“Settire sells fakes. I bought a polo shirt Brunello Cucinelli. After the first wash the logo came off. Settire told me "this is the result of wear and tear". Answer from Brunello Cucchinelli "Settire is not our distributor".”
“Not only is there customer service awful but the return policy is OUTRAGEOUS. For orders under $800, they charge $25 return fee PER ITEM. Above $800 order, $50 return fee per item. I only ordered 2 items, both of which I had to return because their was no product description letting me know that the fit was insanely oversize. So now I'm stuck paying $50 to ultimately have just tried the items on.
When I emailed them to explain how flabbergasted I was seeing the return policy (which was not transparent on the product page alongside their return description), saying the lack of product description did not support a well-informed purchase, and asking if they would do me a one-time courtesy of not charging me for the return, the response I got was in no simpler words: "the quality of the products you received is fine, so that's our policy."
I will NEVER order from them again.”
“I have been treated terribly. I ordered a pair of Burberry’s for my husband and the order came through as women’s? So I immediately tried to cancel/edit the order and they replied with no, I just have to return the same????? And incur a $30 fee to return? After several emails, ‘Joanne’ replies with a generic email, stating the exact same thing? DO NOT use this company. This is my first time - disgraceful customer service!”
“I could live with a fee to return goods, but I was falsely accused of removing tags on an item I returned. Whether this is a deliberate scam or a symptom of poor handling and processing I don't know. Don't risk using this site. It's not worth it.”
“Ordered twice from them because of the cheaper price. Don't order from them because you never know what will happen. First time they sent a kids size large rather than a men's size. Asked for a shipping label as they charge $25 for a return. They did not respond. Tried disputing with the credit card company and they disputed back that it was correct and it was not worth my time to submit with a whole lot of paperwork that I did not have, which I would have had to contact Cettire for. Second time an order was in process for 3 weeks. I used a 10% discount code which is probably why they didn't ship it. To cancel the order it was $25 just to click on cancel. They don't respond to your emails and to get my money back that was already processed to the credit card for an item that hasn't shipped, I had to pay $25. Don't say that I didn't warn you. Do not order with them. You will be paying the price.”
“Ordered a Fendi T-shirt on 30th May, as things stand we are on 12th June and I'm still waiting for the T-shirt to even be despatched.
No reasonable explanation has been forthcoming. At first they said it would be despatched between 3-7 working days, now I'm just getting vague responses & no guarantees when it will be sent.
They have offered a refund and to cancel my order but since I ordered the matching shorts from elsewhere & their price being cheaper than anywhere else I'm trying to hold out some hope.
I would suggest people Don't order from this company as since ordering I have seen the reviews & customer experiences which are obviously regularly sub standard. This company need closing down.”
“I made a purchase, but the size didn't fit, so I proceeded with a return. They didn't come to pick it up, and to avoid losing the warranty, I sent it myself. It took them 3 weeks to respond (I wanted either an exchange for the right size or a refund in store credit), and they ended up sending the package back to me, claiming the box was damaged. When I received the package again, there was a note from the seller apologizing for the box, stating it was the end of the stock.”

“Cettire didn’t want to accept the return of shoes with a clear defect. Basically unworn, the defect was considered “wear and tear”. Dubious return policy and customer service not acceptable for a luxury brand retailer.”
