Worst service. After waiting waiting three hours, status is still en-route but the agent tells me the order was abandoned and returned to the store. Such pathetic service.

The worst service ever experienced. First time ordering it took 4 and a half hours, tried again today and my ordered is no where and an excuse that the driver delivered. Checkers definitely holds up to there promise unlike woolies Dash.

I placed a grocery order on Tuesday morning at 8:30 for a 10:00/11:00 delivery. They never delivered, my emails were ignored, my cries for help were eventually ignored too on Twitter. I had to call now (Thursday afternoon) and they are telling me they have refunded me it will take 5 to 7 working days - what are we supposed to be eating in the meantime?

25% of the groceries delivered to me by Dash were either rotten/wilted and of poor quality. After several phone conversations and emails to the call center and 3 days later I’m still waiting for Dash to come collect the bad food items and replace them with fresh ones, despite the promises I got this would be sorted promptly. I’ve had to go to the store to replace some items that I needed urgently which defeats the whole point of ordering online, a service that one actually pays for. I’m bitterly disappointed and this whole situation has cost me time and money (phone calls to call center, driving to the store), and been a great inconvenience considering I’m heavily pregnant (which is why I was using the service in the first place). I’m shocked at how bad Woolworths treat their customers, this could have easily been sorted out within a few hours and 3 days later I’m still waiting. I would definitely not recommend the service, it’s not worth the inconvenience!

I ordered 3 items online but only received 2, but still got charged for 3 of them. When I called they said that they only charged me for 1 item and they would be collecting the other extra item because I did not pay for 3 but only 1 even though I can see on my invoice and bank statement that I was charged for 3 items. The lady straight up told me what makes me so proud and then called back 1 minute later saying that she was wrong but this lady had a lot of attitude. They don't want to deliver the other item or give me a refund because this item gets charged per kg and they don't know which one they didn't give me. She said they would only give me my money back if I could confirm which ones they did deliver otherwise I wouldn't get anything. I can't check the prices or the kg because I have already used it and thrown the packaging away. So now this is all my fault because I guess the customer is always wrong. Thank you for stealing my money.

How is it possible to order food on a Saturday morning at 8:00 through dash and they say first delivery can only be on Sunday 10:00! What is wrong? I will rather order from checkers 60/60. At least I get my shopping within the hour. Woolworths cancel dash, it's embarrassing.

They keep advertising items of food on their app and it is always out of stock, yet it still shows as available. Trying to order the same item on numerous occasions. How can you substitute a cheesecake with a chocolate mousse cake? Are these people high? Order 4 items and I get 2 correct. It's 930am ...... pathetic. Rather order from Checkers instead.

Waited over 2hrs for delivery. There was no communication as to the backlog. Eventually canceled the order. Very disappointed. Worst service ever 😒

I purchased the peppermint dessert yesterday which has a new improved recipe. It left much to be desired. The previous recipe was adequate and resulted in a delicious dessert whereas the new recipe provides a dessert which offers a flimsy base, not as sweet as the previous one and the taste was highly disappointing.

Something is very wrong with Woolies dash app... it has been processing my order for the last hour and this is not the first time I have abandoned my order because the app simply does not work. This is unbecoming for the Woolworths brand- get someone to fix it or delete it all together.

26 September: I made an order on the Woolies Dash App. However, my order was not delivered. I called to find out why and I was told that the driver could not get to me via phone calls but I didn't receive any call. On the same call, I asked for a refunds and was told that the money would sent to my account; I asked how long that would take and was told 7-10 working days. 3rd September: I called to find out the status of the refund and was told that it has not been processed as I was supposed to send proof of account and a copy of my ID. I was shocked because this was not mentioned when I asked for a refund. Then, I was told that they would send me a refund voucher. It's been over 2 weeks of waiting and still nothing yet. No communication at all. I'm so disappointed and never buying again from the app or the store.

