“What a scam. I put two orders in, received nothing, tracking useless, you can't even reach them.”

“Wish is HORRIBLE!! I have ordered 5 things and have only received 2. 1 was on time. The other one was 2 weeks late. I asked for asked for refunds for all items and only got 1 refund. I will NEVER shop on Wish again!”

“Do not use this company!! The majority of items are late and customer service is horrible. In this day of E-Commerce this company is substandard. I can not stress this enough, do not use this company if you want your items by a certain date. 1 out of 6 items have arrived. There other items are 3 weeks late and no updated date given. And customer service has not replied and it’s been almost a week.”

“Wish has only successfully delivered 4 out of the total of 9 items I purchased. The delivery times were all at least three weeks overdue. Only 2 of the items delivered actually did what it described on the 'tin'. Given that they are obviously using surface shipping channels, their delivery charges are also excessive. They did refund my money but only because I wasn't prepared to let them make me wait until their contract expiry date. I think they are betting on people just letting things slide and pocketing the suckers cash. Just don't bother wasting your time; they're not worth the effort. Personally, I think the commerce commision should investigate them and shut them down.”

“Wish took my money. Kept telling me my order was coming but didn't arrive. When asking for a refund stated it was pass the refund date. Bullsh*t company. BEWARE!!!!!”

“I have ordered twice at wish. Before they could even ship my staff I asked for a refund but they said the money will stay on their account so I will have to order from them. I then bought a leather jacket which I found out after 3 months its a plastic. It doesnnt look anything close to whats on the site. I ordered a handheld sewing machine. On the picture they show an electric machine but the machine I got was manual. They dont even show their products properly.”

“I had no idea my item was coming from China. A slow boat from China! When I was ordering it they quoted an arrival date within a few weeks then when my payment went through the arrival date changed to almost 2 months are you kidding me. Don't bother ordering from them. You can find same thing on sale close to home.I will not continue.”

“WISH charged me $76 for two items that were never received. When I looked up the refund policy, it was too late for a refund. I waited months because the items were shipping from China, so I knew it could take a few months. Then, You can't reach a real person - just a BOT for "customer service" (that's a joke). I just put in a dispute with my bank that the items were never received. According to WISH, the items were sent. What a horrible, rip-off company. I wish them very bad juju.”

“Basically they took my money cancelled my order and locked me out of my account. They want proof that the account belongs to me. I went to the bank, got a statement and sent it to them, still the same outcome, still locked out. In the end I told them to keep MY money, gave up and deactivated the account. I'm now £136 poorer because of the way Wish operates, an expensive lesson but thought people ought to know before thinking about purchasing anything from the app.”

“I did the .50 deal out of 51 item I did win anything I realize that I wouldn’t get them all but I thought maybe 1or2 now I believe it is a scam I have bought from them before but after I spend my wish cash I will remove the app it was only 10 dollars I keep trying with the wish cash but I feel it’s a scam or I am the unluckiest person”

“Be careful!!!!! I made an order for several items, marked a fairly pleasant price for the consumer. The truth of all this is a false, misleading ads and consumer deception. After all this they publish the article indicating that it is only for the first client to make the transfer, perform more than 30 transactions and no article was processed. Do not be fooled, because in the month of February they never returned $ 5.00 dollars, and I can not do anything because the Wish system indicates that I already spend time for reimbursement, but before they send you messages sending messages asking If the item was received, wish they hold on to the client until time passes and they lose their refund.”

“I order a pair of sunglasses with delivery on November 15 a day before I check the status and I find out a note telling a delay with a new delivery for 25 now they are telling to contact support in January 2 20/20 for a resolution or refund in case of not delivery , this is no the only issue I order a Bluetooth After 3 days they told me isn’t available Stay away from this app is a joke”

“Terrible. I wrote 6 emails complaining about not receiving the item. But for all 6 emails, they sent me a tracking URL that returns 404 error, closed the issue ticket without my agreement, and in the end claimed that they can't refund because the tracking says it was delivered. NOTE: I DID check the mailbox and surrounding area. I DID ask my apartment managers. I DID contact the local post office. I DID ask my neighbors. My neighborhood never experienced this situation. This is the definition of a SCAM.”
