I've emailed them 7 times as I want to initiate a return and it's not allowing me also I received my purchase without a invoice or a return form so I'm now in limbo don't know what to do to get my refund....it's very frustrating that they are not replying to my emails and more frustrating that you cannot call to speak to someone...I've been a loyal customer for years and don't deserve this treatment

If I could give them a 0 star ⭐️ I would do that. I ordered a Burberry scarf from Cettire website & at the time I purchased it there was the mid season sale going on & the scarf went down from $494 to $467 & there was also another Burberry scarf that I liked & it was cheaper but I preferred to buy the more expensive one because it was was written in the description printed so when I checked on Burberry website it was showing the same scarf & it was written the brand on it so I decided to buy the expensive one, after I received my order I realized that it is not printed & it is exactly the cheaper scarf that I didn’t want to buy so I went online to double check & they sent me the cheapest & not what I paid for also I was shocked when I saw that the scarf that I ordered went down in price $122 & became cheaper than I other scarf. After going back & forth with their customer service by email, they refused to make a price adjustment giving me stupid reasons so I decided to write a review online so people can take care, never ever buy from them. It’s a scam & they are misleading their clients & the problem is that they don’t have a customer service phone number to call, it’s only by email. I am not sure who to contact to escalate this subject!!

My encounter with this fraudulent investment firm was appalling. I wanted to take my deposit out, shocked, but they wouldn't let me. It's obvious that they use dishonest tactics to come across as reliable. They withheld more than $40,000 USD from me without providing a reason. Feeling duped, I reached out to l o u d o u i n / c o m for assistance in getting my money back from these con artists. A few days later, I was able to get both my money and my profit back from the con artists.

I wish I didn’t have to give the one star, but I had too, to even right this review! I would avoid shopping at Cettire at all costs. I have been chasing up a refund for just under a year now and it’s become obvious to me that they have no intention of refunding me my money after I returned the incorrect item that was sent by them. I honestly can't believe how unprofessional and disappointing Cettire is as a company, I wish they had some shame and stopped stealing customers money and making them practically beg to get their money back!

Imagine working your ass off and wanting to celebrate it by purchasing some decently priced hoodies. Now imagine spending 2 hrs with the bank and credit card companies getting them to unfreeze your payment. And when the order goes through you are left thinking maybe it wasn’t a waste of time only to be called a fraud by cettire 3 days later and have the bank confused with the way cettire proceeded to send back the money. I spent another half hour getting them to correct the error and when I emailed cettire to ask them why they suspected my account do fraudulence despite my billing information being the same as the one on my credit card they just sent me a robotic response with the same answer. No number to contact. No attempt was made to actually apologize for the waste of time and no agent willing to provide a solution. As a former email, live chat and call agent I can only hope this business gets what it deserves NOTHING.

£45 to return if item is not suitable and takes over 4 weeks to credit. Jacket was cheap and poor quality. Will not order from them again

I purchased a Loewe bag for 3,902.63 sgd 2weeks ago and never received the confirmation email. Of course I’ve been charged and even received an email to rate my experience. Fortunately I did a screenshot of my purchase. I’ve reached out via email and by submitting an inquiry through their page several times. Today, after 16 days I even wrote from my other email in case for some reason they weren’t receiving the communication from my usual one. Even dm them… nothing, zero, nada ! This was supposed to be my wedding anniversary gift and it has turned into a nightmare. They took my money and disappeared. The amount of time I’ve spent informing my self on consumer rights, unfair practices and keeping track of everything is ridiculous. As I consumer I have the right to receive the goods I paid for and they have the legal obligation to provide it. Period

Not a serious seller. Y am not the first customer in a situation like this: Hi Are not a serious seller, refused return.He forced me to accept a product that I don't like and that doesn't fit me. You did not accept the return because the box is scratched. The box is not scratched and I returned it exactly as I received it. I sent you pictures and a video. It is about Order #3588429 31/03/2024. After you kept it for almost a month, you sent it back to me. I have sent you all the proofs, the DHL proof, pictures, video. This an abuse . I purchased a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes through the website, I was very excited when they arrived, however they were too small. I wanted to exchange them for a larger size - I got the return label, sent them back and then received an email saying that the return was missing the dust bag. I never received a dust bag with my order and had returned them exactly how they were sent to me. A week later, the same box of shoes that I had originally ordered showed back up at my house. After many, many emails with customer service (and them telling me no new info, just repeating their return policy, which I had done exactly to a T) they refused to honor my exchange. They also do not have a customer service telephone number. I got AmEx involved, and even Amex said they provided proof that I did the return incorrectly, and I am absolutely livid that I am being gaslighted by both companies and made to keep a pair of shoes that do not fit. Absolutely incredibly terrible customer service.

