“Horrible company with no actual support. Ripped me off for a product that never arrived, then say that I am outside of the refund window. Don't waste your time or money!”

“In the first place I tried to order an item my card was charged instantly. The next day I get a message saying the item is not available and my money will be refunded it'll take five to nine days. Ridiculous why did they charge my card before they knew if the item was in stock. However the next day I went online just to look and see and there was the very same item from the very same Merchant only $10 more expensive. Apparently it is available but only after they tricked you into trying to upcharge you. Then I got a message saying up to 50% off all items. I tried to use it more than once every time never gave you more than 5% off. I think it's a total scam. When I made an error on my order and tried to contact customer service all you get is robot with minimal options of what your issues Maybe. No way to type anything specific to get your specific question answered. So I finally find an 800 number and again it's a recorded message telling you to go on to their customer support. Never a chance to speak to a human and virtually no satisfaction. I will never buy from this company they take your money they don't deliver your goods and then you can't get in touch with them. There are many other sites that are so much better than this one. I advise you never to buy from Wish there's nothing reputable or honest about them. Which is really too bad because there were a lot of things on their site that I likely would have bought had they been more honest and able to speak with a human. I happen to be one that loves to shop online and share my information with my friends. He just lost a lot of money by losing me as a customer. I have informed all of my friends to avoid this site like the plague. As I sit here and read the questions on wish reviews and asks you how you communicated with the company options live chat there's no one live there. And I certainly did not have a chat. Telephone? That's a joke because you also don't get to speak with a live Human on their phone either.”

“YOU ARE INCOMPETENT AND THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU. MY ADVICE : DONT ORDER FROM WISH! You sent over$100 of stuff to wrong address. As soon as I got the email notice regarding the transaction I called their number repeatedly for days. Always unreachable. No answers to my email. It has been months.”

“I will never use the app again. My payment of 200.00 was on suspend cause of lack of information. You took all my account information then you wanted my id. Then you wanted a bank statement with my purchase information on it how intrusive can you be. Do you want my birth date and social too. Rediclous and this was all for confirmation.”

“Every piece of jewelry I ordered said it was 925 silver. All lies. It’s honestly whatever because it was so cheap but I’m extremely upset they lie on their website. Multiple items were different from the picture and looked nothing like said product. All in all I give wish a 0 and would tell people to never shop there. Ever.”

“I ordered shoes on wish . They turned out to be TOO BIG. Second I ordered 2 dresses. The dresses were not exactly like on pictures. Won't ever order again!!!!”

“Wish is horrible . The order takes forever and the customer service is terrible. My order failed to arrive when they said it did and they did not help me . The items are extremely cheaply made and bad quality . I don not recommend this website.”

“My wife ordered one dress which was supposed to come to $11 with shipping. Wish charged her bank account for $99 and some cents. Our bank tried to get the money back from them but they refused. So, my wife paid for 3 dresses that she did not order. When she received them from China they were miles too big (and they were marked "SMALL" ) and the material were paper thin. Steer clear of this fraudulent company. I gave them 1 star because there's no zero.”

“I purchased 5items end of March til now they haven't arrived, don't shop on wish. This is totally a scam. You can't even get information about your purchases when you ask them. Robots answering you, like t.f, I wanna talk to a real agent here idiots. I've learnt a lesson here”

“WISH DRAFTED MY ACCOUNT, HOLD ON SHIPMENT UNTIL THEY RECIEVE A COPY OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND BANK STATEMENT? WTF, THEY ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY. I SENT COPY OF THE DRAFT THEY TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. FOR A TOY JEEP? UMM. CALLED AND REPORTED ON BBB, CALLED MY BANK, SCAM. NO PRODUCT OUT 190.00 /NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ROBOTS AND IDIOTS.”

“I just found that the sizes are way way to small got fast delivery my size medium for dog cloths are very very small l ordered lots of dog clothes but to small for my chihuahuas instead of sending them back l donated them to the rescue place l got my second chihuahua from they were very happy so l learned a lesson if it comes from China order 2 sizes bigger other than that l have had no problems”

“I had countless issues! This site is FRAUD! Everything I finally received went straight into the trash. NOTHING is like the pictures. They tried telling me I had a credit card issue which is BS. I then got a link I clicked on one time asking for a copy of my drivers license. Was not comfortable with that and clicked past. Since trying to redo my cc info and post multiple complaints I get NOTHING!!!! NO person and ZERO ability to file against delivered horrific items. This site is a scam. No live person with NO way to resolve multiple issues. Can take weeks, months for delivery and by then they are MIA! DO NOT purchase from this site/app! FRAUD! They do kindergarten cutouts of items that are worse than my middle school projects. I ordered 20+++ items and ALL are absolute GARBAGE!!!”
