I like Wish well enough. The prices are great and the quality is usually decent. However it’s major problem is that the shipping is always at least three weeks, usually delayed and half the time doesn’t even arrive. That was okay till recently. They had a pretty good refund policy, if it was past the delivery date or had a serious problem they would refund the item and I could reorder it or (since I mainly impulse buy on Wish) order something else. As long as I didn’t urgently need the item by a certain time I was happy with the service. However my account has now been flagged for excessive refunds. Not only does this mean I cannot get a refund it blocks me from contacting customer support at all. To be clear 90% of these refunds were for packages that did not arrive. The remaining ten percent I contacted them about a problem with the item, the wrong size, missing a piece etc and on each occasion I offered to send the unwanted product back in exchange for the correct one or just requested that the missing piece be shipped to me. In each instance they responded with “Sorry for the inconvenience. Do you want your money back?” So I am being penalized because either what I ordered did not arrive or because their customer support network is so limited that the only way they can deal with a complaint is a refund. To lift this I have to order things for awhile without refund which essentially means giving them money for items that will not arrive to get to a point where they will give me money back when that happens and I assume I’ll end up right back on the flagged list because their tracking system is so incompetent. Basically the customer is being punished because the site is not designed well.

HORRIBLE company... buyer beware! Entered CC info... was NEVER given opportunity to review or confirm. They immediately charged my card. I then cancelled order with 3 minutes. I got auto response they would only issue me a credit on their site NOT a cash refund. I have contacted My CC Company and will NOT be paying their charge. PSSS... the item they charged me for was more than double what was advertised... horrible all the way around. There are many other sites online to buy from ...do NOT buy from this one unless you want aggravation!

I still haven't received an order I placed on Oct 5, 2018 (order # 5bb81934112f7b5e7b556de3). The deadline for delivery issued by Wish is Oct 31st 2018.. Their delivery policy states "If you're order does not arrive on time, contact us anytime before Dec 1st and we will give you a full refund". The deadline was missed. I contacted wish customer service to inform them that my order has not arrived on time, and they're not honoring their own policy. They're now telling me to wait till December!! As if waiting a month wasn't long enough! In the end, I opened a PayPal claim to try to get my refund. It's no wonder Wish is the only online vendor I know that doesn't accept "pay after delivery" with PayPal. They want payment immediately....now I know why. Oh, BTW, their tracking numbers are pretty useless too. The parcel isn't tracked once it enters the destination country. What good is that?! Sadly, they've lost a customer. I won't order from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! The product I ordered was nothing like the picture and looks like something a 90 yr old woman will wear..will never waste my money again!!

I have ordered 9 items from Wish app, none arrived. I got refund for four items, remaining five is a battle to get money back. Same items are cheaper, faster dissipated and less hassle if you but them on eBay or Amazon. I would not recommend wish to anyone that I have good relationship with. Seams to be a scam, awaiting for items to arrive for more than a month, in my case 45 days. Money is taken instantly from account, probably put into a bank to accumulate interest and than refunded to a costumer, if it is refunded at all. How long does take to post a charging cable from China, 45 days and counting, it is probably still in production process. Wish is what it says it is, you wish and stays a wish, than second stage of wish is wishing to get refund. Wish is not a trade is a scam. I don't believe in reviews which are saying that the items ordered are great, arrived early, good quality and cheap, pure misleading.

I have ordered many many times from wish during last 2 years. 90 percent of the items have NOT BEEN EVEN NEAR what I have seen in the advertisement pictures. They have been horrible quality, a lot smaller than they have let customers know or broken. I have applied for refunds often WITH PROOF OF BAD QUALITY, and now I was flagges for it. Literally I tried to apply for a refund with item that was broken and badly packaged and I only got a note ”your account has been flagged for too may refunds, you are not able to contact support until you redeem your trust”. Wtf now I have to pay for the broken item and all the 130$ worth of stuff. I AM HAPPY TO PAY IF IT IS PROMISED QUALITY. But if they are broken as the one I received now, is it fair? No.

