“After ordering an item and the money was taken ,I was then told it’s out of stock,so I went back onto wish and ordered the item again but didn’t pay ,so if it’s out of stock why are you still letting people order it ???? I don’t think the item was ever for sale in the first place the picture of the item was taken from another website, so wish I hadn’t got involved with wish, also within a couple of hours of ordering from wish through my PayPal, my PayPal account was hacked my password was changed my email was changed And my security prompts were changed ????how the hell can that be🤷‍♀️ I’ve spoken to my bank and also reported the problem to PayPal, I’m going to see if I can get a tv station involved, )#RIPOFFBRITIAN and I’m told it’s 14 days to get my money refunded,,if I don’t get it ,watch out for a Facebook Campaign I’m not given up and I’m not going away I’m going to cause some shit”

“I ordered several items on the same day. All items so far keep getting pushed further back for delivery day. One item said it was delivered and it wasn’t so I asked for a refund but says it takes up to 14 days so we I’ll see if I actually recieve this refund. I than noticed that my address keeps mysteriously getting changed to a name I don’t know to a country I don’t live in. I ordered something paid and than noticed the wrong address so I cancelled right away and was than flagged on their site. I can no longer request a refund. There’s no real person to speak to and I still have several items I’m waiting for that I can no longer ask for a refund on if I don’t recieve them . Total scam do not use this company it’s awful”

“I ordered $30 worth of stupid socks . I was told my order was on the way 3 weeks ago it was taken off of my credit card I have the proof and now they're telling me it was never sent out because my credit card was declined which is total b******* because it was sent out and taken off of my credit card I will never order from wish again be very careful ordering from this online . I will never Wonder from this place again please be careful who you order from wish is definitely not someone I will ever order from again considering it's from another country.ever since I ordered from wish my credit card has been stolen online thank God that he couldn't figure out my CV w be very careful”

“I ordered many products that I never received. The last time I ordered a bracelet, I did not receive it. I contacted customer service, they were supposed to refund me but never receive the refund. Do not buy from them”

“WISH IS COMPLETE RUBBISH... they send mostly rubbish and their complete incompetents when it comes to customer service... I have written of 50 times telling them I cannot access my account, they respond by telling me they've replied in the app... this was after they told me I'd sent them a different email to use... not me!!”

“Made 4 small orders, wish took my money and 24 hours later told me I wasn't the first buyer and my money would be refunded. Been 2 weeks and still don't have my money back! Do not use this service, complete scam! there is no possible way it should ever take longer then a day to put money back on a credit card!”

“Several orders have been delayed and never received! Wish Support was uncooperative, and have cost me over a hundred dollars once or twice. Do not recommend their service to anyone anymore. Their service is deplorable! Undependable! Irrefutable! And most Unreliable!”

“My order has been delayed and it’s already been a month and I still haven’t received it so I am NEVER ORDERING FROM WISH AGAIN!!!! And I advise you to never order from this thing again because it made me so mad because of how long it’s taking and wish, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER 😡”

“So my brother order a ps4 from wish . I wish he order from some where else. But cause it was cheap. Then the delivery man sent it to another address we couldn’t figure out why . Because wish took it upon there selfs to correct our address with someone eles address worse ever I hate wish”

“I ordered 3 items in August 2019. It is now November and I have only received 1 item. Constant contact just receives an automatic reply saying the goods have been delivered. They have not! I should have listened to the advice 'Do not touch Wish'.”

“I have no idea how they have such high reviews, on the app store they get a 4.5 rating, shame on them.. I think Wish are behind these reviews and orchestrate them themselves. I ordered a number of items based on the fact that others were claiming this company is good. They are scammers. I was shipped multiple packages, that included many items i did not order. There was very little paperwork, and in order to claim a refund they wanted pictures, the products came low quality, others in multiples, in order to place a claim one by one was very confusing. I am sure this was the intent. I asked for a full refund but they wanted piece by piece. That would have been fine if they had provided concise paperwork. I believe they sent me a bunch of multiples, the wrong colors, and missing product so that it was way too confusing to detail each product that was either wrong, missing, or multiples. They required a picture of each item. They may be on to something as I don't want to spend my days dealing with them as i'm sure i will never get my money back for their garbage product. Buyer beware. I am contacting my visa so that they do not charge me for anymore orders. I will have to donate overcharged and poor quality goods to my local charity. Good luck. Beware.”

“Never again! The item I purchased from Wish took forever to be delivered. I ordered 3 weeks ahead, but it arrived two weeks too late for the party that I was attending! I could have bought it from a local website for the same price with a 3 day delivery!”

“I lived in USA. This advertisement from Wish is total scam, false advertisement they had one price and once you place the order the price is triple plus shipping, the product that you order take a lifetime to be delivery and when arrived is not the material and/or quality that you expected. Total deceive. The worst part of this is that since the company is not in USA they can continue their practice.”

“I found the products were of inferior quality, and 25% of my purchases never arrived. Wish was really good (initially) at refunding the cost to keep me happy. My final purchase never showed up and when I asked for my money back, they said a lock was put on my account for excessive misuse of their refund policy. Really? Then, maybe apply shipping confirmations! Cancelled my account and will never go back. FYI - most of the product they sell is on Amazon, and at least you get a guarantee if things go wrong.”
