“Order #: 5de3bb1716e85b4d80d9f880 + another 1 - I did advise on the website that goods had not been received after 2 months. I ordered 2 tops which were never received - Due to me undergoing chemotherapy I was not able to get back to them within the specified time and was about 2 weeks late and have been told there is nothing they can do. Stole my well earned money which I can ill afford at this time in my life. I will never ever recommend another person to buy from them and have told everyone I come across about the very bad service. Absolutely disgusting.”

“I bought stuff from wish last Yr. Arrived all good.. Then last week I got an email saying I purchased a fitness tracker.. I didn't order it nor any of my family.. I got onto them. Received an email saying they will put me through to right person and I'm still waiting. I didn't realise my card was connected to the site. I never connect my card to any site.”

“Everything in your company WISH is wrong..Whatever we order nothing is coming..And looking at many Reviews many people are disappointed.. Please I'm a disable person and I couldn't believe that your company WISH is doing all this and making people to feel SAD..If it was someone from your family being in our place what you will do.. I'm going to report your company everywhere.. Please respect everyone we don't have money to give to buy something we want..”

“So far I haven't received anything yet but promises. Made my order April 6, now it's the 17th and still nothing. The only thing I do have is a debt on my credit card. Will call tomorrow to have it removed. Never use Wish again Dan”

“Ordered 16 rolls of toilet paper and only received 6. Contact with online customer support told me they can't understand my problem and to give more info. Don't know what else to tell them. Don't buy from Wish!”

“I ordered $71.91 worth of products. UPS delivered one item on 4/11/20 to the wrong address, and it was signed for and left. I check the delivery and it was delivered 3 miles from where I live. I have contacted this company since it happened, and they are saying that since it was signed for they can't give me a refund. The other items were never shipped at all, and I'm asking for a refund and they are refusing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. “So far my process date has changed three times with no notifications sent. Don’t like the fact about being charged before the item ships. Would never had ordered the item had I seen the return/refund policy. I think these reviews are only seen by unsatisfied customers who search for it because I never found reviews on the wish site. Your guess is as good as mine as to where the positive reviews come from. But here is to wish for keeping it going on our quest for a deal. At least the spam from them has stopped. I will update the stars when the transaction is complete.”
