I have never used the company "Wish.com" but thought I would try. I was lured in by false advertising about extremely low prices on some key items on the site."Great deals" are 50 cent purchases that pop up with increased frequency as you browse but don't buy. Then when you agree to purchase them they use that strategy to gain your trust and buy more (cheap) products but at "Dollar Store" prices. I ordered 20 items over two orders. Of those 20, 11 items they refused to fulfill. I received a message days later (and specifically, I believe intentionally not a the time of purchase. I received the message "Unfortunately, your order was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price [we advertised] and we were unable to fulfill this order. Tap here to choose your refund method." So they take your money. Explanation of how long a refund due to the company just not fulfilling the order, only for customer returns, which by the way they can refuse. This is from their return policy (Wish reserves the right to: Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use -Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of Use -Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use. This Policy may be updated from time to time." (https://www.wish.com/return_policy). Finally on returns I have not been able to find an itemized invoice of the refunds due to the company's decision not to honor the purchase. (Did I mention they already took my money?) There is no human contact so I imagine customers just give up. Making free money for the company. Also when choosing you method of refund, there's no mention of shipping charges to be refunded or adjusted to the order. I have no idea where that money goes. This company then can conceivably take customers money under false pretenses, and hold it for weeks, increasing their net worth for 0% interest, under false pretenses. If this company knows it can not fulfill orders at the price at which they lure customers in, they should be reprimanded or at least stopped for falsely advertising. When they decide to not fulfill an order, they should provide a clear, transparent, dated and itemized invoice to the customer including reversal of shipping charges. If they are a computerized company, they should know their real-time inventory and then at CHECK-OUT and before they accept your payment, they should notify the customer of their inability to fulfill the order. I hope this informs to hold this company accountable. It appears to me and from the 11 out of 20 items ordered and terms agree to, that they backed out of, to be a scam.

This outfit does not respond when contacted with regards to items bought and paid for that were not delivered. They are now projecting delivery in Sept for items ordered in June for June delivery as they indicated on shipping tracking. What a fraud...

The quality of the merchandise is poor. It was on sale for a good discount, thinking they are going to send the quality that was advertised. Discounted merchandise are of poor quality. You buy cheap, you get a cheap material. I was expecting a good merchandise. I am disappointed.

This company is a scam operation. I am in the process of pursuing legal action against them dispute the fact that I will lose money doing so. Should not be allowed to operate. I advise you to stay well away and if you have been scammed...seek legal action. If everyone does then they will be unable to trade.

Scamming people cleanly. Smart company, shouldn't be allowed to do business in any country. These types of business scams that the whole company has set it self up on, are normally done by people who are now in jail. This company needs to be removed from all business ever again.

I will NEVER buy from Wish (App) again, It double charged. I received one item but not the double ordered one but they sure charged my account for the same exact order twice!!!

I ordered a couple of t-shirts with reasonable expectations of delivery time. Big mistake. It's now been two months, and I still have not received my shirts. Even worse, their order status shows no imminent delivery date in sight. After finally getting fed up with waiting, I tried to cancel my order, but all I got was an automated response saying that I couldn't cancel because the items had been shipped. What a joke. Buyers Beware: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I would rate them a negative one if possible. I placed an order on May 25, 2020 and as today, July 17, 2020, I have not received my order. Although Wish informed me in May my items had shipped, the most recent re-scheduled date was from July 18, 2020 to September 2, 2020. I'm considering taking legal actions against Wish.com. I feel scammed and I was not informed the items were shipped from China. This is horrible and they should be reported to the Attorney General Office.

All the delivery after Payment for three months have got any news, I spent nearly $1,500, many thing after 3 months no arrive. Hardly to contact them.

I ordered on May 5 and every time I track my order the delivery date is pushed out a month. I don’t want this anymore I want my money back. This sucks!

My very first order: I ordered 2 different flag bathing suits on May 26,2020 for Fourth of July. Was originally told it would be there June 28. Then it got pushed back to July 4 due to Covid delays. Then it got pushed back to July 17 because of Covid delays. I Just checked the status of the order and was told it is now delayed until Sept 4-Oct 4! WTF?!? By the time I get it it will be winter time! It gives no option to request a refund or cancel the order, and has never even departed the original delivery center in China, even though it said it was coming from the US! I am furious! I had originally ordered two bathing suits, the other one never showed up either and I finally got a notification three weeks after the delivery date had passed that the suit was no longer available because of covid, and they offered to replace it with a different item. I finally got the different item the day before yesterday. It is too small and doesn’t match the picture of the item I chose as a replacement. I am so irritated, and I will never never never use Wish for anything again! Total scam and no accountability whatsoever! Despicable!

I ordered 8 pics solar lights for $10.00 plus $12.00 shipping which I didn't think was bad for shipping 8 lights.Instead of a package of 8, I received 1 light for $22.00 the picture clearly advertised eight pieces.You insisted I ordered 1 and that's what you sent.I ordered a package of 8 pieces you scammed me.I have a screen shot of the ad but the site won't let me add the photo.

Sadly can't leave a zero star rating. They sold a trampoline as a bargain during the pandemic, our son was so excited to have one on its way. They delayed the delivery three times, and once day we receive a letter through the post with a mini jigsaw puzzle in it. This useless thing however had the posting barcode of our purchase and now Wish insist we had our products delivered! They won't offer a refund and don't reply to customer service enquires any more. Steer clear of this scam company!

Totally scam. I am waiting for my items since April. They change the estimated delivery arrival time several times, so you can't claim money back. And the quality of the goods is poor. Money and time wasting.

Paid for phone on 9/4 £51 told be delivered between 15/4 to 26/5, Hermes stated phone put through letterbox, impossible with box and charger, after about 50 emails to wish, who always stated should search everywhere, live in a cul-de-sac so know everyone, got no reasonable reply from Wish, Hermes did slightly believe me and after numerous emails to them, the finally have offered me my £51 back, so hopefully will have that in the next few days. My advice do not buy from Wish, if you do stipulate that they use Royal Mail in UK. Mr C Miller
