“I never recieved most of my products. And the refund link at wish is a complete joke. It never works. Doesnt surpise me though. I only hear bad things about them. I guess I shouldnt complain. I did recieve atleast half my products. Lol Wait what? That means im paying atleast double??? WISH SUCKS...Scam likely”

“I ordered 2 Fornite sweatshirts (one black & one white), then I ordered the Fortnite jacket. Both great deals, which I thought, and I even read some reviews knowing the sweatshirt was a thinner quality. The problem I ran into was it took over a month to get my product bc it was coming from overseas (China or HK). I received the sweatshirts, no problem. A week later I received what I thought was the jacket, but it was another black sweatshirt. With the holidays, I didn't have time to submit a claim. When I did, I told them I received the wrong product. Of course I didn't have the packaging anymore, so they kept saying they shipped the right product and ticket was closed. Well, it's not. I didn't get the right product and they should not have closed the ticket. This is still not resolved and they are giving me the turnaround. I am very frustrated and upset. Customer service stinks. And as you can tell, most reviews are 1 star. I would never order from them again.”

“Lets all get together to sue this app I recently order Christmas gifts back in November and it's been 2 months and still nothing and then on top of that they just send us the refund policy after two months saying no refunds. Wish is a fraud ! #suewish”

“I have been waiting 3 months for some of my purchases. They took my money and I have not received my full order. I have contacted Wish on many occasions. Not sure what to do anymore. One thing, I will never order from Wish again. My free gift was not available anymore. This is shameful and they basically have taken my money.”

“Sent my items back to wish No heard anything for a month E mailed customer service, did everything asked. Been getting the run around. Same replies from every rep. Almost as if they just copy and paste the reply . So Wish took my money . Got the items back . Wish is a terrible business . The Founders must be proud”

“I just ordered two different shoes, a pair of Yeezy's and a pair of Vapor Maxes, and both were delivered two whole sizes smaller than what I requested. So they are barely wearable on my feet. How can you get BOTH orders wrong? I'm not impressed.”

“Ordered $260 worth of products and all seemed fine till they doubled my order and charged my account $520! They refused to help and said all I could do was cancel the orders item by item. I did but it didn't remove them all. Then they put a block on me so they keep my $260 and I don't get my items! They keep telling me to send my bank statement and I have repeatedly. Avoid at all cost!”

“I have tried to get a refund on a top I bought in November it was to small, chineese sizes. they dont answer emails . They want photos of the product, I followed there instructions so many times now, what a rubbish company wish are”

“Ordered a 6x received a 2 x. Couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered five items, 3 were the wrong size and the sizing on the other 2 items were extremely small. 5 and 6x's were more like 2xs if that. So very disappointed. Struck out on all five items.”

“I bought a phone from Wish. It came as it should. THE BIG PROBLEM : When I tried to activate it AT&T shut it down and locked it up saying it was Reported LOST OR STOLEN so now I have no phone. The 800# they sent me Does Not Work. I'll NEVER use Wish Again. I would give it Zero Stars if I could.”
