“beware of this website,it is all fake,payment information is not safe,wish app is not safe(since there is no security with mobile phone)meaning that the payment information can easily be hacked by a 3rd party(involving unauthorized transactions)no matter if you exercise caution you will still be scammed,so it is best not to access this website at all/not even grasp through it.”

“Terrible... terrible.. terrible...do not order anything from these people...ordered a beautiful blanket..they sent me a ball of yarn. Wtf... ordered clothes... terrible..so bad I threw them out.. Ordered jewelry some came some never did.. beautiful in pic but once I got it..went straight in the garbage.. it was worse than a bubblegum ring. Do not order anything from here..at all...it's that bad..also u don't receive most of your orders...this company is a rip off...”

“i still have 3 items that never arrived after 2-3 months,i asked dor the refund or at least to let me choose something else for that money and thereis a very annoying system that dis not give you the option to chat with customer service,you just receive basic answers but no refund,shame on you! I will never ever use wish again! And not recommending”

“I have had some problems with Wish.com but the worst was when an item arrived late and damaged. Despite telling them over 2 weeks ago they say the refund window is now closed - so no refund. Their promise that they will always have our back is a total lie. They are a rubbish company and should be taken off the market”

“I'm not able to track my order, when I go to the app. It's saying no other history and I did place an order on 3/6/2019. Wish took the money out of my checking account by debit card. But I'm not getting any messages about my order. I have proof Wish took the money out of my account. I can't get any help with this. I'm really upset.”

“I have place alot of orders fron Wish! I gotta admit i got excited about the prices! But i have been patiently waiting for my orders more than 55 days! And still nothing! I tried to contact CS and all i get is a automated! I am at my whits end!!!! I will contact my card company and let them know about this fiasco!!!! They’ve got going on and put an end!”

“There is no customer service phone number. You have to submit a ticket and wait three days. You can't even deactivate your account on their site. It just logs you out. I've never had my credit card compromised before until I created a wish.com account.”

“WHERE DO I BEGIN???????!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I bought a pack of watercolor markers with 20 COLORS!!!!! and the package literally had ONE!!!!! THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD 2.80$! FOR ONE MARKER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TWENTY!!!! AND ON TOP OF THAT IT TOOK ALMOST TWO MONTHS TO GET HERE!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEIR A BIG FAT RIP OFF!!!!!!!”
