“It is scam, very poor quality products, they send different items to the one you buy, bad customer service because if you complain, they end up declaring you a customer of bad reputation”

“I used to love the application but now half of the things I order never show up and God forbid you don't pay attention you lose money and cannot get a refund...Best advice don't give yourself an unneeded headache”

“I keep ordering items it says they shipped the items and I never receive them. This site is a joke. I ordered winter boots in August and I am still waiting. Then they just refunded yesterday. I never asked for a refund I needed the boots. Save your time and money it's a joke.”

“I ordered one item through Wish and suddenly my card was processed for more than $314 in several transactions. I had to freeze my credit card. I also received a ton of spam emails on the same day as these fraudulent charges. Doubtful that was a coincidence.”

“Don't use, you will be sorry and end up with a headache and empty pocket because wish.com is a platform for outright dodgy sellers. Whats more wish.com are making a fortune out of not paying the sellers and not refunding the customers. There is only one lucky setup here and that's wish.com. Money for nothing. They just keep every ones money, put up the shutters and laugh. Seriously hope the internet does not become flooded with this type of setup. Image that : Most internet shops robbing everyone blind because the authorities will not stop this criminally intent business practice. Great way to make easy money - Maybe I should set up an internet shop follow suit because no one is going to stop it. Easy money.”

“Here is the true, real and honest experience: They offered me a full refund (twice) on a defective item, I accepted the refund per their request and they NEVER issued the refund. I followed up with them multiple times and they refused to issue the refund which they offered twice! What is this: unethical and disgraceful business practice. They are lying to customers! I can prove it, it’s all documented!”

“I got a free wallet by signing up - an $80 value! When I received it, it wasn't high enough quality to sell in a dollar store. Next, I got a nice speaker for $50! Worth $200!! 6 weeks later when it arrived, it was a cheap Chinese knockoff, sounded like an ear bud in a tin can. Salvation Army donation next day. I won't be using this app again. Joke's on me I guess.”

“They have not delivered. ordered 50 pcs and just got one and they claim all pieces delivered. Spent months chasing them and NO LUCK. NO Product NO refund. Where can I make a complaint for these guys to authorities ? Can any one Help ?”

“They would get a zero if I could! Never shop with this company. I have waited 3 months for my order keeping in contact with the company the whole time. I have asked for a refund and now they are telling me the window of time has closed for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away at all costs!!”

“I went to my shopping cart to remove a couple of items. After I removed the items. 3 seconds later I got an order confirmation. I didn't swipe anything or press anything to submit an order. I immediately sent an email requesting the money be placed back on my debit card and not to ship the items. It took three days for unhelpful reply. Two more days waiting for a reply to be told nothing could be done ONE of the items shipped. Once I get the items I will DELETE the app.”

“When this app first came out I used to order a bunch of toe socks for free and the first couple of times it was great, but it seems after the third order every single time that I've ordered something I get something damaged partially damaged damaged too small or literally something that was just built by somebody and mailed to. Regardless of the size of the clothes I choose I always get extra small. The customer service team always uses Chinese sizing as an excuse which is absolutely b******* because I'm aware of the sizing difference and I know how the metric system works. More so the pricing that you see on the site always changes once you go into the buying stage of the app. Most recently I bought $90 worth of items and they charged me $60 in shipping. You do not get any deals here only lies and bogus items”

“Had someone from Delaware order a phone on my account had to report it to my bank as fraud most unsecure company. Do not order anything from this site, there is no option to cancel a order when you get a notification from them and no option to call and to talk to someone. Closing my account !!!”

“I'm not getting my items and if I ask for a refund my account has been flagged but it's unfair if u don't get my items I think I should get my money back right now I don't care if it's getting it in wish cash as long has I can purchase and get the items . I notice sellers are sending the packages withought invoices and I'm being charge 3 times the amount to clear them from customs I don't pay the money coz I dont have it so these items are still at my post office and the customs so I think wish should check with customs of my country for their items I did not receive are still there ..I hate wish a swear I have $1400 us dollars worth of items due and if I don't get them I'll be taking it up legally ..wish is too shafty false advertising after these orders I won't be buying anything more from them..you buy a wig that says lace front wig and when you get it..it's not it's a wig with a piece of plastic ..wish need to clean their app up ..I would not recommend it to no one ..people please keep away from wish”
