Ok Everythings seems to be going fine on WISH! Until I was filling up putting all the rest of my order until I realized it was short a couple of items like 10 of them I remember it last said 56 items in cart but now it only says 52 so i tried another one to see what happenes and it went back to 52 again and again so i counted all of the orders and it was 52 items but at the lower portion of the items the Flag of the Birth of Baby Christ Jesus was missing and going upwards from that Flag others were missing that I didnt even Zero'd out and Not removed them.I have Zero'd some out and removed but Not those! This is my first time at WISH I've been looking for ways to get in contact with WISHs supplies Since January of this Year after seeing it on facebook!I've looked for products of my choice everywhere and I havent found but 1! WISH has everything im looking for and Hreat prizes.I just want my lost products back to my account because I will soon pay those as well But IDK what to Do!!

I had my account hacked and almost $3k taken out of my account. As soon as I noticed (and calmed down from almost having a damn heart attack) I tried to call Wish, which of course tells you to email them. So I do and which then states will take 3 or more days to get back in touch. Thank goodness our bank is amazing and gave the money back while they investigated because it's been 1 1/2 months and I just got a damn email back from then saying they could not refund the money but to contact the bank. Almost 2 months! This is the biggest scam of a company and I would never use them or refer them! Do yourself a huge favor and buy your stuff somewhere else.

I spent HOURS yesterday getting my order together. I dealt with changing costs of items. (like other people have complained of. This process is not legal in US. Called false advertising or bait and switch) ,! Then ,Not only did I not get close to the 50 % as offered, they DECLINED BOTH OF MY CREDIT CARDS! I immediately called the bank to confirm the cards were fine. the bank noted the hits on the card from wish, with 0$. I contacted wish and got a run around. This morning, IT GETS WORSE! I assumed they fixed the issue on their end. I went ahead and placed the order. The total was 71.48. WISH managed to change to 81.01!!!! AND when I tried to discuss it with customer support on line at the site, they deleted the item I most wanted!!!!! a Merry-Go-Round Music Box Toy .. All I wanted was for someone to adjust the total to where it should have been when they blocked my paying yesterday!! WISH!!! PLEASE FIX THIS PLEASE. PUT THE Merry-Go-Round Music Box Toy BACK AND FIX THE TOTAL. I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS OF WHAT MY ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN ! WORSE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE ON LINE EVER!

Fraud company. Publishes deals which are 99% discounted. And then when customers pay money , they respond after few days that the order is not processed. Then they will provide the money as wish money (which is useless) or wait for 30 days to get money back. Thus they get millions of dollars everyday from customers and keep the money for 30 days (interest free). This is a fraud method and should be banned.

For the past two months everything I purchased through wish has been broken, wrong or advertised incorrectly. They did refund my orders but I was put on a list for a using returns. Let me repeat everything sent was wrong. My last item ordered two months ago has not arrived every week they say give it another week. This company is complete garbage they cant say a person is abusing their GENEROUS return policy when the items are missing broken or never received!!!!

I purchase a few things special offers but got told time ran out I think it's a way of making thousands by changing thousands of people £2 shipping fee think wish is fraud should be followed up and stopped

try to get answers on my order all I get is new shipping dates no real answers still waiting they take your money and they are done I was given two delivery dates that say by a certain date still not here mail has run today no product they lie to me over and over by email only they don't talk to customers

I used Wish to buy some costume accessories. Months later I get a charge in my bank account for $210 for a dozen XS sweaters, all the same style. I quickly deleted my CC information and good thing too. They tried to put the same order through again two days later. I'm currently working with my bank to try and get the money back but I just got a text from Wish saying the order's been shipped. I'll send it back when I gets here but I don't have much faith in anything happening on their end. My advice: DON'T USE WISH!!!!

Ugh!! So frustrating and very expensive for me. I ordered four pairs of shoes, 2 for me to take on holiday, 2 for my sister. They took a long time to arrive and were delivered in 2 separate packs but they were too small so, because I was leaving to go to China I duly returned all four pairs at my own expense reuesting larger sizes. I didnt hear anything for weeks ....then the automated replies to my emails started. 7 months later ...I still have received no shoes and no money back (£65) either. I so WISH that I had read the reviews here before buying. Such a rip off

So I'm new to wish and I tried to buy an item for $0.75 turns out that they charged me over $55 and I immediately tried to cancel the order and they would not cancel it and it is shipping from China and I probably won't get it for at least a month so I am going to talk to my bank and let them know what happened. I would not recommend wish to anyone not even my worst enemy this company is a joke and I will never use it again.

I did not even want to give it one star I would say minus 3 stars I ordered about 6 or seven things from and did not receive any of them it has been about 5 months I just gave up and you use to be able to go on their website and request a refund but there is no place to do that. The worst service I have ever had.

i don't want wish anymore, they said it is free when you click it they will charge you to your visa not even asking you and didn't even tell how much is the shipping, SHIPPING is more expensive than the item, it should be transparent to your costumer, and i have 106.00 charge here, i don't even know this is, from now on, i will stop shopping at wish,,, very bad experience, because you have our visa number, right away you charge us? that's not right at all,,, you should tell your costumer how is the shipping and dont charge us right away, my bill is so shocking,,,feel so bad of what i did,,, no more shopping at WISH

Do not take advantage of the $1.00 deals because if your not first you get a refund. Then your account gets a hold so if you buy an expensive item while your account is on hold and not know it. You can not get any replacement or refund until you buy more items you cant return or get a refund on. Bought 2 car stereo with back up cam ...no camera. No refund no replacement part. Will not help until I buy more junk.

This company has no customer service. There is no one to talk to, and their form letters do not answer your questions or resolve any problems. I often receive the wrong item, if I receive it at all, and it often takes over a month to arrive. Poor packaging as well. My last 6 orders were declined with no explanation. My bank says my account is fine, I used another card, and they declined the order again with no explanation, other the form letters that make no sense.

If I could give zero stars I would - email me with a price for an item - follow links and it's twice the price - even worse than that, once you complain, you get bulk standard non personal emails back saying they appreciate your understanding - no offer of selling the item at the advertised price. Then when still complaining just start to ignore you! Worst customer service ever

Garbage! This website and its app are total and complete garbage and frauds. DO NOT purchase anything from this app or site. They need to be investigated, if they can even be found. This is run by criminals

Password reset came back in Russian. I called Wish and also sent an email. The call does not give you an option to talk to anyone, and the email said "We look forward to reviewing your case in the next 2-3 days. If it looks to good to be true, it probably is. NO THANKS.
