I purchased a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes through the website, I was very excited when they arrived, however they were too small. I wanted to exchange them for a larger size - I got the return label, sent them back and then received an email saying that the return was missing the dust bag. I never received a dust bag with my order and had returned them exactly how they were sent to me. A week later, the same box of shoes that I had originally ordered showed back up at my house. After many, many emails with customer service (and them telling me no new info, just repeating their return policy, which I had done exactly to a T) they refused to honor my exchange. They also do not have a customer service telephone number. I got AmEx involved, and even Amex said they provided proof that I did the return incorrectly, and I am absolutely livid that I am being gaslighted by both companies and made to keep a pair of shoes that do not fit. Absolutely incredibly terrible customer service.