I ordered a tablet along with other items. The other items came in my mailbox the tablet whos tracking number was made up{yeah i checked it didnt exist} was supposedly sent back because it said there was no address to send it to. More likely there was no tablet, Also I was loooking through my old orders and there are a few things i paid for and never got. If you dont caych it right away they wont refund your money. Its the big ticket items that happens with. Im done with Wish I think they rip you off on purpose hoping you wont catch it in time. My girlfriend and her daughter got there credit card numbers jacked from this web site $600 was charged to the two cards. Cant prove it , but it is the only site that they both have in common. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I have purchased several things off of which and nearly every single item has been poor quality; loose threads all over, doesn't match the picture on the app, sizing is WAY too small etc. Each time this has happened I have requested a refund, and rightfully so. The only reason I continued purchasing was because I knew if it was poor quality, which it almost always is, that I would get a full refund. My most recent purchase arrived the other day and true to form, the material is way too thin, the cut outs in the arms twist up because it's so thin and yet again, there are loose threads all over. I tried to request a refund and out of nowhere, no warning whatsoever, my account has apparently been flagged for too many refunds and the app wont even allow me to contact a support agent. The only reason I've had "excessive refunds" is because the items haven't been what I paid for. Each refund was supported with pictures. I should have at the very LEAST, been informed they wouldn't issue any more refunds after my last purchase, not made to purchase something and then told SURPRISE, no refund for you. I emailed customer support and they gave me the same answer, buy more stuff without refunding to get your account back in "good standing", and we'll "fully support" future purchases. If they didn't constantly send out poor quality items, refunds would not be necessary. It's called quality control.

Here is the true, real and honest experience: They offered me a full refund (twice) on a defective item, I accepted the refund per their request and they NEVER issued the refund. I followed up with them multiple times and they refused to issue the refund which they offered twice! What is this: unethical and disgraceful business practice. They are lying to customers! I can prove it, it’s all documented! They should be shut down!

If I could give a zero star I would. Horrible service. Ordered two weeks said products have been shipped. Went on website to cancel cause I'm not waiting any longer. Their chat line is one way not allowing good communication. Told them to CANCEL entire order.............WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.......I DON'T CARE HOW CHEAP IT IS..............

Halloween costume ordered 26 August. Delivery date mid September, delayed to 30 September, delayed to 7 October. Today is 29 October, 2 days till Halloween, still no delivery, no update. No discount is worth this. This is my second time to order from Wish - never again.

Ripped me off. Items never arrived and it has been 7 months. Money was taken out of my account to pay for the order THREE times. When I look at the good reviews I see now that they are fake. The English is so poor, no one in the West wrote them. Guard your money and your bank account! Total ripoff!

Items did not arrive. Wish refuse a refund and keep moving the delivery date back so i can not get a refund. I have been waiting months for items. Wish also took money from my account without permission. Avoid wish they are a disgraceful business. Avoid at all costs.

A FRAUD company, plain & simple - ordered something cheap as a test, worked OK. They then stole my details and scammed me out of money. They would not respond, so i had to cancel my bank account to stop any other transactions. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought a pr of shoes on Wish App. They were selling for $7, if I shopped with a fellow customer. I still was charged $15.75. Will never shop on this app again. They do false advertising. Trying to delete my account.

I use to like wish I never had a problem with them my items was always on time. But the other day I was on the site and mistakenly ordered some things that I didn’t want to order I kept trying to cancel the order and it wouldn’t let me. And on another day I order some thing from wish and I couldn’t fit them and I tried to get a refund but you can’t talk to anyone you have to chat through message to customer support and I still can’t get a refund. So if your going to order anything from them just know if you want a refund you want get one.

Alright. All great reviews for wish must be from fake reviewers or mentally disabled people. This company is scamming people by making them think they got some crazy discounts on some crazy stuff. Prices are alright for you actually get tho, but hear me tho. First thing, all their products are imitations of real brands (when displayed) so basically it is illegal. Second thing, their descriptions are ALWAYS mendacious. Their pictures are fake, and the specs as well. Ordered a 128 GB USB stick, got a 2GB stick. Third thing, they often send you different products, not what you ordered. Ordered a phone, got a usb cable for example. I don't understand how this company is still existing and how authorities didn't shut it down yet.
