“Ordered a 6x received a 2 x. Couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered five items, 3 were the wrong size and the sizing on the other 2 items were extremely small. 5 and 6x's were more like 2xs if that. So very disappointed. Struck out on all five items.”

“I bought a phone from Wish. It came as it should. THE BIG PROBLEM : When I tried to activate it AT&T shut it down and locked it up saying it was Reported LOST OR STOLEN so now I have no phone. The 800# they sent me Does Not Work. I'll NEVER use Wish Again. I would give it Zero Stars if I could.”

“BUYER BEWARE! Items are very poor quality, damaged or missing parts. You have 50/50 odds at getting a pleasant experience. ONLY IF YOU CONTACT SUPPORT ABOUT THE OBVIOUS ISSUES WITH PROOF and PICTURES, THEY WILL “AUDIT” YOUR ACCOUNT AND PREVENT YOU FROM CONTACTING SOMEONE! DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH!!!”

“Worst company I've ever ordered from I sent them my address as well as my order and I only got 2 items out of 20 I paid for and the rest got sent back to china without my knowledge cause they messed up the address on there part even though I got two items using the same address. I contacted them and they will not refund what went back to china! Worst website”

“It’s unfortunate I can’t give Wish zero stars. Everything arrives late, despite the fact that they give you a shipping date. Everything my husband ordered is cheap product and because it’s so expensive to return anything, I believe Wish banks on the fact you won’t return your products. We didn’t return anything because it costs close to $15 to return items. We haven’t even received things we purchased 6 weeks ago! Wish is a $4 billion business and they are laughing all the way to the bank taking advantage of customers. Any business that you can’t talk to a live person is no business. Wish is simply another scam!!”

“Very bad customer service, you cannot follow up your issues. They charged twice my credit card, I’ve sent them the picture of the charging, they keep saying it’s right. They did not refund me. Very bad website. Most of the items are pretty cheap quality. No matter how many times I contacted them, it seems a machine is answering because it doesn’t make sense.”

“the experience that I had on the site is so terrible they have no one to talk to there's nobody there at customer service you can't talk to a live person because that's just an adequate the people there they did just really nobody talk to you they don't have any phone number no email address I don't know how this business stays afloat but you can't check out when I'm at time if you check if you have like 12 items in your cart you have to buy those 12 items there's no other way around it I tried already.”

“The Craft Products received are not what the photo suggests...smaller and not good quality...The postage costs outweighs the cost of the poor quality items...my first purchases and I am dissapointed..my advice..check the description..check the postage before you buy”

“Items from this site are always poor quality and never look like they do in the picture. There's a reason why items are so cheap, and that's because none of these sellers are reliable. Customer service is quite possibly the worst customer service of any company I've ever encountered. They say they'll refund you for product that is missing and/or not as it says it is, they do not. It's hard enough getting a hold of them and then when you do, they don't solve anything. Do not buy from this company.”

“I suffered my first online scum. I ordered two pairs of shoes. I was shocked by what I received. I put both pairs in the garbage before my girlfriend came home. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. WISH IS A FRAUD!!!!!”

“I ordered a lot of Items. Less than half the items actually got delivered. I checked the tracking #'s that said they were delivered and they NEVER GOT DELIVERED. I ONLY GOT REFUNDED $12USD BY ONE STORE THE OTHER ITEMS I WAS RIPPED OFF. I'LL NEVER USE WISH AGAIN THEM AND THEIR TINY INDEPENDANT DISTRIBUTORS. THIEVES”
