“I ordered a shoe they confirmed my order and aftervtwo days wish replied your order was not processed with in time so they can't send my order now i can only apply fof refund will take 14 business days not ordering again”

“Wish is a complete con. The goods never arrive and the outfit is so automated that it's impossible to get any reply other than a computer generated standard acknowledgement of your complaint. Avoid this outfit as you would the plague. I only gave it one star as zero is not an option”

“Everything is always refunded. The deals they offer are a joke!!! Once you order they say 2 days later, you were to late for the deal. Then I had items shipped to store for pickup, if you don't get there that day, they refund you and you lose. Wasted gas for nothing. NO MORE!”

“It is just wait of time. In these days they put alot of things for 1 dollar when you purchase them you get a notification that they will confirmed your order within 24 hours. But After 24 hours they cancelled your order and ask you for refund. So tbey have fake deals...”

“I bought 2 wireless chargers that seems to maybe work for my phone, and the web site says "EASY RETURNS" DONOT believe that people when I tried to return the 2 items the CS emailed me back after 1 week they asked for pictures of each item I sent them the pictures via email, then after 5 days I got another email to send more pictures of the back side, I sent the pictures, same day I got the email, CS said they cannot figure what was wrong I said it does not work for my phone, and I got tired and decided to just eat my lost and never buy from them. I junk their email and I told the person who sent me the link to take me off his list.”

“Let see. Ordered many things. You took 550 dollars out of my account THEN said I had to send photo of my bank statement. I didn't, I'm not stupid. You said can't process until you get it. Next day my ordered was waiting to ship. All was cool. Today you refund my money, only you haven't given me my money back. That was my Christmas first my grandkids. I saved all year for Christmas. I want my money back. You guys suck, big time”

“if i can give 0 star i will do but there is no option for 0. before i buy 2 items and i did not received them, i contact many time then they said we return your money, i bought another item no i didn't received nothing, no money return no item received. before this website wasn't like that now really they cheating costumer . i recommend no one buy anything from this website. i am going to do same review on google if wish not returning my money back and i will do every month 1 time same . they have contact number but never no one answer!! 18002660172, more than 20 time i call this number they just play with us.”

“what a joke!!! Purchased an item that took forever to arrive. Was refused on delivery as it missed its intended use date and here it is a month and 3 weeks later and still no refund. Can't even get a response to this issue. I will never be using Wish again and will make sure that anyone who asks me about this app/site they will be told to stay away such a scam.... If there were negative number of stars this sure would get -5. Horrible horrible customer service....There is none”

“Ordered two pair of pants, the sizes were wrong- cheap material and no button hole. Filed for a refund and they only refunded half the order. Now they want more photos before they will refund the rest. I will never use Wish again. Don’t shop here. The emails are all automated and say the same thing but from different people that have made up names. Now I know for myself why they have such bad reviews. If you like buying cheap junk and never getting all your money back this is the place for you. But for me never ever again.”

“I ordered once many items and they were sent separately and very unfortunately the item I wanted the most got lost (a fitness watch). Never arrived and did not get a refund. Some of the clothes I ordered were quite dissapointing (quality) considering the photo's on the web. I will never order again.”

“They will list an item like a purse for 75 cents and then take the money and after a few days say it wasn't processed in time and they will refund my $.75. They do this to enough people then they have a significant cash flow to use. A little bit here and there and then take a few weeks to refund while pulling in other money. They are liars.”

“Gloves do not come in pairs, on Wish. They come in singles. I ordered what I thought was enough"pairs" of gloves to fill stocking. And I received singles. So what I thought was a good deal, even with S&H, turns out, I got screwed. Don't buy from this sight.”

“Please don’t spend your money with this app, I ordered a smart watch and got watch protectors. I also ordered a Bluetooth ear piece and I never received it. A very bad experience in my book. Unless it’s made right I won’t shop with wish again.”

“I paid for six items on sale on the wish web and all were refunded do to wish not processing my orders for three days. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WISH AGAIN. NO HONESTY & BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.”
