“This is the worst place for costumer service. I send several emails and they sad that I have to send my questions through the app. The app doesn’t have my questions and never talk with a real person so uncomfortable with the situation, they cancel one of my items but they never sent the full amount of my item. I do not recommend this place . Be careful”

“Every other shop I buy from says very clearly, "If you don't like the item, bring/send it back and we'll refund you." I didn't like most of the bottoms I bought. 1 came twice, when I only ordered 1 of them. 1 item hasn't yet arrived, October, when I ordered it in June. I had to fight to get a refund, but luckily, Paypal did the right thing. Would NEVER use Wish again.”

“They sell drugs, fake silver and gold, fake medicine on the site and WISH promotes it. I tried to contact them, they refuse to respond. Also they take money out of your account if your not paying attention, at random times without any purchases.”

“Oh no...this unbelievable these people playing with our hardly earned money..don’t even trust these basters...too over a two months to send the goods, since they not arrived, trying to take more time thru their cunning system finally I managed to get confirmed my refund but again it takes another 14 days..how clever are they, keeping our money with no responsibility nearly a 3months time, how bad it is....wish I never wish you...would say get ripped”

“Okay. Let me start by saying that I have ordered from wish before and had no problems. I needed a new bed frame for my sons bed and I found a decent price for a twin platform bed. The next day I got a slam of emails saying "my order was received, my order was delivered, my order was processed" I wasnt expecting it to be so fast and or confusing. When I got home from work, there was my target purchases, amazon, and something I bought from Sears. NO BED FRAME! Okay. Now, I mean I dont know for sure but im positive a bed frame doesn't come in that small of a box that its easily transparent or invisible or hard to find. Maybe a narrow box, but then it would be tall and easy to spot? Maybe collapsed and folded, but then it would be a decent size box. I contacted wish support and they KEEP REPEATING THE SAME THING "check your surroundings" "ask who you live with" blah blah blah. As if I didnt already do all the above and made the most common sense decisions on my own, without having to be told. I ALREADY KNOW TO LOOK AROUND ME! so then I contact "FED EX" Who apparently is "claiming it was delivered" blah blah blah "someone will call you in three business days" NOW FED EX IS TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED! Contact wish help support again and again Im told to "check my surroundings" UGGH!!! I bought a bed frame. For my son. I just need a bed frame.”

“i never heard of wish.com till i got a $1,500 bill on my CC. called and canceled right away. i see some others have had the same problem. dont know if wish.com is the fraud or is someone has got my card and ordered from wish.com. the fact that someone else had the same issue with about the same amount points to wish.com. STAY AWAY.”

“Some products take more days to arrive than the others but then they are from different suppliers. Some people give funny and stupid comments about wish canceling their free orders. But I guess they did not read the info that they offer only 1 of that item per day so they will contact you if you are the first one to order it. 110 items refunded? Hahahahahaha. You must have ordered ALL the free stuff. LOL. Sorry Karilyn, you did not get any. What made you think that you got all 110free products in one swoop? There are millions of people who buy from Wish. Ordered a 2 dollar worth of pen refills last time and I thought I would get the actual pens but then I have to review my order and its says refills. READ THE PRODUCT INFORMATION first before purchasing as well as the reviews for the store and products. I am ok with Wish, will still order from them. But try to check from amazon first, maybe they would have the same products you are trying to order at a smaller price.”

“I ordered a bunk bed on wish that was scheduled to be delivered on September 24, 2019 and it showed that the tracking number had been scanned in my city on Sept 20. The post office checked that tracking number only to find that another item had that tracking number. I complained and my date was pushed back to October 1. That day came and went and still no bunk bed. I again complained to customer service only to be told that my delivery was confirmed and that they cannot give me a refund on a confirmed delivery, even though I still did not receive the bed. I am very upset. I want my refund.”

“I ordered some free items with free delivery.. I have 7 children so you know the list was long,within 3 days they canceled all the items with the excuse that at the moment to place the order these items were not free. But when I paid for my orders they get processed immediately! They full of it! FALSE ADVERTISING Between all the orders we placed 110 items were refunded.”

“I have waited many weeks for my deliveries I ordered three items one of which was a free offer. I now see that you have charged me three lots of shipping costs. “They are showing that product is free and you just have to pay for shipping. When I ordered for a phone cover, it was showing that I just have to pay for the shopping which was $4. But when I checkout the order total came up with $8 which was considered as $4 for item total and $4 as shipping. Worst shopping site ever. I am just uninstalling wish. Very bad experience.”

“Shopping for WISH I would like to explain briefly that when you are shopping, you must know that a shipment to USA that reaches you must cost (approx. $ 3.90, registration of the shipment, $ 1.10 for every 100g of weight) $ 5.00 for 100g of shipment. If the price of the product is less than 8 $ with the parcel, you may not get the parcel simply because it will not be registered in the International Postal Union and insured. That's why all the goods you buy for less than $ 8 with shipping are goods that either won't come or you will want to return them upon receipt. I will give you an example; you are buying wireless headphones that weigh together with a 200g package, the price of headphones e.g. 5 $ (which is already suspicious), you have to pay approximately 5.80 $ for the shipment, the total price will be 10.80 $ for the goods and the shipment which is registered in the international register and insured . There is no registered promotion on the shipping price, remember about it.”

“I checked out what looked to be a great deal on shoes. Before ordering, I had to install the app, which looked suspect. When I went to order the shoes, the price changed from $6 per pair to $19.99. That was enough for me to uninstall the app and make a Wish that they would either get reputable or disappear.”

“I've been purchasing products from wish for about 16 months.Quality of items is good with most products,pricing of items is cheap but not with all products.Shipping wait times is way way too long,and sometimes items don't turn up in post at all.Refunds are easy and quick,but the disappointment of waiting 4 or more weeks and then to find out your item has gone missing in transit was enough to stop me from purchasing any more products from wish.My advice-if you can get it from eBay get it,and give wish a miss,it's just not worth the ridiculous shipping times.”

“Already five times they make me fraud with my debit card, and only buy once and it's a different card, i changed every single time my bank informed me about suspect transaction, the products are cheap is just a hook to have your information don't buy in wish.”

“It's difficult to know what you are really getting. You'll see the same product image for multiple items, they'll be different prices, and hidden in the description it will say what's included, which is often less than what's pictured. Shipping is more expensive than it should be, and there's no shipping discount for buying multiple of the same item, or multiple items at a time; even though they save on shipping by combining items in one package. Overall product quality is on par with the local dollar stores. Shipping frequently takes longer than the 60 return period. So you might not get your product while you still have a chance to return in.”
