learned. Never again.”

“I wish I read this reviews out of 20 items that I order not one item was processed in time they say and now they holding my money for two weeks befor They can refund me stay away from this website save yourself the headache and don’t throw your money.”

“I have ordered quite a number of items on Wish. It took some time to get them and I always did until the last time I ordered and I did not get one of the items I purchased. When I contacted them online chat they said they would get back with me about my complaint. They never did! On the item (my orders page )it said that too much time had passed to get a reimbursement. How was I supposed to know that? So I got no chat with an agent, no item ordered and no reimbursement! I will never order another thing from them. Wish sucks!!!! I would not even give them 1 star if there was a zero there for rating!”