ALL OF US THAT HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, DEFRAUDED AND STOLEN FROM BY CETTIRE SHOULD TEAM UP FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. This corrupt company has to be taken down, so there are no more victims I’ve had several bad experiences with them with wrong items sent, excessive fess and fraudulent duties on returns, items that fall apart quickly or don't seem to be legit, etc, and their customer service is nonexistent to offensive. But it wasn’t until they knowingly and brazenly stole $1600 from me, did it go from incompetent to criminal. Like many others, I had them tell me a returned item was damaged and they couldn’t refund it. A $585 item, that upon receiving was not as described and I packaged and returned within minutes of it being delivered, never having tried it on. No other retailer in the entire world would have ever tried this, let alone a luxury platform. But Cettire works with dodgy vendors, they hide their identity and are not transparent about who they are doing business with. Most of these vendors won’t return items probably because they are fake, so Cettire then turns around and scams you with refusing to return the item. But it gets worse! I then filed with Amex Disputes. They credited back the purchase price, while it was under investigation. In retaliation Cettire deactivated a Store Credit I had with them for $553 saying they were entitled to it because of the Amex Chargeback. And then they sent me the wrong size for a final store credit I was trying to get rid of so I never have to do business with them again. It was an exchange for a smaller size, because the previous order was too large, which i had in writing. But they sent me the exact same skirt back that was too large, and are now refusing to refund it. This is a company traded on the Australian stock exchange. The owner of this company, Dean Mintzer just sold 27.5 million shares of his Cettire stock a few weeks ago. This transaction from him is very suspicious. They are blasting the profits of Cettire to their shareholders, all the while defrauding and stealing from their customers. Read the reviews. This has happened over and over again to people. I only wish I had read them earlier, but I was too excited about being able to buy Saint Laurent at 50% off. That’s how they get you. This company is corrupt. They need to be stopped.

Cettire scams customers by not accepting returns and falsely accusing of expensive items being “unsellable”. I ordered EUR400,- slingback pumps and couldn’t even try them on as they were too large. Sent them back and ordered a smaller size, paying once again, upon which I received both pairs and did not get a refund. I contacted the company and they accused me of having inspected it and concluding that it had been worn and is “unsellable”, adding a picture with some dust on the sole. After countless back and forth and me arguing how I literally could not have worn it, they simply stopped replying after assuring that their inspection has the final say. Their business model is a scam, never use their service.

It's been more 52 hours and guess what: no shipping, no tracking number, no nothing, money gone from credit card. There is no customer service number. Terrible service, terrible experience. Don’t by from Cettire.

Complete Scam!! I purchased a Chloe bag which arrived without proof of authenticity. I emailed Cettire asking for proof but have been advised they are unable to provide proof as the documents are confidential!! after each email it takes two days for them to reply. I am now stuck with a bag that cost me over $1,000 with absolutely no proof it is authentic. The bags may seem cheaper but beware, when it arrives without correct documents you will be left without support form the team to obtain the information needed. Before writing this email, they were offered several chances to rectify the situation.

Worst company for customer service ever! NEVER EVER AGAIN! my wife bought us luxury brand matching varsity jackets for Christmas. Spent thousands of dollars which is expected when buying luxury brands but when the items arrived both of our jackets did not fit correctly so we reached out to return the items and get store credit or correct sizes if they had it. Turns out they charged us over $600 in duties and never offered us any exchange or store credit. We just lost out on over $600 because we wanted to buy from this terrible company. The website offers good deals which draws people in but lord help you if something comes damaged, wrong size, or any issue that would normally be exchanged. NOT HERE, they just say your SOL! say good bye to your money! The customer service is horrible. HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA! YOUR ARE RISKING LOSING YOUR MONEY AND GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN EXCEPT STRESS AND ANXIETY WHICH YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT! -1 million stars if I could. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Cettire scammed me! I ordered shoes from them. They didn’t fit. I couldn’t even put the shoes on. I initiated a return the same day, April 5 and DHL picked them up on April 8. For weeks, I didn’t hear from them and had to copy AfterPay, the Better Business Bureau and the media to get them to respond. They told me they were waiting for quality control inspection to issue my refund. Today on April 30 after more than 3 weeks, Cettire lied and said they had to reject my return for scuffed soles when I never wore the shoes. They basically told a bold faced lie to get out of refunding my money. Cettire is a dishonest, deceptive Scammer company. Do not buy from them!

Cettire charges $25-$75 for returned items. They don't have tags on their items so they can blame their customers at anytime for anything that happens to the items while out of their possession, ie. seller and transit. They wouldn't refund a an item in perfect condition stating it was in an "unusable" condition. I ordered thousand of dollars worth of items. The $90 item was in perfect condition when returned. No one cared to investigate further. You can't even reach a person over the phone. They have unprofessional business practices. I will never order from them and will warn all friends and family not to order from them.

Scam. Avoid at ALL costs. They were unable to ship my order for 10 days and now they deduced 25 EUR as a cancellation fee. Horrendous company.
