“I have contacted them multiple times on an order never received. Now they ignore me because I requested a refund. Still no item or refund..Bye Bye wish”

“If I could give a 0 I would. I had a few people tell me to go on the Wish site and order my nail polish rack for my business. Well I ordered my nail polish rack back in March of this year and I never received my order. So when a month and half approached and I told some people that I still haven't received it, they stated that sometimes it takes 2 months. Ok... Cool. No problem. So I actually ended up giving it 3 months and I never received my polish rack. When I reached out to inquire about a refund, they told me I can't get a refund after 2 months. Well damn! I didn't know that and why can't a person get back their money THEY SPENT on a product never received. SO WISH got my money and kept it. Here it is November and it still says my package is in Ontario, CA. That's bull. Come to find out, I'm not the only person who has experienced this. I usually don't write review but this was flat out ridiculous and unfair to me. They clearly didn't give a damn about the money I spent. I advise EVERYONE not to purchase from this company.”

“Time wasters, their products can be attractive and priced so but once you waste your time there is no such item at that price, or at least only one that says sold out, happens all of the time, its a con, as are many of their free items you just end up getting something of no value for a high postage rate, with some small connection to what you thought you bought, otherwise it is just cheap and nasty.”

“I've had to request and have received refunds on very poor quality items that don't meet Australian standards. False and misleading advertising. Now I accidentally touched the wrong thing and it's saying an item has been delivered when in fact it hasn't. There is no way in the app to change it, and though the delivery date is constantly changing I have not yet requested a refund, but they are trying to put the blame back on me. They are making me go through an appeal process. THE FAULT LIES ENTIRELY WITH YOU WISH, NOT THE CONSUMER. Is there anyone who can help us stop what's happening. They are quick to take our money but don't want to protect their customers from shonky sellers. I'll be going elsewhere to shop. NO MORE OF MY $$$ FOR YOU OR YOUR SHONKY SELLERS. GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE.”

“Please do not order from Wish.com especially if you plan to order something in advance it’s going to say there’s been a delay! You can’t contanct them personally because it’s just a bot which is really unprofessional I would not recommend this site at all my first and last time buying here 😠. Save your time guys.”

“BIG SCAMMERS!! Many prices are not real. I ordered some items, then a day later they say order was unable to be fulfilled....this has happened several times now and it's obviously because the advertised price was cheap....BIG SCAMMERS !!!”

“I had an order for wallet and bracelet and it ship to the wrong address and it pass 30 days and they didn't refund me the and you cant even talk to anyone email take forever for them to respond this terrible so end up deleted the app and no more wish on my lists”

“Should be careful to order from Wish. The first a few order items could be delivered to you very quickly and also refund policy is very quick with a convenient system on App. BUT you will find very difficult to receive the same quality of items as their descriptions after the second order and it takes lengthy time. You might be forgotten your order if you don't follow up.”

“Just a JOKE I was charged for items which were not available. The 2 10 mil. bottles of essential oils cost totaled $6.00 and the shipping cost was $9.00 and the delivery date is in 5 weeks. I'm back with a fair and honest company AMAZON”

“Ordered a lake float for over$60 and got a pillowcase and apology instead. Never refunded my money and no one at customer service ever did anything. Then it was over 90 days so I'm outta luck and my money.”

“Extremely bad and unprofessional consumer service Product, a Citizen women's watch $60 not working scrap, I can not repair under warranty because it is not original. An incomprehensible, complicated process absolutely excludes return. I lost $60. This is my warning to all who want to buy from this place.”
