“BUYER BEWARE! I bought a few items from Wish but only received one. It was defective and was 1/4 of the size displayed on their web site. I usually put the products I am considering buying in my shopping cart and then choose the products I want to purchase. I do the same with EBay and Amazon. Wish billed me for all of the items in my shopping cart without my permission. They sent an invoice to PayPal for over $ 2,000.00 for the products in my shopping cart that I never agreed to buy from them. Somehow they convinced PayPal to Pay them On February 14th for the entire amount. They won’t return my money. I must have sent them 30 emails demanding that they immediately refund my money. Their only response was,”We are sorry that you had a bad experience with Wish” “We hope you have a better experience on your next order” Do not buy anything from Wish! They are the worst kind of scammers and should be arrested for the many illegal actions that they are perpetuating on people. The company (PayPal) they use to process their payments should force them out of business and arrest the people who created this ugly scam!”

“Biggest crooks in the industry. Do not stand behind their products. They will not allow refunds or returns. Don’t buy from these people!! I would love to find out who the principals are in this scam and pay them a personal visit.”

“I ordered a coat that never came. They told me they would send it again and it never came. After that they told me I could not get a refund because the refund policy expired. I could not talk to an actual person. Their supposedly live chat does not allow me to ask questions and their customer service number only directs you back to the website. I sent them an email and still got no response so now I dont have a coat and I am out of $51 dollars. I will never use your website again and I will make it my business to tell everyone what kind of scam you are running.”

“Ordered a few things, all items received are having some problems, not impressive at all. Watches not as illustrated, cables (free, but pay for shopping) ordered not working, and defective out of the package. A Hearing aid costs more than $30.00 has design fault, not able to put on ear and sounds awful. Don't buy from Wish again. Worst online shopping ever.”

“Out of 4 items I purchased only one was worth having. The other 3 were defective or like the 2 cameras, never worked at all and no directions on their operation. Never received after notifying!”

“I ordered a bunch of stuff from this company 1st week of October. I paid quite a bit for my stuff. which started out cheap but shipping was more than the items. I only got three of my items that I ordered and I ordered twelve items. It is almost middle of February and still haven't received my items. I will not order from this company again.”

“WARNING!! My daughter bought a phone case from Wish for a couple bucks & got thousands of dollars taken from her account. All they said was they couldn't do anything about it. She's a college student!! Major scammers!!”

“I have ordered dozens of items from Wish a lot of them NEVER ARRIVE or are defected, now when I let them know they tell me I am abusing their return policy, if I never receive the item how can I abuse it??? Very frustrated, takes to long and you never know what you will receive if you ever do receive it.”

“I bought a pair of boots here, they started out with one price but almost doubled it as I was led through the sales process. I still thought the boots were worth it so I went ahead. Very expensive delivery... still seemed worth it. All told it was 32 euro. I got a completely different pair of boots and they were not even made of leather as advertised. They were cheap shiny plastic and too small and nothing like those pictured except The color and heel height. I tried to return even tho that means eating the very expensive postage. In order to return you have to upload a photo... except the site would not allow me to do that. So I just wrote if off as experience. Ever again.”

“Order something that was supposed to be here in mid January never got it and I ordered a portable and it didn't work and never got my refund. Tried contacting customer service no help at all because the refund window for the items experied. Run never order from wish again they are the worse and crooks at that I rated them a one and that too high. I would rate them a negative 30”

“Run!!!! Didn't receive two of my orders that I placed at least two months ago. There's a tracking number that shows the items were delivered in mid January. I did not receive them so contacted customer service and they told me that it was too late to do anything due to their return policy. I don't have anything to return! Will not shop them again.”

“Delivered basketball shoes that are smaller than what I asked for. Even the label on the shoes are inaccurate. Eur 43 which is equivalent to US 10 turned out to be US 8.5 instead. I have contacted customer support twice and up till now they have yet to respond. What a disappointment. Gonna delete the app.”
