“There is absolutely NO customer support. They give generic answers and if you don't receive all of your order, you arw just out of luck.”

“I ordered Mask on 4-3-20 Wish sent a notice the mask would be shipped in 3 days. They than sent me a tracking # which gave me a delivery date of 5-15-2020. It has not left China and the tracking # does not work. They lied about it being a USA company obviously and I am calling my bank to cancel this transaction. When you ask for support you get a 3 answer choice, you cannot talk to someone at all. Do not buy from this company you are supporting China and you do not get your merchandise in the time they promise.”

“The name says it all, "Wish". These are prices you wish you could get the product for, but they never have it. So you get a refund, but by then it's too late to order for why/when needed. Truly just window shopping, don't order.”

“Ordered on March 30th. Tracking says it's been in the United States since March 30th. But my delivery date isn't till June 2nd. 3 months to wait for the delivery of an order is unacceptable. You can't communicate with customer service it's all preformed answers. You can't talk to anybody live. It's safe to say I will never order from them again”

“PURCHASED ITEM NOT DELIVERED. Nearly 100£ frozen since day of transaction, still waiting for refund _ 3rd month. I used to buy from them few years ago, these days seems like site makes a lots of scams.”

“There is no option for 0 / 5 stars, so 1 will have to do. Zero customer support. Don't bother with them. I have just found out (by myself) an item I PAYED FOR is out of stock. They have my money and never informed me they didn't have what I payed for. I ordered this 3 WEEKS AGO! Their customer service is non-existant! Proven by the amount of people screaming for help via their Facebook comments...”

“The worst online shopping experience I am having. Ordered an item on 20th February 2020 and it’s still haven’t processed by supplier. From last two month it’s just update expected delivery item. Concerned with wish support agent and getting same excuse every time. Last month ordered one more item and now it’s showing different item on my ordered list. I took the screen shot just after placed an order and now it’s showing different item. Put complaint about it and they refund my money without send any confirmation or update if I want my money or what I want. I clearly told them I don’t wanna refund. I just that item which I ordered but no response. I will recommend to buy stuff from local market even it’s expensive than got disappoint later.”

“Poor communication, you'll never speak to anyone especially using the app, absolutely horrible delivery process, takes a good month to receive anything. I can't believe anyone receiving their merchandise in a week...I think they're false testimonials. I tried to cancel but it shows "shipped," and has been sitting in the same damn location for THREE WEEKS. This is a scam. I've vested close to $115 which I'm sure I will NEVER get back because once they "claim it's shipped" you can forget it! They are liars don't trust them. I knew it looked too good to be true. I'm going to reach out to my bank to see if I can get my money back.”

“Half the things I have bought on wish never turn up. They do refund though. And the postage ludicrous £6 postage for a £2 ring And I wanted two.. So £12,even though they came in the same packet. I now look for things on wish Go to e bay and get the same thing for less. If the postage was'nt so ridiculous I would still use wish.. Oh and if I did'nt have to wait 2 months for a pen that never arrived. Rubbish”

“Still waiting for my items. They show low prices then shaft you with postage from China with the virus. Refund very very difficult if you lucky. Items cheap and cheerful cheap plastic. I wasted my money and can't tell the wife now where the money went. I wanted to get more things.”

“Somebody in russia used my account to buy goods. I immediately tried to cancelled payment I hope I have dealt with it. But I have informed wish about this and my concern how this might have happened. The only response I get is we are sorry you want to cancel. I will never buy from them again.”

“Item description was 50 pcs of face mask and I bought 2. After almost 2 months , they sent me 2 single mask instead of 100 pcs. can you imagine how much those low quality mask cost me? costumer service also doesn't do anything and mostly is just an automated answers from the system. stay away from this trap Wish.com”

“What a joke!! Package arrived weeks after it was supposed to. The package looked like it went threw a war zone on the way here. Found product damaged inside package. This company's customer service is absolutely garbage. Never again. Go with Amazon or anyone else you can.”

“I had ordered some boots from Wish last year, and was very pleased. The item was shipped quickly and received quicker than expected, so I decided to shop with them again. I spent a lot of money, as I made a lot of purchases based on ratings. But if you have many articles in your order, and they get delivered, and you go to rate them, you cannot rate individualized items. It auto fills every item in your order. Customers are not getting the right information before purchasing as they are going buy other people's ratings and description of articles, but even that's false information. I still have a lot of orders coming and I know I will be disappointed more and more. What a costly learning lesson. People should be aware that this site is just a RIP OFF. They send you things that look nothing like the articles pictured, are total knock-offs and the sizing charts of way off. Don't go by other people's ratings either, because they might be rating something that actually was good, but then that auto fills for everything else. So if a customer has received an order of let's say, 10 items, but gave a good rating for maybe one of the 10, it will fill the same rating for all 10. This is very misleading, and quite deceptive. I will NEVER buy from Wish again!! I totally believe in buyer beware, but this company takes that to a whole different level!”

“Placed a order on the 23rd March the money was taken from my account on the 25th March it's now 21st April and I haven't recieved my order , sent two emails only to be told if I have not recieved the order by the 9th of May then they will investigate were my order is I can't even track the order this is just annoying,I won't be using this site again”