I am really saddend that a simple grocery order was not delivered in the time slot selected. Struggle to get anyone on the number, everything goes to an email. My order never arrived due to no drivers! Nowhere was it stated on the app or website about delivery issue. Now they want me to wait 2 to 5 days to Refund! Just send me my damn order why do I have to wait when you dont have to wait for my money. So so dissapointed

I went to woolworths Musina to make a purchase using my store card. Only to find out that it was blocked because i paid it up 3 months ago and i had to wait there for 2 hours while they were calling customer service. I was asked to give my bank statement and ID. Which i did. But still didn't get any help. I went there again thinking that i was going to get help. I had to wait again for an hour and they took a picture of me holding my ID. Still didn't help me make a purchase. My card is still blocked and i can't make a purchase. I don't know how much time they want me to be available in Musina woolworths as i also have to go to work.

Bought a 400g bag of Angus Beef Biltong Snapsticks to share with friends watching a rugby game. Angus beef is usually much more tender than the usual beef and so costs more. Unfortunately, all the snapsticks in the bag are tougher than nylon rope. I still have half the bag left since each friend only took one piece which they threw away anyway. I always thought I could trust products from Woolworths, but no more. What a disappointment :-(

I usually prefer woolies groceries over checkers, but every time I use woolies dash, I’m disappointed in the service. The drivers are rude and impatient, the eggs arrive cracked, the bread chosen expires the next day or the same day, and they do not communicate like checkers shoppers do. I’ve never received cracked eggs from checkers or rude service from drivers. Because staff in most woolies are so pleasant, this should align with the service delivery in their drivers.

6 Aug: Placed Woolies Dash order (day of taxi strikes). I called them when delivery did not turn up - was told that it would be delivered the following day. 7 Aug: They called to say that they could not do elected time-slot and only deliver within the hour and asked if that was in order - I agreed - said that they would confirm shortly - no call and no delivery. Instead I was sent an e-mail to inform me that funds would be released back into my account. 18 Aug: Received a mail in which they informed me that they were having difficulty to reimburse me and asked for confirmation of banking details, ID etc. I sent all the same day 20 Aug (Sunday): Received a call asking for same docs (yes - again) 21 Aug : Sent docs requested and was mailed back with acknowledgement of receipt and that it had been processed and that it would take 7-10 days to finalise 2 or 3 Sep: I was called to ask if I had received the refund - no - assured that it would be escalated 8 Sep: Informed them that I had still not been refunded 12 Sep: reply to 8 Sep mail asking "Our finance department is requesting a recent bank confirmation letter not older than 3 months and an email stating that the profile holder and the documentation received are the same person." - replied to their mail asking if I could not rather be credited 13 Sep: Received a mail in which they claimed to have called, but not reach me (second time this has happened) - no missed calls. Called them immediately - I was assured that I would be sent a voucher via e-mail (could take up to 5 days). 18 Sep: Called to let them know that I had not received voucher - apologies given - promised that it would be escalated 20 Sep: Called again to let them know that I had not received voucher - apologies given - promised that it would be escalated. Insisted on speaking to supervisor - not available, but would call me back within 15 min max. It is now 105 min later - I have had it..! I have spent more time on this "project" than is worth it. I am done calling, mailing and waiting. This is not what I expect from WW. Every other aspect of your business shines, but this has left me very, VERY disappointed. All I want is my money back - so that I can spend it at again (at WW) - go figure

Woolies Dash is useless. Two weeks ago they said my order had been delivered but had not been delivered. Took a couple of hours for them to sort it out. Today they delivered my order only to discover when I opened it, that is was not my order. Once again waiting for them to sort it out. The order that is not mine has items that need to be in the fridge so once they get their food its not going to be so great.

Worst service I have ever experienced! I missed my call by 12 mins , was unavailable. Phoned back immediately and no reply!! Apparently my order was thus abandoned but I have paid for it! Do I get a refund?????? No communication . I have been a loyal Woolworths customer for many years. Very disappointed

Pathetic app compared to Checkers 60/60 They take forever to start shopping No communication with shopper Store always out of stock, especially since they take so long to even start the process App lags and is incredibly slow Just a frustrating, pathetic overall experience Fire your app developer and hire Checkers app developer !
