“My wife and I have ordered 36 items from wish, of which we had to ask for refund for 19 of the 36. One the pictures shown are usually nothing like the actual picture. I ordered things from last August 2018 and it's now October 2019 and I still haven't received 8 items I ordered. My ears isn't pierced I bought clip on earrings when it arrived 3 months later than it should, it's not a clip on but one that requires piercing. I've received items from wish I love, but most is a disappointment. Wish doesn't even allow me to return things I'm not satisfied with, then now they say I have to appeal for a refund, because I have violated their policy by asking for too much refund. Aliexpress is better than wish, and I'll just use their services from now on, they even offer free return. Wish needs to enforce certain rules, that they must sell what is shown on the pictures, I don't hate the site, but it's too much hassle. Those 8 items I haven't received, which has been over a year, imagine if I didn't ask for refund, I would be out of my money.”

“Wish is not cheap at all there are items that you can buy in store for the same price in wish plus you have to pay the very high shipping why is the sellers In wish charging too high their products it should be cheap”

“Wish is charging me full price for a Halloween costume that I only received half of. I have asked for a full refund since I can't wear half a costume. They always send you to the online support which is useless because it's automated. They also have the worst tracking system I have ever seen. They failed to deliver my complete purchase, why should I have to pay for their mistake.”

“Complete scammers Complete scammers - avoid like the plague. I ordered an item, the delivery date wash pushed back time after time. Then eventually after the item didn't arrive the joke of a customer service at wish say that I cannot get a refund as it is more than 30 days past the delivery date. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!”

“Worst place to buy please don’t buy from here I bought a generetor from here and instead in the mail I got a box of garbage I requested a refund and till today 10/22/19 I haven’t received anything I have done everything step by step and I emil them and they always tell me the same thing that I have to request a level from their app but it doesn’t work please don’t buy from here they stole from me $700 help me stop this”

“I love Wish! After a colleague introduced introduced me to them, I bought a Star Trek keyring. I paid £1 for an item that cost me £10 in a London store. My most recent purchase was a Xingbao brick set of Peterbilt truck, painted like Optimus Prime. Sadly a piece was missing. I notified Wish, and went to bed at 11pm. By 8 am, Wish had reviewed my case and given me an overly generous partial refund. One out of maybe 34 purchases was bad (never came) - and even for that, I was instantly refunded. My trust in Wish is somewhere between Amazon Prime (highest), eBay and other websites. Certainly, I trust Wish more than a random company website. And remember, if you pay via PayPal you'll be protected*. I am a big fan of Wish. Never thought I'd be, but there it is...”

“Do not order from them as they are fraudulent as they can be, take too long to respond, and dont even resolve the issue. The item I ordered from them never came, despite tracking saying it was delivered and signed by someone else. I contacted them letting them know that I'm the only one who lives here. They respond 2 days later saying they confirmed it was delivered by just copying and pasting in the tracking number in their and to check with my post office. I visit my post office anyway, and they say the tracking number is not retrievable in their database and normally there would be more information of when item was delivered in the U.S. Lol I contacted their "support" again just now (which is just a. Automated chat) demanding to cancel and refund, and it will take another 2-3 days for an agent to respond. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and not my credit/debit card Avoid these idiots at all costs”

“Be warned! Do not order from this site! I don’t care how much or if you cant find an item elsewhere just keep going! There are fraudulent sellers on there, uploading fake tracking numbers knowing they didn’t send nothing! Then if they do send something it’s not right, I only got half my order. So you have to wait to see if it comes, then one the delivery date is here you can get a refund of your shipping bu5 then you have to wait about 3 more weeks to see if it’s coming to get the rest of your refund. What a RIP OFF!!! Wish chats is automated and useless only going by the info you can see yourself about the shipment! I have never been so angry in my life. Don’t order from here you’ll regret it for sure. I ordered 4 items separate shipping on all not cheap at all, and only got 1 item! FRAUDS!”

“TOTAL SCAM! Rec'd email that item was delivered yet it never made it to my house. Contacting Wish is impossible. When I finally got a reply email, I was told there is nothing they can do since they rec'd a delivery confirmation. Reported fraud to my bank. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!”

“I don't trust that have the people I'm ordering from are legit! I ordered fairy shirts and a hoodie about 3 months ago and still haven't seen them! The last 2 sgirts i got were cheaply made and didn't even fit properly and i know my size. It wasn't my fault. The jewelry turns your skin green! No wonder this mess is only a couple bucks!”

“I order 4 items, when the first item was the wrong order immediately I emailed Wish they stated that they received my email but no answer at all, 2nd and 3rd item arrived wrong size and today another wrong blouse arrived and in error they sent 2 of the them, and the shoes are the wrong size, multiple emails to return the items never a response, finally I disputed the charge in my credit card when they get a return addrs. will send the items back and never again with Wish.”

“I continue to order from Wish despise some of the problems experienced as others: items never received, item cheap quality, extremely long wait. One plus side was that in the order history record I can check and initiated refund or cancellation or write to the support team. For whatever reason, this time two ordered items did not register on my order history so I could not initiate any actions directly. I then wrote the support@wish.com twice and now I have waited 8 working days and have not heard from Wish. Pure disappointment!”
