Process not easy, took ages, my cart kept showing it was empty and also there was no facility to leave a message from myself to my mother! Could`ve added to my shopping cart, but just wanted to get out of the system. Also, a whole lot of other items showed up when my search bar had flowers on it, that`s all I wanted to look at! Pity as I wanted to buy more.

Pathetic. Always issue with app and slow delivery. Checkers and Pick n Pay outshine Woolworths with convenience shopping. If there was an option of no rating - I would give it!

Hi, was at The Square Woolworths, this morning. Had the most frustrating experience 😔. Had a Woolworths voucher and the teller said we can use it at the end of scanning all the products. It turns out that the lady had no clue what to do! Instead of deducting the amount of my voucher to my final amount of what I bought, they added it on!!!!! The teller called for help, but they still continued to make the same mistake. I asked for my slip to check the total amount, and they tell me they cannot!!!! Meanwhile all my products are in the bags and my husband takes it to the car, as I was ready to pay. The teller, still cannot sort the voucher!!! They made me return everything back to the store!!!. By now I am trying to stay calm. I just wanted to get out of the store. Shopping at Woolworths has become a nightmare!!. They overcharge you when you get to the tills!!. Very disappointed customer.

I've been living over 4 years abroad and somehow (I believe it's my ex husband) my ex husband is using my WOOLWORTHS credit and stopped paying it cause now Woolworths is threatening me to hand me over to the credit bureau. After 2 months of emailing them Fraudsupport@wfs.co.za FraudDisputes@wfs.co.za safps@safps.org.za BellvilleSAPS@saps.gov.za KuilsrivierSAPS@saps.gov.za NationwideRecovery@wfs.co.za custserv@woolworths.co.za complaints@wfs.co.za queries@wfs.co.za creditcard@wfs.co.za No one came back to me except the Bellville police. I even filled in a dispute document and sent it to the Woolworth’s FraudDisputes@wfs.co.za department I need to know where and what was purchased on my WOOLWORTHS credit so that the police can investigate this matter. Woolworths is just doing jake sh!t .

I was robbed in a woolworths store 7 days ago at Welgemoed in Durbanville. Both my cellphones were stolen out my closed bag, I was surrounded not once, but twice by these criminals I was bumped around and robbed infront of Woolworths security and staff. The only person who helped was the trolley guy (thank you) I asked Woolworths for footage and guess what after 3 days of asking and 4 managers later....they refused to show me what happened, they have no footage in those specific aisles! So hey guys you can shoplift most of the shop and no one will ever know! Woolworths your service in assisting customers robbed in your store is shameful. You hid.the identity of criminals and that is very worrying.

Dash is the worst I wil never use Woolworths Dash ever I definitely do not recommend, waiting for the missing half of my order… isn’t the whole idea to make life easier? Waiting since 13:15 for the other missing part of my order.

https://woolworths.fashionzashop.store/contact_us Don't EVER order from the above online store if you are in SA. It takes over a month to be "delivered" just never to receive it. Only answer you will get is " your parcel was delivered in good faith" . You will have to ASK for an order confirmation and ASK for a tracking number, you won't pay DUTIES or VAT - it just flies through customs. I should have known that I will NEVER receive the parcel....!!! This bogus site is happy to take your money. Be careful what online site you select!!!!

It appears that Woolworths quality control really needs to be addressed. The ready meals, that as a busy family sometimes come in handy for a quick and easy option to any busy working mum/wife. Truly this is not worth the effort of ever purchasing the Moroccan style roasted vegetables in a spicy Tom sauce with chick pea. Absolute mush! It had the texture of sliced bread with milk poured over, with added cinnamon. No distinction to the listed vegetables whatsoever. Avoid, avoid.

Woolworths dash app is not user friendly and is unreliable. My order was placed and left pending until the next evening without movement or notification on the app. There is also no indication of the last round of orders for the day and if an order is placed after the closing time, these orders are not carried over to the next day even though they’ve deducted your money. After I called the help desk about the pending status of my order, they told me they’d have to manually cancel the order on the system but never did. I was also told that due to the cancellation, my refund would only reflect after 3-5 days. So terrible and inconvenient.

Woolies Dash is absolutely pathetic! Not convenient at all. Never able to get same day delivery. If and when you get an order it is never complete, and shoppers select oldest items even items that expire on the day. Durbanville Dash sucks

DASH's service is ridiculous and slow. And when they can't reach you from your Estate's gate after phoning only once, they just return all the goods to the store and you have to wait 7-14 days for your refund. Absolute rubbish!!!

Purchased the carrot cheesecake for R110 for Sunday dessert at Woolworths. Boy was I dissapointed. It tasted exactly like the carrot gateau which sells for R210 at Woolworths. The carrot cheesecake was a mere 410gr. If I had known I would have just got the 1kg carrot gateau. Go figure.

Woolworths Dash Delivery is PATHETIC. always slow. Checkers 60/60 100x better. Ordered F O U R items, 4 at 3.15pm. 5.50pm, nothing yet.

Eish! I really think Woolies needs o Coe to the party. Guys your cake slices are horrendous. Old, stodgy, not worth the exorbitant prices you charge. You are a "top" quality store. Even your competitors sell better cakes, fresher and money for value. Never will I recommend your cake.

WOOLWORTHS TAKES PEOPLE FOR GRANTED I'VE PLACED AN ORDER TILL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. EVERYTIME I SEND AN EMAIL THEY SEND ME A STUPID SMS TELLING ME THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED JUST TO MAKE ME KEEP QUIET. I'VE SENT ENDLESS EMAILS NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO. CONTACT ME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I DON'T WANT THOSE FAKE CLOTHES ANYMORE. I WANT MY MONEY.
