“I placed an order for tobacco rolling papers I never received them Wish.com has a phone number that doesn’t even ring through to a live person When I didn’t receive the product I called my credit card and have them cancel that transaction because Wish.com would not give me a refund”

“Very worst site not recommended to purchase from this site, Customer service is very very worst no response for your comments. I am not recommending this site, better try good sites with same price and good support (walmart/Amazone /Ebay). I lost couple of $ product is not delivered and no response from customer service”

“This will be the next store to close down due to many of customer's complaints,for example:Broken items sent/sending counterfeit items fake items this is illegal/fake tracking numbers given/taking orders for items which they do not have in stock/not refunding in full the customer's payments(taking all this into very careful consideration this is illegal practices and this store should be shut down/closed down)”

“Wall stickers for a boys bedroom were rubbish. Couldn't peel them off the paper without breaking, went straight in the bin!!!! Bought stickers off other suppliers which lasted years.”

“Ordered several items from this Wish.com. The cost was over seventy dollars. Did not receive items ordered. I ordered several strands of beads for making jewelry, but so far haven''t received any of those. I ordered pearls, didn't receive those. This list goes on and on. Don't waste your money. Either you don't get what you order, or it's not the right size, color, or product. Total scam.”

“Wish is a scam. I have sent numerous emails. They state that they refunded me, but I never received it. When I complain they just resend they have made a refund. They are a total scam!!!!”

“I've recently made a purchase on wish for some motocross boots. The boots buckels where defective. I asked for a refund and was told it would be credited to my account by April 25th. The refund was issued April. 11 the. But never received a refund. Now wish stated it would be another 2 weeks before I might see a refund. In my opinion I would never ever buy from wish again. If you have a problem with a return it will take a month to credit your account or more. Very poor customer service. Do not buy from wish.”

“Orders almost never arrive and when it comes to getting a refund they accuse YOU of fraud for having a valid complaint about an order you didn't receive but paid cash for! I for one boycotted this sham of a business due to my concerns and frustrations with this very issue! I get tired of not receiving 70% of the items that I purchase and then being accused of being dishonest for not having received them! And then they leave no customer service number where you can talk to any actual person or resolve any actual conflict. In my opinion a horrible business model in need of overhaul to better suit customers needs we're actually receiving items they purchase is concerned. Plus you can find things cheaper on Google shopping Amazon and eBay where you actually receive the items you pay for ! why would anybody choose wish being devoid of any actual customer service?”

“Whenever you issues such size, wrong color, returns you get no where. Basically u stuck and good luck. All the response you get are system generating messages with no follow up. The only choice you have is to dispute it with your credit card, Bad customer service”
