“All of the items (~10) that I ordered were very poor quality of material and constructions. There is no way that they were originally $75 or more. That is false advertising! Return process is HORRIBLE. I buy clothing online frequently and this was the worst. They want you take a picture of each item and upload each photo to a separate message to an agent about why you don’t want it. Then an agent is supposed to reply in 2-3 business days. I have yet to get a message on any of them. There is also no way to track that I sent the message. Lastly, I’m guessing that by the time they respond (if they do) it will be past the 30 day window and they will refuse to issue a return. This company should be turned into a consumer protection bureau. That may be my next step.”

“I cant believe how less of a product you really get. As in- I ordered am Argon oil for my hair which was actually shipped from China, took 6 weeks to get to me and when I opened it, it smelled like fermenting fruit/alcohol, I threw it right in the trash, deleted my wish account and I will NEVER come back. On top of everything else being so cheap, your shipping costs are ridiculously high!! Never will I reccomend this to anyone!”

“Wish ordered something on my account and "I must of ordered it my mistake." I assure Wish I did not ordered the item that was sent to me. I had to pay for the items and the shipping. Then I had to pay to ship them back. I dealt with Wish for a month with this issue. Finally I just had enough and told them to keep the refund and that they were s bunch of thieves.”

“This has been THE WORST online purchase & customer service experience I've ever encountered, ordering online! I've become extremely frustrated as Wish and their app that stated the items I purchased, were delivered and nothing had been delivered at all, then I was unable to get thru to anyone at Wish: email, phone, nor chat. What type of company has absolutely no means of communication, but ways to take payment?? I felt so embarrassed that I had ordered from a company, with absolutely no way to get in touch with customer service 😵😱 to rectify any situations. I had no choice, after days of no communication, to contact my bank with all the information + I deactivated & removed the Wish app from my phone completely!! I WILL NEVER order from wish AGAIN!!!! This has truly been an exhausting + horrific experience, and I will not allow Wish to EVER do this to me again!!!! -The Person Who Will NEVER Order From Wish AGAIN”

“Purchased makeup brushes Jan 14. Supposed to arrive by feb 21. On feb 21 they changed the date to feb 28. Customer service is a joke. The tracking is ridiculous, still says it’s in China. I write customer services and get a prewrittrn response .”

“For the first couple months I've used wish I've had great experiences. About half the stuff I order is defective or cheap so I returned it. Their policy is they will refund you but you don't have to physically return it. I just ordered a bunch of stuff all of which is damaged effective or cheap and now they say I'm not a customer in good standing so I cannot return them. This is a scam site.”

“I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered items on different a dates in December, it a now February 22 and nothing arrived. I checked the site and it says all items were refunded. But I don't see the money in my account. One item that was not refunded said it arrived on January 18th but I never received it and it's too late for a refund. I'm unable to get in touch with anyone from customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM WISH!!! It is a total rip-off! The absolute worst place to buy from.”

“Bought a gaming laptop from Wish and as soon as I sent the laptop to the vendor, Wish told me I need to verify that I'm the card holder. They're requesting for a transaction I NEVER made. Complete fraud and they refuse to give me my money back!”

“Omg wish is still the worse. I had to delete my app cause I was running out of memory, wish used more memory then all my apps combined. So I went to go in site and it won't even let you look at items without getting app or logging in. They really don't want money! When you hit a pic screen comes up and blocks you from viewing it or buying it. I tried logging in it won't let me and won't let me change password. I thought my first review was terrible. They don't want customers! Bad site all together!”
